I didn't want to write this but feel I should warn others. I went in for a French tip set and immediately after leaving the tip was bent. Went back and got it fixed. A day later, my nails were yellow (I don't know much about nails but later realized they never pained the tip of my nails white ? They just left the original tip color.) Had to pay another nail salon even more money to get them fixed. I've heard that if you are in need of a basic service they are fine, but I would NOT go here for any type of acrylic. read more

This place provides basic nail services. If you need to be pampered then this probably isn't the spot for you. They are courteous and efficient. I like it bc they don't try to make idle chit chat w me. The decor could use a major update but the place looks clean. Reasonable prices that are about the same as everywhere else. Kathy was amazing! I normally don't like to go to new salons but I'm glad I came here! They are very sweet and considerate and listen to your nail choices and give great advice based on your nail and hands as well. I have crooked pinkies but surprisingly you can't tell thanks to my nails! They have great and affordable pricing, a clean environment and 20+ years of experience. I was a walk in and only waited 5 minutes before I was seated and taken care of. I will definitely be coming back here again. It helps that the barbershop next door is also my husbands go-to place for his haircut. read more

I used to get acrylics regularly. I used to go here because it was walking distance from my place. Very bad experience every time. Techs were rude; acted annoyed that you were asking them to do your nails! More than once I left with bleeding cuticles. read more

My family was a long time customer and will never go back. Run by the owners and neither one of them know anything about customer service. They pretty much just want to get you done as fast as possible. I have found a place that spends extra time making sure it is a great experience for you. It's farther away but worth the drive. The absolute worst salon that I have ever been to in my 36 yrs. I received a pedicure and gel French manicure, and was done in 45 min. I was passed between 3 workers each taking no effort to pamper the customer. They were in an obvious hurry to get me done as quickly as possible. I went home and was first forced to place ointment on my 3 cuts on my feet, followed by the next hour spent removing the still obvious dead skin on my feet and around my fingertips. The next day I went to a good salon and had the horrible work redone at another cost. The new salon was shocked at the work performed. I was in sweats and a bandana, not looking very upscale, so my theory is that they mistook me for someone who doesn't care or couldn't afford regular business. They were mistaken!!!! This nail salon gave me the worst manicure I've ever had. They charge 15$ for a manicure, they manhandle your hands and then leave you to sit for ten minutes with your hands in a plastic bag full of awful smelling. goopy lotion inside some weird heat pad contraption. Then, they don't file your nails properly, leaving bits hanging off the ends, and the paint job looks like a ten year old did it. There was polish on the skin around my nails and I had to make them redo what they did the first time because the nail polish smudged off one nail completely, after I had been sitting for ten minutes in front of a fan, and the other nails were still sticky. Not tacky, sticky. Like they had JUST been done. When I asked for a refund, I was denied one, and instead, they offered to "redo" the nails. The "redo" was no better than the first try. I had to instruct them on how the nails should be done, which no one should have to do, as it's their job to know what they should be doing. They were rude when I left, because I was unhappy with the quality of work done. For 15$, I expect a top quality manicure, because that is not cheap, especially for a little shop in a tiny outlet. read more
