Upon reading my original review, she reached out immediately (I didn't even make it to the soak off appointment I had made for the same day) offering a partial refund and to redo my mani/pedi. I went in the next day to get my nails redone and I cannot emphasize how great my experience was. Masiel is an absolutely incredible nail tech, taking her time and paying extreme attention to detail. My baby toenail is almost nonexistent and she not only painted it, but French tipped it!!!! My original pedicure wasn't even French tipped, she just offered to do it since I mentioned I'd never had them before! I was astounded. On top of being skilled and knowledgeable, she is funny and friendly. The tech who did my services originally, apologized, and mentioned that she's working with Veronica to make sure whatever happened before, doesn't happen again. I was so touched by how everyone cares so much about their customers and the work they do. My previous review stated I wouldn't give this business any more money, a statement which I now HEAVILY retract. I would 100% return here because if something were to go wrong, I know they would bend over backwards to fix the problem and make sure I'm satisfied as a customer. In the few times I've been in, there have been multiple regulars around me who all seem right at home in the salon, on first name basis with the other techs and employees. If I lived in Dallas, I would definitely make this my regular salon too.

They spent the time cleaning underneath the nail and cuticle after putting the dip powder on my nails. They brought everyone Vietnam food like egg rolls and pho for their soft opening back up. It didn't include callus removal or any major extras, which made the cost feel even less justified. While the experience was worth trying, I've had more thorough pedicures elsewhere for much less. I read in another review they didn't receive the full massage time in the package they paid for, I also did not receive the massage time noted in the package but it is what it is. I like to use the same people but work hard hours and come last minute so I often get whomever is available and yet still I get good service and quality work for Nextgen nails and more. I love this business! I want to see them around and do well for a very long time. Here are the photos over the YEARS of good work they have done for me.
