It's Mother's Day and the owner saw our missed call and decided to come in!!!!!! Talk about customer service wow wow wow

I'm African American , a Caucasian lady and I walked in at the same time, the Asian lady asked what we needed I was first she set me down , she told the Cau lady it's so Hot outside would u like something to drank ; I waited 10 minutes for them to open late, I was the one hot. I only get basic nail service twice per year , I know I'm only paying the minimum but trim my cuticles as she didn't I had to tell her.i have never felted so Discriminated against. I don't know how ppl freaking these places ,I would b doing my on pedi and mani's at home as I normally do .The previous asked Everybody who walked in if they wanted a drink. This place has gotten worse over the last 5 years! In 2020 When I first moved in the neighborhood there was at least 6 techs on busy days. There was an older male tech that was really good! I've always had great pedicures, but they are not up to date with how to achieve a pretty square toe, that's so trendy now. They don't keep up with the latest trends at all. The last 2 visits in 2025 they never have customers and only 2 techs and the manager/owner picks and chooses if she does your nails. She'll let an inexperienced untrained tech mess your nails up and won't care. Don't waste your time going to them for nails. The younger lady can't even Polish good!!! read more

I made an appointment for a dip polish change. I found out a few weeks later, when I went to remove it, that it was not regular dip powder. This cause added trauma to my nails when trying to remove it. read more

Everything about this place is absolutely perfect!! My gel tips & regular pedicure were not only reasonably priced but it's been over a month and they're still on!! Very friendly and nice staff. They actually care about their customers and make sure you are satisfied. Only reason for the 4 stars is because of the lack of colors to choose from. I mean they do have a lot!! Guess I'm just too picky. Overall swept away by them and will no longer be going anywhere else. Thanks again so much Sassys!! read more

Went to this salon to have a pedicure the old lady that doesn't speak fluent English filed my toenails down into the skin and then asked me if I wanted her to file them anymore. When I complained ,I was told me I had to leave they could not complete the service. This is a Pitiful excuse for a Nail Salon and a Dis service to Public Service. Please take your time and your money elsewhere, I had to select 1star to leave to review but they deserve no stars read more

I absolutely loved this place. Always see it but would never go in, today that changed. I hadn't had my nails done in over 10 years, but going here they made me feel at home, offered a cold beverage and even made small or big talk, whichever I was in the mood for. I come to this place often but my last experience through me for a loop!!! Kathy did a refill on me and filed one of nails down so low, clearly it was very noticeable because it stuck out from the rest of nails that were the same length. Once I realized it after I washed my hands I mention it to her. She told all I did was a refill and that's it . I didn't do that!!! I told her can you please fix it when I came in it was all one length I would like it to be the same today!!! Next thing I know she was talking loud and going off I explained to her we sitting right across from each and that she didn't need to get loud to the point were everyone in the establishment should hear our hold conversation!! She was so rude but what was crazy is that she was the one who had done my nails 3weeks ago when I came to get my full set done. She acted as though I had just come off the street when I had clearly made a appointment for her to do my nails that day. She fixed it after 5 min of going back and forward behind this.. I will never return back. Last thing after all that she switched up and talking talking in her language about me!!! I was very calm and pleasant but if your going to be in any business you have to know how to talk to people and be respectful to anyone coming to spend their hard earn money!!! The best service I have ever gotten! The best gel manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten. The ladies at Sassy salon and spa are incredibly polite and accommodating. My friend and I were walk ins and they got to us right away. Addressed us by name and included us both in the conversation they were having. I know salons mean "small talk" but these ladies weren't just talking amongst themselves, but with us as well and I appreciate that. My nails look amazing and I got my eye brows done as well and I am super particular about them and they turned out better than I do them myself!! I wish I wasn't traveling to Florida so I could continue frequenting this salon!! Great nails and great people!! read more

I have been to many places on the Westbank, but this place is the best. I have eczema, diabetic, and allergic to latex. I never have to say a word because they know me when I walk into the salon. I have no worries. My gel nails last between 2and 3 weeks as do my pedicures during the winter. Shout out to Trish and Mrs. Laura, who does the waxing!! read more

Honestly they only get 1 stars because of how they treated us, other than that I would give them 0 star if I could. I had booked the appointment at 11 am and came 20 min early. They didn't get me in the chair until a hour and a half later. I am very patient person. That didn't bother me as much until. I start to hear the worker talk in Vietnamese bad mouthing all the customer about how cheaply they was tipping or how nasty every one toes were. I am Vietnamese myself and just thought it was very wrong doing of them. The young nail tech name Lisa would go on and on bad mouthing about all the customer that walk in. I played it off like im not listening. Anyways, I got the deluxe package with callouse remover and everything and my feet still looked cracked and I had extra skin from an old blister still there. I have had pedicures all over the world and this was on the bottom of the list when it comes down to sanitation...Also 3 days later my french tips are already discolored and faded. Yes they are good when it comes to art of design. Beside that I would expect a better cleaniner and non gossip salon. They also reuse the same pedicure tools back to back on the customer without it being even soak. That is just awful! read more
