I wasn't very pleased. I made a appointment and they didn't start in my nails til 10 or so min after. Instead of using finger nail polish to remove the 3 coats of black on my nails they used a electric file which is not good for your nails at all. I went in and showed them a picture of what I wanted & walked out with something completely different. The picture with the ring is what I asked for & the other is what I got. 1st she made them super long, & when she asked if I liked the length I told her no I would like them shorter she cut hardly anything off & then just started at it. Then she picked out a color & when she put it on it was clear so I told her it was ok but then she did 2 other layers on top of that to get this pink. I figured I could just go home paint over it & file it down myself. Once I did that though I realized how thick she made the acrylic at the base of my nail so they don't look good the length I wanted. Which leads me to this.. I called them & just said hey look I showed you guys a picture & I didn't get anything near what I asked for could I please just get my money back, because I spent 55 bucks on these and I'm just going to take them off, and they told me they don't do refunds because it's a service & that all they could do it fix them them for me. Went in for gel polish change that took 1.5 hrs. It took 30 alone minutes to find a color since the color palette does not match the actual polish color. And rather than have one person from start to finish, another man jumped in to do the polish. While he was friendly, the polish application was sloppy, uneven and not even fully cured. read more

Today my daughter and I went in to get our pedicures done and a manicure for her. As we were getting our pedicures the gentleman doing my pedicure asked me if I was going to pay in cash? I told him I wasn't sure if I had enough in cash, he responded CASH no credit card we don't like credit cards. Then he walked away for a bit to go grab something and I asked the other lady doing my daughters pedicure why they didn't like credit cards and she responded "credit card is okay" but that's all she said. When the man came back I noticed they were talking about us in their language because they kept looking at us I don't know what they were saying but I thought it was pretty rude and disrespectful. At the end I went to go pay and the man told me "Okay your total today for the both of you is $114 dollars this already includes a $6 discount for paying cash, then I told him I only had $80 in cash the rest will be on my card he told me they were closing and had already turned off the credit card terminal that I had to pay in cash. I got upset I thought nobody is going to tell me how to pay for my services that's just plain rude. So I told him to turn it back on because I couldn't pay any other way. He grabbed the machine swiped my card then asked me to leave the tip on the card. Our pedicures turned out great but my daughters nails did not they were in a hurry to get us out. If I could give no stars I would. First let me start by saying Ben is the worst one there. He is un sanitary has no customer service skills and talks about how, if his wife doesn't learn English fast enough he will send her back to Vietnam. A real P.O.S. also he over charged me like crazy. One of the guys didn't even give me a massage during my shellac manicure! I pay way to damn much for this shit (got a mani and pedi that day) for him to be rushing through it. First off, he only grabbed less than half a pea size, slapped it on my hand and massaged super fast for 5 seconds on each hand. I work in the beauty industry and I know damn well that's not how its done. Massages are EVERYTHING in a service and for him not to do it correctly pissed me off. This was only my second time there in 2 years. First experience was great. This one SUCKED. FIRE THAT MAN. He doesn't care about his customers whatsoever. Who is the manager needs to check that man. Or all cause that was fucking stupid and NOT worth it. read more

I had my nails done here by the guy name Ben. He rushed to finish my nails so he could take another customer. He even cut my skin to bleed and the nail polish was thick and bubbly and looked like my friend's daughter did it. He was impolite to me when i adviced him on what he did. I took my friend here for her birthday. We each wanted a pedicure and manicure. When asked if we wanted the "deluxe" pedicure we clearly declined. We were given it anyway. I suppose that I should have said something when they were adding the wax to our feet and giving us what I knew was too long of a massage for a regular pedicure, but we were celebrating my friend and I didn't want to make things uncomfortable. After receiving our manicures I paid the bill. $122 for deluxe pedicure that I didn't agree to and a basic manicure with clear polish for two people! The service I got today doesn't even deserve one star, this used to be my favorite place. I just graduated beauty school so it had been convenient to get my nails done at my school but today I was in the area and decided to pop in for a fill. I was handed off to a shorter older lady with a short bob hair cut. First off she tried to remove my polish with nail polish remover, I told her it was gel. I should have left instantly when she decided to roll her eyes at me and start to huff and puff about the extra work to remove my gel polish, I stayed anyways. Next she very quickly applied acrylic while filing the acrylic she managed to burn every one of my fingers. I pulled back a couple times out of pain and she proceeded to jerk my hand back. Then not paying attention she tore open my skin on the side of my nail and continued to say nothing. My nail polish is chunky, a couple of my acrylic nails are SUPER THICK while the others are just about as thin as my natural nail, she broke off part of my acrylic while filing and only covered it with more nail polish! I also have a tons of divots in my nails. Just all around a half ass job. Maybe the service I received was the reason they are never open when they are supposed to be, or the reason why they were not busy. I am not pleased at all! read more

This is by far the worst nail salon I have ever been too in the 15 years I have been getting my nails done. Less than a week after getting my nails done, the acrylic is cracking and peeling. The technicans were extremely rude and seriously lacking in the manners department! As far as pricing is concerned, I paid more here than I have EVER paid for a fill. They do not have a price list on the wall as most places do. There is no way I will ever go back to Nail Masters again! read more

My daughter and I just left there. We both had a manicure. Was supposed to be some special 'together time' we waited longer than it took to do our nails. Kept separate the whole time...no spa feeling here, nothing special at all! Just felt rushed through so they could get the next client for more money! I've had mani's & pedi's done for many years and have come here many times over the years, I will not be going back! My daughters color was not even close to the color she had picked and both our sets were terrible, bubbly, uneven, sides not even painted. Just a rush job plain and simple! They ask a question and look away like they're bored before you even finish answering. Felt like nothing I said was even heard. Asked for my nails to be kept the same length they're now all very short! Nothing special about this mani to be charged $30. His hands were so rough I felt like my hands were being rubbed with sandpaper....yuck just yuck!! Worst experience I've had at a nail salon. Took off my acrylic nails and sanded my nails so paper thin so that they hurt to the touch. Then they told me I needed a shellac manicure to strengthen my nails and charged me full price even though it was their mistake. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. read more

went to get my nails filled and the gal that usually does my nails left; moved to Everett. I never got a phone call. when I went for my appointment they told me that she is no longer here, i said why did i not get a phone call and now what. they just shrugged their shoulders. they did find someone to fill my nails but the service was slow. will no longer go there. also i had a pedi and one of my nail beds got messed up. did not seem concerned at all to help me and repair/fix it. :( not happy read more
