This was AFTER pedicure. I was getting up putting my shoes in. Feet felt super dry so thought I'd look.... Glad I did.

Customer service lies. I was not provided a full refund. This is the absolute worse nail shop ever and that's saying a lot after 45 years of pedicures.

Where do I start!! I have been coming to Nail Fever for a year now specifically going to see Emily and when I first came, I was taking a risk but I wanted fun birthday nails with kind of a crazy design and when I tell you Emily ate that up and has continued to eat it up every time!! I've been going consistently to Emily once a month for a year and every design I've come with she's done with no flaws. She's never complained about a design. She always thanks me for challenging her which is exactly what you want in a nail tech :) every time I leave obsessed and she always fits me in no matter what. I really do believe they go above and beyond and you will not see me at any other nail establishment. I travel from Walnut Creek to Antioch and literally drove in an hour of traffic yesterday just to see my girl so you know i'm loyal :)

My gel manicure turned out absolutely beautiful! I went with a soft pink, oval design, with chrome finish. The technician executed it perfectly and was very attentive. The color is classy and versatile and goes with everything. The quality is excellent and they look freshly done even days later. Highly recommend!

I needed to get a soak off asap and was doing some research to find a great nail place since my boyfriend lives nearby. I'm so happy to have chosen this salon because I'm obsessed with my nails! I chose a very simple, natural color to have every day and Sophia delivered. She was very careful with the nail drill and when I expressed that it felt hot at one point, she was more cautious afterwards. Cuticle removal was also meticulous and not once was I cut. The gel polish was applied evenly and there were no bubbles or unevenness which I appreciate--being picky with my nails. The salon itself was very clean and spacious, with many spa chairs for pedicures and manicure tables. I paid a total of $51 ($40 for gel mani, $10 soak off--with service, and $6 tip but 10% off when you pay cash) which is quite reasonable compared to other places anywhere in the bay. I will definitely be rebooking with Sophia and recommend her to anyone just looking for a great gel mani.

Went for a pedicure before my vacation. Ended up with an infection. Limped around putting thousands of steps in on vacation in a different country.

Would not recommend! Came in for a pedicure the lady was extremely rough and cut my toe to where they were bleeding. I asked her if it was ok to continue with my toe bleeding like that seemed unsanitary to me but she is the professional not me she said I would be fine. Now the next day my toe is red and pus is coming out. She cuticles way too much to where she took my skin off. I have never experienced someone that bad there is no way she is licensed to be doing pedicures

I went in January to get my nails done since my regular shop was closed and had such a great experience! My technician thao took her time and made sure my nails turned out exactly how I wanted them. Everyone there was so kind and welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be going back!

I came in taking my mother in law for her b day, we both got our nails done but couldn't sit next to each other ... which was already weird. I asked but they couldn't accommodate... The inso pic compared to what I got.... Omg ... I was so upset, I asked for flowers and she Drew them ... and I immediately asked her to take it off I asked her where the gold was and she said this was the colors I chose... I said I chose the color for the base of the nail... this looks nothing like the picture. The tip looks janky.. My hands feel hella Dry, I got nicked a couple times and I am so unhappy with my nails .... I had to cure my nails after every single paint and my skin... literally felt like it was burning I am bummeddd cause I left just pisssedddddddd Had to pay $145 for both mine and my mother in laws

I'm new to the area, and finding a nail tech I connect with has been a bit of a challenge--especially since I really loved the salon I used to go to. I decided to give this place a try, and I'm so glad I did! Emily was wonderful--she helped me schedule my appointment and was super accommodating when I needed to make a last-minute change. I was seen right on time, which I really appreciated. Tyler did my nails and was both professional and efficient. He did a great job on my manicure, and I was happy with the results. The salon was very clean, and I noticed all the tools used looked sanitized and well-maintained. I also really liked the calm and peaceful atmosphere--it was such a nice change from some of the busier, noisier salons I've been to in the past. The pricing felt fair for the quality and service provided. Overall, I'm planning to return and am hopeful this will become my new go-to nail salon!

I've been going Nail Fever, primarily Emily, for about 3 years. She always does an amazing job. Nails last forever! Meaning no lifting, it may have happened twice, but I think she was changing brands, besides that never had issues with the nail work done. Nails definitely get a 5 stars! Pedicure, only had it done once there. Maybe one of my first few visits. I did get the basic. That's my go to when trying out a new place. I never made a review about it because honestly I felt indifferent about it. Not impressed, but not disappointed. My daughter had also gone, she wanted to get crystals on her toes, I wasn't with her, but I was paying for it, and she kept texting me sending me pictures, came out a little messy. The main reason for my 3 star is basically for the service itself. When you enter the salon, are you being acknowledged, when you book appointments, when you ask for certain modifications or add ons, or simply saying anything... Back to the service. Sometimes I don't know which Emily I'm going to get. Sometimes she's very nice, pleasant and other times she has a vibe that's very cold and unpleasant. Just as others have said in their reviews, and I always just chalk it up since I knew my nails would come out exactly how I like every time. The last straw. I called to make an appointment like I always do, and it was as if she was clueless to who I was, a bit abrupt on the phone. She let me know she didn't have availability. But she's done this before only to call me and say she made a mistake. This may be minor to some, but this is 3 years of sometimes great customer service & sometimes not so pleasant customer service. I've decided I'm no longer brushing the customer service off. I want consistency. I deserve both. Know Emily does great work. If service doesn't matter to you...for sure keep going.

I wanted to give this place a try because I can't find a good place in Brentwood. So happy I found this little gem. Not a place you go to if you want your nails done fast but they make up for it in quality. I'm so used to having my nails and toes done at the same time but I like how they separate it. They are very clean and meticulous. I can only vouch for Emily, Tyler and Thao... I haven't been with anyone else yet. But looking around I can tell some are very talented. You just have to give them a try. I also had to get emergency nails done and they squeezed me in! The prices are reasonable. They do not take credit card, only cash or debit.

No cuticle oil just cracked and dried and they made me pay $30 I'm so mad!

Not only did i had a bad experience but they overprice people. I had gotten there to get the acrylic powder on my nails and they were saying they were going to charge $45 for a "full set " that i didn't even wanted. On top of that i was so highly upset that i just decided to go with a simple manicure that costed $31!!! Where I had went somewhere else and had gave me a full set for $31 yet here they were charging $31 for a manicure ?? OVERPRICING. They ended up looking cute but for $31 I would rather go somewhere else and get a $31 full-set. If you don't want to be overprice i suggest you go somewhere else. read more

They did a pretty nice job. It's 1.5 weeks out and I still have polish on my toes! The only down side was that I ended up waiting about 40 min for my walk in pedicure to get started. I wanted to leave but I was already soaking in the foot tub. At least they turned away other customers that came in after me so those folks didn't have to wait as long as I did. I would recommend calling ahead for an appointment even though they say walk-ins are welcome. I went at 10 am on a Friday. read more

What can I say if I could give 100 stars I would!! Jenny and her team are amazing!!! They're so friendly and super loving and always make sure you have a great time. I've gone to her twice now and I'm so satisfied my daughter loves her to death and now even my friends and family are starting to go to her. This is the best place to go I promise! I heard about this place from a friend. I live in Brentwood and drive past several other nail places to come here. Everyone I've seen in my 3 visits has been friendly and done a great job. I really appreciate that when I say I'd like a different color or design, they tell me ahead of time if there will be an extra charge for something fancier than I normally get. They always offer water or tea. And one time, they were running behind schedule, which happens, but they checked in with us and gave us a complimentary collagen hand treatment to thank us for our patience. High quality work and great customer service! I plan on being a regular customer. read more

I'm not from around the Antioch area so i was skeptical to come to a new salon. I found nail fever and read all the great reviews on this salon so i gave it a try. I tried explaining to the nail lady a somewhat complicated nail that i wanted and i quickly just said nvm since she seemed a little confused. The owner (i assume) came over and tried to see if she could help me a little more and ended up sitting me down in a different chair with someone else. She was awesome !!! Did my nails EXACTLY how i wanted and was very very sweet. My little sister got her nails done here too and they did an amazing job on the shape and everything. Great experience !! read more

I have been looking for my salon for a long time and IVE FINALLY FOUND IT YAYAY. I have been going to nail fever for a short period of time (gotten my acrylics done about 3 times now) but I have never gotten as many compliments on my nails as I have since I've started going to nail fever. The price is a little on the higher side but every penny is worth it. The gel lasts as long as I keep them on and I haven't gotten a broken nail since I started going there (that was a big problem with me and the other salons I went to). I just moved to Antioch and was looking for a place and I was a little scared but everyone working there is so nice. read more

Our usual nail shop was too busy to accommodate my mom and I for our nail appointment, so what does a girl do? I immediately get on yelp and start reading reviews calling shops to see if we can get in, after several calls I found nail fever, Jen was very nice and said we could come In at 6 on a Saturday, upon arriving I realized that her shop closed at 6pm her entire staff was so nice about having to stay late. This hidden gem is located off of Hillcrest by the 7-11, her nail shop is very clean and her chairs are brand new, I really like that they put the plastic liners in the chairs for your pedicure and Jen and her staff really pay attention to detail when doing your hands and feet. read more

I never yelp but Nail Fever deserves it. I had a nail lady for 7 years and when she moved i was devastated. I've been looking for a nail shop for a year now and i officially found my place and my lady. I've been here 3 times. First time i went i had some guy who was only there for 2 more weeks but i decided to go back because he did so well and the place was clean. I was really excited to try this place out. They had good reviews but i was extremely disappointed. My nails dont look right 2 of them are lighter in color 2 others are darker. They also left some nail polish on 2 of my fingers. Definitely not a place for me. read more

The nail technician I had was really nice but when I pointed out how they are crooked, she looked at it and said no and continued to put on the gel polish. I still have 6/10 finger nails crooked (they don't go straight across - i asked for square nails). I didn't want to be "that customer" so I left it alone. Same lady did my pedicure and unfortunately a few days later I had to go to the doctor's because it turns out the nail technician was supposed to cut my nails straight across (she cut them rounded) so they were starting to grow back into my skin. Wouldn't go back. read more

My usual spot was fully booked so I decided to try this spot as it had good reviews and near my house. The nail technician was very very nice. However, I asked for a little trim and square nails. Same as I always get. 7/10 fingers were crooked as she was done and about to put the polish. I always hate being "that customer" but I knew it was going to bother me. I nicely showed her that the top of nails don't go straight across. She said their straight and proceeded to put on the gel polish. I gave up and I'll just file them straight at home. They are still Crooked. Three days later the inside of my big toe on both my feet started to hurt. It was so tender I couldn't wear tennis shoes so I went to the doctor and they told me that they cut my nails rounded (instead of straight across) creating my nail to grow into my skin. Thank god I got it checked early or else it would have turned into an ingrown toenail. read more

Very hit or miss with this place got a pedicure todaY and this is just the last straw . It shouldn't take over 1 hour for a pedicure. Also don't know if I had a new worker or what but she didn't know how to do a flower on my pedicure and someone else had to switch and finish off my pedicure just super weird experience the last time I came here my manicure chipped in less than a week read more

Great atmosphere, includes beverages and snacks/food free of additional charge. Friendly nail technicians, music, and accepts debit with no additional charge. $2 off when you pay in cash! I went to Nail Fever to get a fill & pedicure. The set I initially had on my nails was from Neo Nails in Brentwood and I was extremely underwhelmed from the job Diana did whom is the owner of Neo Nails. Cindy from Nail Fever did my nails and she did such an amazing job. I've been searching for a nail tech who can actually shape coffin nails and Cindy is now my favorite nail tech. She was so precise when she was shaping, cutting, filing my nails! Jennifer and Cindy both offered me tea and water which was extremely generous. I was also offered chocolate and noodles. I've never been to a nail shop where nail technicians offer food & drinks to customers! The food/ beverages are also no additional charge. Jennifer whom is the owner of Nail fever was so sweet , energetic, and friendly. Cindy first did silver glitter textured sugar nails on me which were so nice but I changed my mind and decided to get a top coat to protect the glitter and she was so nice about it. I've been to numerous nail shop where nail technicians get upset when you want to change your nails, Cindy definitely was super nice and understanding! She went above and beyond to perfect my nails and made sure I liked them before I left. Jennifer also reassured me and told me if my nails broke, or if I see something I don't like I could come back and they would fix it for me. Honestly the best customer service ever and this is best manicure I've EVER HAD. I'm definitely going to become a regular at Nail Fever, this is my now my favorite nail salon. I also got a matching silver glitter pedicure and the nail tech who did my pedi managed to get all the build up in my toenails. No nail salon has ever been able to do this. The women who did my pedi was so sweet!! I felt very comfortable at Nail Fever, I've been to other salons where the nail techs would talk about customers in another language and would be so rude if you told them you didn't like your nails, I've never had this problem at Nail Fever all the nails techs are so friendly and actually go out of their way to have conversations with the clients. I also wasn't pressured to get gel nail polish or a design that I didn't want. Nail Fever focuses on giving their customers exceptional service and fulfilling their desires. Jennifer and Cindy pay close attention to detail which is greatly appreciated. I recommend everyone to go to Nail Fever because they by far have the absolute best customer service and and do an exceptional job on nails. read more

This place is down the street to my house and finally decided to give this place a go I usually go to lady bug in Pittsburg but it's so much better here. VERY friendly staff I didn't make an appointment but was seated right away. Tina was my nail tech and hooked it up with my nails. Towels were fresh, equipment looked properly cleaned, none of that murky blue water sitting in a dirty container that's clearly been there for who knows how long. Even the bathroom was clean, and that alone tells you a lot about how a place is really run. While i went to nail fever twice. The first time, I thought the lady was professional and did an adequate manicure. I went back for a second time and during the manicure I was asked if I get manicures in the area. I replied yes. However, because of a language barrier, I realized after that she was asking where I had the last manicure because whomever had done it, had done a job that was too thin. Once I realized this, I was surprised but it made sense since I noticed that my gel nails had peeled more quickly than usual. At the end of the manicure, the technician asked for a tip. I happily tip very well but I felt as though it was rude to be asked for a tip. It has been 5 days since the manicure and already 2 of my nails have broken because the gel is definitely too thin this time. I am going back to work so I cannot return to the business to show them the problems. I am frustrated and very unhappy. I will not be returning when we return to Nail Fever. The owner even said she would give me a discount off my nails if I post a good review on yelp. Such a bad bribe. Can't believe it. read more

(PICTURES 4.5 days old & i work on cars all day) Had my FIRST appointment Saturday morning. Im very picky about nail shops and have tried so many in pittsburg. Then i found nail fever. I walked in and was greeted with smiles, the shop is clean and spacey (not super but comfy and not cramped) they offered me hot tea or water. I had laughs and conversations between clients and techs not just techs in their home Language. Jennifer took care of me even noticed i was a newby. (Made me feel good that she remembers faces) we had a nice convo not just small talk she is very down to earth, she was asked me how i like my shape and if i liked it and made sure she made it perfect. (I love my nails btw) i also got a pedi (charcol detox) which was soo relaxing i dont know my techs name she rubbed and didnt cut corners, was very polite and made sure i was comfortable the whole time.
