I'm in Myrtle Beach on a work trip, (from Charlotte,) and I was a little skeptical to get a pedicure from somewhere I didn't know (considering my background is in cosmetology)... My friend and I gave in and decided to give Nail Fashions a try, and much to both of our surprise; one of the BEST pedicures we've ever had (and we get them every two weeks.) From start to finish, Tammy and Emily took such good care of us. The attention to detail and the effort given to relax us was extremely thorough and greatly appreciated! The little strip joint it's located in could use some tlc, but don't let that stop you, the salon itself is clean and quiet inside. I would make this my regular spot if I lived in MB but I definitely recommend it for anyone out of town who is particular about their nails. Thank you Emily & Tammy!

I used to go here all the time. They messed up on my nails one time I went back to get it fixed, which they fixed it Now when I go in they alway claim they don't have the time. And will turn me away, but accept somebody else walking in behind me. read more

No one in the store but one client. The receptionist refused to fix one nail. This SC BS!!! I mean no one, but the lady said we have a lot of people coming... we sat there for a minute and nobody came! Maybe because I didn't look like the white lady who just left... it's been this way since I flew in... racism at it's worse. read more

This salon is in a good location and is quite large. I had called the day before to make an appointment for a shellac manicure. I was greeted when I walked in by the one nail tech who was in the front doing another manicure. All of the remaining techs were in the back section doing pedicures. The soaking process began immediately to remove the existing shellac. All was fine. The nail tech that came to begin my manicure was cordial and pleasant. We were both freaked out at the rather large bug that went zipping across the floor near us. She called the one male tech and he came to the rescue. He escorted the giant multi-legged creature right out the front door. Back to the nails...I had an injury on my thumb a few days prior. I had intentionally waited to make the appointment so it had some time to heal. The soaking process wasn't painful so I figured I was in good shape. Well, that was until the nail tech rammed the metal scraping tool up onto the skin where it "was" healing nicely. I nearly jumped out of my seat. She clearly wasn't paying any attention whatsoever. The broken skin was above the nail so it shouldn't have been touched during this process...but it was. I also now have two marks on my nails where she was impatiently pulling and filing off the previous shellac and it damaged the surface of my nails. :( I think this is an "ok" salon, but I'm not sure I'd go back. read more

Very happy we found this spot! Frankly, we were looking for nail salons casually but my 11-yr old had to find a restroom and here they were. We both had a mani-pedi. No wait, super friendly service (it's family-owned and operated), not too chatty. Not a huge selection of 'services' but the water was hot, it was a solid massage, and polish has no bubbles. My daughter requested nail art and was super pleased. I got a gel French and the work was well done. Highly recommend and will visit again! read more

We walked in around 5:00 and they took us right away. The shop is clearly trying its best with Covid protocols, requiring everyone to wear a mask and wash their hands before touching anything. Everyone was nice and efficient and the work was very good. Highly recommend. read more

While the window says they "welcome walkins" they do not. Had we known that we would have called to schedule this morning. We had the understanding they took walk ins but upon arriving we were told we could come back in an hour. It's frustrating when you're told one thing but it's actually another. read more

I walked in with no appointment and no idea of what Nail Fashions was like. So happy! Very relaxing and the foot massage by XIU - OMG! HEAVEN!!!! He massaged each foot for 7 minutes with scrub and 5 minutes each with lotion! Never have I had that length of massage a foot massage except from my husband! I have one bad toe nail and no pain when he trimmed and fixed up the cuticles. Best way to spend an hour! Highly recommend the men that work here! Another woman was singing the praises of the other guy working here. Highly recommend- read more

Went with my daughter for her first pedicure. She is four and they treated her like a princess. Did her hands and toes for $15. My nail tech massaged too hard and now I have a bruise on my leg but otherwise did a good job. Price was reasonable. read more

Great find! I didn't have time to get a pedicure before our annual beach trip this year, so I was looking for a place on our first morning where I could get one done quickly. I chose Nail Fashions because it was recommended by my hotel as the nearest location within walking distance. I am really glad I went! I arrived at a little after 10am so there was no wait and I was able to be seated right away. I opted for the Deluxe Pedicure (versus the Basic). It took about an hour and 10 minutes, so if you're in a hurry, just get the Basic. The Deluxe includes a scrub, seaweed mask with hot towels, hot stone massage then extra lotion. The woman who did my nails did a fantastic job! She took care of callouses and my feet looked and felt great. Three days later they are still smooth which is a big deal for me. If you are looking for a pedicure while on vacation, I highly recommend this place. It doesn't look like much from the outside, and definitely isn't fancy on the inside, but it is a nice place with pleasant women working there who really do a great job on your nails. The deluxe is $40 and the Basic is $25. If you have the time, definitely go for the Deluxe! read more

Best mani/pedi experience I've ever had. Large facility that is very clean and pleasant. They are very conscientious, kind and willing to work with you (accommodating). Got a large group (7 people total, ages ranging from 7 to 70, male and female, disabled, multicultural, etc.) in last minute. They did a great job with all of us! read more

Best French gel manicure ever! Linda did a fabulous job. She took excellent care removing my acrylic tips, and then shaped and prepped my natural nails beautifully. She double checked nail length, shape, and the French manicure line. I was originally just looking to do "damage control," but walked out with the best French manicure I've ever had. And at $30, it's a great value. I was a walk-in, and will definitely be back! read more

This place is great. Family owned business and super sweet. Prices are totally reasonable and they do a quality job. Had an acrylic full done here and pedicure. Fill job was great - nice short even on both hands and neat. Pedicure was easily the best I've ever had - massage was SO long and done twice - once with scrub and second with lotion. I came here last year with my boyfriend to get pedicures for our anniversary. Not being from the area we just drove down the street from our hotel and stopped at the first place we saw. We were so pleased that we did! I got a regular pedicure and he got the deluxe because his feet are always super dry and cracked this time of year. They were able to get A LOT of the dry skin off his feet without causing him pain which was pretty impressive if I do say so myself. We came pretty close to opening and took us right away, everything was clean they have a great selection of colors. Came back again this year for a pedicure, again just drove down the street and stopped and low and behold it was the same place! Came in this time at 4 and they took me right back again. All the pedicure tools are cleaned and packed away and the staff here is so nice and excited to help and answer any questions about their services. Anytime I'm in Myrtle Beach I plan on coming here to get my nails done from now on! read more

My boyfriend and I came in for pedicures. We were seen right away and my toes looks good. The people were friendly and actually talked to us some which was nice and a change from what I'm used to at most nail salons. My boyfriend's toes very much so needed the pedicure and the nail tech did an excellent job. I'd recommend this place to anyone. read more

We are tourists. Got 3 "pedicures", one adult and 2 girls. Wanted to just get "polish change" for the girls because they do not like their feet sanded and buffed. My price was $25, one was $15 & one was $20. It was perplexing. The polish jobs were good. My cuticles were over trimmed and I just noticed that I have two tiny scabs from the trimming. What a fabulous nail salon!!!! My daughters and I came here for pedicures and received great care and service. Wonderful message, cuticle and callous attention. Better yet....charged $25 for mine, $20 for my teenager and only $15 for my 10 year old. Highly recommend and deserve the 5 stars!!! read more

My husband and I was visiting Myrtle Beach S.C. for our first time in over 30 yrs. We were trying to find a Nail Salon to get pedicures, we stopped at Nail Fashions, walked in at 6:15p.m and they close at 7p.m., the owner said it would be a while, so we waited patiently because they were very busy. They were very nice to us, seated us; let us soak our feet until they could get to us. They kept apologizing for our wait but, we was so gracious they agreed to take us, told them there was no need apologize to us. If we ever return to Myrtle Beach again, we would go there again definitely. The place is clean, chairs are very nice and staff is exceptionally nice. The most comfortable place we felt during our stay. With great appreciation to the owner because he could've said "No" but he didn't. We will recommend this place to everyone. What a nice comfortable experience for my husband and I, besides, it was my husbands birthday! Thanks again! read more

I went in as a walk-in and was met by the friendliest, coolest staff and the vibe was immaculate. Jake had availability for my tattoo, and he was incredible from start to finish. I couldn't find exact reference photos for the tattoo I had in mind, so I came in with a collection of tattoos saved on my phone that highlighted different concepts, line work, and details I liked. Jake genuinely seemed excited about the idea and took the time to go through every detail with me as we talked through how to bring the piece to life. He then drew up a design that captured exactly what I had envisioned. Once the stencil was ready, he was just as meticulous about placement as he was about the design itself. I had initially wanted a scripture (Genesis 16:13) below the Hebrew letters but due to the size I wanted he explained that over time the loops of the letters would close and it would not look crisp/clean anymore. I was grateful for that feedback as I was unaware of that fact and would not want a tattoo that doesn't look high quality... even years down the road. It's a very clean place: brand new needle in package shown to me before tattoo work began. Thorough follow up care provided including great responsiveness to messages. Very reasonable price for such quality work.

And our experience did not disappoint! I was so nervous. They were simple designs, but I didn't know what to expect. My husband already has tattoos, but this was new to me! We were walk ins, and we were lucky enough to have Gerassimos available to translate and complete it right then. He took his time to tweak the design and have it just the way we wanted. You can see the care he put into making sure we were happy. Because of the simplicity, they didn't take a lot of time, but the time we did spend with Geras was so amazing! He was great to talk to and to call him a very interesting person is an understatement. It was a tiny bit uncomfortable, but nothing like the pain I thought it would be. LOL! I think too that the whole laid back atmosphere of the place and the kindness of the people made it easy to relax and just enjoy the experience. In addition, we were lucky enough to meet the owner, Art. We spoke with him for a while while Geras was preparing the tattoos. Art is the definition of an "old soul". This is a great salon that is within walking distance of many hotels and can be easily reached by car as well. The establishment is pretty large and very clean. We were able to have a 4 person walk-in as soon as they opened and we all had mani/peti's at the same time. The service is wonderful and the results are too! Definitely a place to check out whether it is for a break from the sun or escaping a rainy day. read more

This nail salon is wonderful, I had a regular pedicure and they really take their time. The massage was amazing and they do two, one with the salt scrub and one with the lotion. It was so nice. The salon is clean, prices were very good ($25 for pedicure) and everyone was so friendly. I definitely found my new favorite nail salon in Myrtle Beach! read more

I've just moved here, and had tried a couple of nail salons and this is the one I like the most. I got a pedicure (amazing massage!)and a gel french manicure (nicely done!) They are clean, technicians are friendly, prices are reasonable. I'll recommend this place, it is done professionally and will come back!! read more

Had a wonderful experience at this salon. The salon was very clean and the attendants were all exceptionally friendly. My Mani-pedi turned out beautifully and my manicurist handled my ingrown toe nail perfectly. This was an amazing way to spend a day with my friends and escape the sun for a little while! read more
