Unfortunately, that's where the convenience ended. We arrived on time for our 11:45 AM appointment for a pedicure and Gel-X full set. My daughter was taken right away for her pedicure, which took about 25 minutes. After that, she was told to sit and wait for her nail appointment. Thirty minutes later, no one had even started her nails. When I asked what was going on, I explained that we were on a tight schedule because my daughter had a hair appointment afterward for her prom. I was told that all the technicians were busy and that walk-in customers were taking longer than expected. So apparently walk-ins take priority over customers with appointments. What bothered me most wasn't even the delay--it was the complete lack of concern. Not one person apologized or acknowledged that our time was being wasted. Had it not been my daughter's prom day, we would have left. If appointments don't matter and walk-ins come first, what's the point of scheduling? Based on this experience and the lack of customer service, I won't be returning.

I will say that with so many people working it sometimes downgrade the quality of the nails because maybe some of them don't have as much experience because the people who did my Halloween nails painted the green over the black and didn't realize that it faded the color green because you can't paint on top of black so my nails weren't as vibrant as they could've been which was a downside. But I will say, even though there's a few complaints it's not enough to stop going. I also really like how big the store is and how many seats there are because it makes everything move quicker. My nails used to take four hours at other places and now it takes two, which is a big upgrade because it saves me like half my day.

It seemed like a clean place and quite big for a nail salon. There was a lot of workers there so I didn't have to wait at all for my turn, which is unusual for me. I got a male nail technician, which was also a first for me. He took his time in cleaning my cuticle and left my nails looking clean and shiny. I loved the options they had for nail color since there was variety and ended up going with a shimmering light blue nail polish. It started to chip after 3 days but it was pretty nonetheless.
