My regular manicurist is out sick so I came here this morning for a polish change. The owners and staff are different since I was last here. In fact, they are getting ready to move to a bigger place next to the UPS store in the same strip. The gal I was assigned to kept insisting I needed a gel manicure. She brought out her drill. I said no, I just need you to take off the current polish with remover. I asked if they had my color, funny bunny by OPI. She said yes. I saw the bottle was gel. I said, no, I just need regular polish. She said they did not have it. It was too frustrating trying to get her to understand that ALL I needed was a change of my regular correct polish. Great customer service all of the staff members were kind, attentive, fast, efficient and worked as a bustling team. Lisa did an amazing job on my feet and eyebrows. I'll be coming here often from now on.The vibe was friendly and relaxed. I came in on a Saturday evening 45 minutes before closing time. I was scared to come here because of the bad reviews but I saw a comment saying under new management! And the other nail place I went to was not able to take me. I saw a person sitting waiting through the window as I walked up and it was really busy 45 minutes before closing I thought they would not be able to take me. As soon as I walked in the staff greeted me with big smiles and were very attentive. I asked for a gel pedicure and was immediately assigned a pedicurist, Lisa. As I walked to the pedicure chairs all of the staff smiled and greeted me. I could not believe how kind they were it was unreal! I dropped my purse between the chairs when I sat down and the angle I was at I was not able to reach it. I was just going to wait until I was done to grab it. But one of the staff members noticed and picked it up for me within minutes. I thought that was kind of him and I'm not sure how he even noticed. As I sat there I saw all of the staff working as a team and checking on one another while also efficiently attending to their clients. I thinks this type of team work speed up my service time. The shop was clean and well organized. I haven't experienced customer service of such an high quality like this in years. It was bittersweet to realize that this is how customer service should be. Lisa was fast and did a great job on my gel French tip pedicure. Lisa saw me looking around and asked if I'd like to do my lashes which I was thinking about asking for another service (can she read my mind ?) I said no, but I'd like to do my eyebrows! I wish i could put negative stars. This place is absolutely DISGUSTING! The service is terrible. The place is so unsanitary and dirty. The floor is full of dirty nail clippings and acrylic nails. The tools used are not sanitized. For a manicure the table is dirty, there is no towel to put your hands on. Just the table and an old ice cream container to set your hand on. My nails weren't even cut or filed, nor was i asked. The nail polish color was completely different from what I chose. I complained as he was painting it and he said that I was wrong. That the color was the same. Im going to add a picture of the color I chose and the color I got. My nails have a bunch of little bubbles and nail polish streaks. SUCH A TERRIBLE JOB! read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would! I just went to this Nail salon to have them remove my nexgen polish and I never thought someone could butcher polish removal. He soaked my nails and then used the spinning tool take off the polish after not letting it soak long enough. So my once strong nails are now super soft and brittle. Came in for a pedicure left with three bandaids on my foot.(not kidding) while the lady was doing my feet I kept saying ow , can you be softer. But she totally disregarded me. My feet felt sore but since they were in the water I didn't realize they were bleeding. Until she emptied the water and started painting my toes. My side of my foot had a whole piece of skin missing and just blood pouring out. I pointed it out and then two other spots on my foot was doing the same thing. I really honesty had blood on both my feet from her scrubbing. I'm Not Mentioning the scratches I have on the back of my feet. Worst place ever for a pedicure !!!!! read more

Not sure where to start. I've been to This salon a few times it's hard to get an apt and always a wait on the weekends like a normal salon (not the problem I promise ). Last week today will be exactly 7days I came into to get a full set I got the younger man in the second row. I told him how I wanted my nails cut and paint style .he started my nails , didn't do anything to my nature nails or cuticles just drilled the nail a little bit for the Bond. Non of the nails where the same length, shape, or thickness . I pointed it out( which causes me a lot of anxiety ) and ask if he didn't mind to try and get them the same . He tried . On to the paint He wasn't sure what cat eye was so the lady behind him came over to help , mind you this is a 10$ up charge and after she was done I didn't have cat eye nails just a sparkly blue over black and a mild line in the middle of a few nails . He then goes to do the top coat which was either old or just damaged , after he did the second nail I said something again at this point I'm holding back tears ; a nail apt that should be 1 hour max (it's gel polish ) is going up to an 1.5 hours and I have to go home and get ready for work at this point . He now grabs another top coat does the rest of the nails and when finish realizes it's still messed up and told me that he has to start all over and grabbed the Drill , I pulled my hand away and said I couldn't I'm sorry so he just filed the top coat off and and did it again and I left still tipping 15$ , paying total of 70$. I come back and today which is only seven days later because yesterday came in to schedule an appointment with the gentleman in the first row who has originally done my nails and I have been in love with them . I come in seven minutes late and I have tried calling before hand a couple times prior to this appointment and the phones never answer so I didn't call ahead that was my fault but as I walk in he is already started somebody's nails I was only seven minutes late I sat there for a few minutes and when he did look up to me I said can we please reschedule my appointment when you get a chance it was for 9 o'clock today he said yes I only weigh and I interrupted him and I said sir I'm only 7 minutes late he said he only waits 5minuted but again no way he was already started on the woman's hands , nevertheless after that it did upset me very much so I said you never mind no thank you and I will never be coming back to this nail salon again . read more

I have been going to the same two places to get my eyebrows done for years, not only worrying about how good of a job they will do but mostly hygiene and cleanliness. Out of desperation I came to this location, and I must say first and last. At first glance I took the large crowd to be a good sign, but the closer I looked at things the more disgusted I felt. I should have walked out and found another place- but as I said, my choices were limited. I don't even think they clean the tweezers in between clients. Overall, I am very disappointed with this location and would not go back, and would definitely not recommend it to anyone else. read more

I will NEVER go to this salon again. They were extremely rough with my nails and cut my toe during the pedicure. Also, they charged me for a deluxe pedicure I never even asked for. I wanted a regular pedicure! While on a recent trip to visit with family in Fort Lauderdale, I stopped in to Nail Fever in Pompano Beach for a pedicure and nail fill. Seeing the crowd on a Wednesday afternoon made me feel confident in their abilities to perform quality professional services. I WAS SO WRONG. Nail fever does not practice safe, good nor healthy sanitary practices, specifically as it pertains to their utensils. I ended up with fungi under two of my nails just after a few days of my visit. The pedicure bowls had dark dirt rings on the inside of the pedicure bowls, which is why I opted out of having my pedicure done. My nail tech was not as pleasant after I asked her twice to change the paper towel on her table that the previous customer used. I walked out with uneven nails and cracks in my acrylic. Needless to say, my nail caught a fever all right. I felt obligated to share my experience with others as while I can manage to handle lack of professionalism, CLEANLINESS is utterly important for everyone health. read more
