My nail tech started using an artificial nail to pull off my acrylic tip - finger nails and broke 3 of my natural nails. Instead of letting my nails soak in acetone then using their machine to file them off. Mind you, my natural nails werent strong but were long and none of them were broken except for 1 index finger. She then claimed that they were already broken when I knew only one of my natural finger nails was already broken. I told her they weren't even and she ignored me. I also told her to keep my natural nails long and she didn't listen. What upset me the most was the customer service! I have never not tipped a nail tech before but I left frustrated and didnt even want to complete the service because my nails looked horrible since she left two fingernails short and my thumb half chipped. It cost me $30 for these services and my nail tech acted like nothing was wrong. I would like to say the issues were caused by a language barrier but at that point, I left . I should have complained while I was there but I just wanted to get out of there and do my manicure myself.

I love being greater with a smile! The gentleman asked what services I needed today and I was able to sit down quickly. I searched through a book of pedicure services and selected the Lux Royal Pedicure. She did what needed to be done....The young lady of course. In addition, I selected the Peach for my pedicure scents. This helped with deep skin conditioning, aching joints and dry skin. Overall, I am pleased with my services. Thanks so much. I was asked if I wanted anything to drink. I selected water. They have a Margarita machine, which I think is awesome.

While I was there, there was a young woman who came in with her mom because they didn't do her nails right the day before and the salon said they'd take care of it. I've been going here about once a month for the past year and a half. Out of all of those times…read moreI've only ever had one bad manicure, every other time my nails were perfect and I always get compliments. The only time they've done something to upset me was turn me away for service because they said they were about to close on Saturday when I know they still had another hour, they had just let all the staff go home. Other than that I don't really have any complaints. I can understand what others are saying about the drinks being sugared down, but it's not an actual bar you shouldn't be expecting strong margaritas anyways. And it can get noisy at times but I actually prefer the lively environment to a dead quiet salon. I've also seen reviews stating that they are too rough, well I've never had that experience. I've been to a lot of other nail salons as well and they never do as well getting rid of calluses, but it never hurts. All in all, I'm sure like any other salon there are some talented employees and some not so talented employees, but I've always been satisfied with my nails from here, and they're always busy so clearly people keep coming back.

There was no need to rush... I could have had both services done properly but they decided to rush. I paid nearly $100 for a gel manicure/pedicure that looked like a toddler did it. There's paint all over my cuticles which we all know is going to lift up in just a day or two. Save yourself the headache and money.
