No matter where my sister has taken me, regardless of how nice the salon technicians may be, I am never satisfied with the sub par work they do on my nails. My sister and I walked into Essence Nails a couple of years ago before they were under new ownership and they were so nasty to us, we walked out furious before they even finished our nails. I vowed NEVER to step foot in their establishment again, but my sister informed me that they now had new owners who were great so, I decided to give them a shot even though I usually get a lot more stuff done than my sister does. (And she isn't as picky). I am so glad I did! Hana and Tony are super sweet and fantastic nail techs. Hana did a great job on my powder gel nails and Tony gave me one of the best pedicures I have ever had. I highly recommend making an appointment ahead of time because they are the only technicians there. The fact that I left the salon actually happy with absolutely NO complaints says a lot about the quality of service I received, because as I stated before, I am picky AF about my nails. Whenever I come back to Marietta, I will only let Hana and Tony do my nails.

She did an awesome job on my hands but she did a super wonderful job on my feet. She took all my callus off perfectly. Some places are too rough and that can be a painful experience. I loved that she kept checking to see if she was doing enough. As for the place, it is super clean and relaxing. It was very well needed. Will be back when I have the chance.

My friend and I were immediately greeted and welcomed once we walked in. We wanted gel pedicures and got sat in the chairs very quickly. There was no wait! The nail techs, Bill and Cindy started working on our nails and were very nice and friendly. Bill did a wonderful job on my pedicure and made sure I had a great experience. Cindy did my friends nails and she was so kind. Inside the establishment is very clean and pretty. The massage chairs are so nice. The atmosphere is clean and fresh - I love the lighting accent wall they have. I get SNS nails because I am so hard on my hands - from playing with kids to lots of cleaning, etc. At first I tried any technician available, but for some reason every single time my nails lifted and broke or chipped or something. I would go back in and get it fixed for free. However, when I see Jade they stay. She does my nails a little bit thicker, so maybe that is it. Most people like their SNS thinner so maybe that is it. Once you get to know the sisters - owners - they greet you every time you come in. Definitely recommend.

" so I showed him my call log from calling at 10:23am this morning and he changes his statement to "I know who you spoke to, that was my wife" then continues to tell me I was wrong and apparently this whole situation was my fault because how could a basic, extra short nail, gel manicure be $43. Took me to a table to get my nail polish removed instead of compromising or admitting to mistake because I told him I was only paying what I was told. Horrible experience & horrible customer service!
