She's meticulous which makes my toesies clean & pretty. Walk ins are welcome but an appointment is recommended. It takes about 45 minutes to an hour to get a pedicure done. Not bad for $20 plus tip. I love the massage chair and the spa for my feet. I feel pampered when I go. What woman does not like pampering. They have a nice following which Is why an appointment is recommended. Most of their clientele are ladies from the neighborhood. Sometimes I do see men getting a pedicure. The parking lot gets packed when Fishweir Elementary lets out in the afternoon at 3, so be careful especially at these times. They're open 6 days a week. Ladies & gentleman lets get pampered!

I always have a great experience. It's a great atmosphere. Generally quiet and relaxing. The massage chairs are older but still in working condition. Today, one of our favorite people was out but since it was just my daughter and I, that was fine. When we got there, they were with clients so we went next door to Publix and came back about 20-30 minutes later. I always get the Nail Time deluxe pedicure and gel polish. My kids usually get the same pedicure and my son gets clear on his nails. Today, she got the reflexology pedicure and regular polish because she likes to switch up her polish with her mood. I've only had a so so experience once and I made sure to never sit with that nail tech again. I don't remember her name nor do I know if she's still working there. This was a couple years ago. For us, we always give nail time 10/10.

On multiple occasions, they have either double-booked my appointment or written down the wrong date. Despite these mistakes being entirely on their end, I was asked to leave instead of them taking responsibility or trying to make the situation right. What has been most frustrating is the lack of organization and poor customer service. After more than two years of supporting this business, I expected to be treated with much more respect and consideration. Because of these repeated issues and how they were handled, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this salon to others.

I have never experienced an upcharge for gel before- wth. And the extra $10? We didn't experience anything unusual or extraordinary as compared to all other pedicures we have gotten.
