I got a Gel X mani and pedi with cat eye design and left feeling like a brand new woman. Elaine was friendly, patient and super detailed (which I love because I am very type A and don't play about my nails lol). She really took her time shaping and prepping. The almond was shaped to perfection and natural looking, which is exactly what I wanted, and the gel polish lasted me 4 weeks and did not chip at all. Except the owner let a solicitor in to go chair to chair to sell cheap holographic artwork to support a mission group. I was not interested. Even after I said I am arthritic and to take it easy. Tech was digging at my nails and caused quite a bit of pain that lasted days on my finger tips. But the fool I am I went back. The tech doing my pedi did not. I should have spoken up when checking out. But I was so annoyed. My back hurting. My heels hurting. I just wanted to go home. Never again.
