VERY RUDE I don't like super long acrylics so I told the lady to cut them short, after she snipped a bit off she asked if that was an okay length, I told her to go a little shorter and she was like "why do you even get nails", which was completely rude. All of their nail colors look expired, they have completely separated inside, you can see the oil. My nails are not smooth, they are poorly painted, and you can see my nail popping out on the sides of each finger. ALSO, she hurt my fingers, and they stung every time she applied a layer of nail polish. DO NOT GO HERE. Update: it's been one day. And there are cuts throughout my finger nails. It's honestly sad that I can't go get some self-care and feel good about it. This is the 2nd time I have received rude and unprofessional service at this nail salon. No one greeted me or other people coming in, like we were invisible. Not only did the technician act like it was a disruption to service me, she tossed the nail samples at me, acted like my hands were never relaxed, did not fill to the cuticle, was very rough, and had her drill bit of the highest speed causing injury to my cuticles, she acted like she couldn't do a simple French tip design on one nail. She had headphones in, answered her phone twice and was playing a gambling game while attending to me. I came here to RELAX and get a away for a little bit, instead I left upset and fed up. I used to come here when they first opened, obviously they're not in the honeymoon stage anymore and don't give a crap to provide consistent positive service. She started doing almond shape and after I told her "is that almond shape" she said "IM NOT DONE YET!" With attitude. Decided to try a different nail salon near my home I always get the luxury pedicure, and was curious if another place would exceed my expectations this place failed horribly in comparison to Lv nails! The staff was unprofessional would be talking to each other, at one point one of the staff sat next to me chewing popcorn and immaturely throwing popcorn at her co workers. It was aggravating I couldn't relax. My luxury pedicure sucked I definitely didn't feel I got the service I paid for! The other place uses some kind of machine to take the dead skin off, and here they use something that looks like a cheese grater and the nail technician didn't put much effort into it the main reason I get pedicures is to remove dry dead skin from my feet, so I left feeling pissed I have to wait another month to be able to go to Lv Nails just for that alone. No hot towels no nothing I felt like it was regular pedicure service and not the luxury service I am used to! Dislike this place will never come back. read more

I just did my pedicure and manicure today, let me tell you, the lady was soo ruff with my nails and she also was rushing to finish....the ending results sucked...nails are all bumpy and when she was about to finish she said my total for mani (full set) pedi was $45 so as they are about to swipe my card she changes up and says its $50 because my nails are long so shes charging me an extra $5 for "long nail" her voice haha i was like wtf lady you just said it was $20 for my nails and $25 for my pedicure you never once mentioned extra for long nails...RIP OFF...in the end they charged me $45 but she was soo angry because the owner said so...so i do not recommend this place to nobody very rude employees....and yes they where all talking crap...it sucks because some employees are soo rude and because of their fault owners loose a business and good customers... Scheduled it, I came in 5:10 didn't leave till 8:30pm. they attended my friend first before me appointment was under my name, they didn't even approached the both of us only her not me didn't even make contact with me. We got pedis and full acrylic sets They started with pedicures. I didn't even get called up. If it wasn't for my friend telling me someone next to her was getting a station ready. I just went up and took it. The pedicure was eh at best the lotion or massage was rushed and no even trying to get full pedicure massage part service. The guy who did it was gonna leave my toes with polish smeared all over the cuticle. So I told him to fix it. He didn't even acknowledge me after. He just put the sandal thingies and left to someone else. Like hello I still have my nails to get done ? Oh no they all ignored and left me there didn't even help me out the chair or anything and just talked among themselves as to why I was still there. Then someone told me to get up and wait over there by my friend. No one came to get my nails started, I had to wait until my friends nails were done and then the same person was like what do you want. Oh you still have acrylic left over. By this time it was practically 8. Made me pay ahead of services and asked why I hadn't paid yet. And they over charged me. But whatever. She rushed my nails. There are gaps from my nail bed to the nail tip. The nail wasn't even made up all the way to the cuticle. I told her short she went long, I asked for narrow, square round and she gave me thick chunky flair duck feet nails. The nails aren't even even. I went in today to have my acrylic nails removed and get a gel color over the nails because my nails have grown out significantly. The guy told me he can do it and I showed him a picture of the yellow canary color that I wanted with one nail having a daisy on it. As he's removing my acrylic which I already had for about three weeks he said he didn't want to do that yellow color he rather do a dark color. I explain to him that I didn't want a dark color I wanted the yellow that I asked originally for. He then said he liked a darker yellow which is more of a mustard. He said I didn't need acrylic because my nails were pretty long and strong but still tried to change the color that I wanted. I would not question anybody's professional opinion Because I give them the benefit of the doubt that they're educated with what they're doing and I'm coming to them for their help and care. I mentioned because of work I'm very limited on colors and even length of the nail and that is why I specifically wanted that lighter yellow. He then went on said that I should at least pick a pink color instead. After him trying to convince me to get all these other colors I finally just said I can go somewhere else or just not even get a color if she doesn't wanna do the color that I want. At this point he's already finished taking off my acrylic nails previously and I told him I'd pay him for that and just leave at that point because I was just confused as to why he didn't want to do the color that I wanted originally. Quite frankly I'm really bummed because I initially show them what I wanted and explain to them if they can do it and remove my acrylic nails with it but they said yes and that is why I sat down with them it's in the beginning there was a problem that they saw I would have love to know about it so I can take it into consideration and not move forward with them removing my acrylic nails and I can go somewhere else. I figured it would be something super cheap since he didn't even do what I wanted and because all he did was remove my acrylic and put a topcoat on. At the end he charge me $40. Like I mentioned before I wouldn't want to question anybody's profession however I feel completely robbed and didn't feel it was right that he was trying to convince me otherwise of something that I originally went out for. So unless you have a personal relationship with the nail techs there I would be careful because they're going to try to change the color to something that they personally want and not some thing that you had originally agreed on them doing in the beginning. Now I have to go to the separate nail salon and pay an additional fee of a simple gel color on top of paying about $40 for him to remove my acrylic nail.And Henry moving my acrylics took about five minutes or less so it wasn't difficult at all he even said that my nails were in such good shape that he didn't recommend we doing anything aside from jail because I had such a good nail bed and length. read more

Came into this business the other day , big mistake, I used to come to Danny who is a great technician, it was his day off, had to get my nails done, so I went ahead and had one of the other girls do it , big mistake , first off , she never acknowledged me while performing my service she kept talking to the owner and all the other technicians in her language, that annoyed me, this kept going for like half an hour , when it came to the massage part of it she just applied the cream no massage, I left that place knowing I wouldn't be back and I just don't know how they stay in business, clearly she doesn't like to do feet, so do us , the public a favor and go find something you like to do, and your laugh by the way is annoying, you can't even laugh right ugh read more
