M Nail Bar & Lash was recommended by a few friends so I tried it. The first time I went I was impressed with the ambiance and the aesthetics. My pedicure was amazing and I had no complaints. I got my nails done and it was fair as the tech appeared tense as well as rushed. This was an "ehhhh" on the first visit. The second experience was MUCH better. My nails were done by Star, who was incredibly pleasant, professional, and clearly very talented. She took her time and her experience really showed in the quality of her work. I was very pleased with how my nails turned out and will definitely be returning to see her again. Highly recommend asking for Star! I believe this salon needs more techs like Star. The customer service can be better if they spoke more to the customers and was more engaging. Also, they need to figure out a way of letting people know when they are eligible for a free drink without having to ask for it. Also why is the front desk receptionist so unfriendly both on the phone and in person? There are several other areas they should be focusing on to make the visit even more pleasurable.

Unfortunately, that's where the convenience ended. We arrived on time for our 11:45 AM appointment for a pedicure and Gel-X full set. My daughter was taken right away for her pedicure, which took about 25 minutes. After that, she was told to sit and wait for her nail appointment. Thirty minutes later, no one had even started her nails. When I asked what was going on, I explained that we were on a tight schedule because my daughter had a hair appointment afterward for her prom. I was told that all the technicians were busy and that walk-in customers were taking longer than expected. So apparently walk-ins take priority over customers with appointments. What bothered me most wasn't even the delay--it was the complete lack of concern. Not one person apologized or acknowledged that our time was being wasted. Had it not been my daughter's prom day, we would have left. If appointments don't matter and walk-ins come first, what's the point of scheduling? Based on this experience and the lack of customer service, I won't be returning.

It's the fact that any concern that I brought up got disregarded. It's the carelessness, nonchalantness and poor customer service. They'll sit there and convince you that something looks good rather than correct their mistake or ask how they can make it better. Also be aware that they charge extra for EVERYTHING. Might even try to charge you for Oxygen if you breathe too hard. Not sure who the people with the positive reviews got serviced by but it clearly wasn't any of the techs that did my nails.

My first time at this salon I did not care for the service or experience because I felt my pedicure was rushed and the guy that did my nails was rough, however the complimentary drink stole my heart. I decided to give another go of it and booked with SOFIA. Sofia is amazing! I always get compliments for my nails; Sofia does not miss a beat. Danny does my pedicure and he is amazing as well. Everyone is really nice and friendly. The staff is professional and the price is reasonable. I have been to nail salons all over and appreciate the location of this nail salon in my neighborhood. My daughter in I are Bubble Tea Queens, so the drinks are the added perfect touch. The staff who make them take their time and delivery is restaurant worthy. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but I say give it a try and decide for yourself if it is for you :)

It seemed like a clean place and quite big for a nail salon. There was a lot of workers there so I didn't have to wait at all for my turn, which is unusual for me. I got a male nail technician, which was also a first for me. He took his time in cleaning my cuticle and left my nails looking clean and shiny. I loved the options they had for nail color since there was variety and ended up going with a shimmering light blue nail polish. It started to chip after 3 days but it was pretty nonetheless. It was a bit pricey for $15.
