I went in asked for a full acrylic set she told be gel x was better and said we should do that. I asked her what the price difference was she said 5 dollars after looking at their price sheet she lied it was 15 dollars difference for both my daughter and I. Told her I would like coffin so she glues on three inch long coffin. I said that is way too long for me. She trims them short and uneven . I have had acrylic nails for years and this was the worst experience I have ever had. A giant waste of money $130 dollars for two uneven nail sets . I have never left a bad review. I came in as a walk in after noon and luckily I was able to get seated right away. Only had a 10-15 minute wait until the young lady finished with her client then started on me. She explained all of the different services that they offered and answered any questions that I had. She was very polite and we had a great conversation throughout my pedicure. They serve complimentary glass of wine with their more expensive pedicures (it made the experience well worth it). They are also very conscious about germs and sanitizing after each client. I enjoyed myself and I would recommend this place to somebody looking to get their nails done. Definitely will be returning! read more

Lucy's nail bar has been my favorite place to go for the last three years. I always come here to either get my nails done or my eyebrows done and they would always turn out fantastic. i've also recommended anyone that I've talked to to try her place out because they've always done the best for me. Today I went and got a pedicure and although I asked her to round out my toes she told me no. I don't like the square shape that my toes are and she wouldn't fix them. Also she still left some nail polish on my skin. I'm not one to make a negative comment but I'm not happy. Also while checking out the total was $30 instead of originally $25. She told me because I got French tip ( which I understand) but she never mentioned that would be an extra $5 when I was sitting in the chair getting them done. I have never been so impressed with how well a salon has taken precautions in cleanliness as I was with this salon. I am a licensed cosmetologist who practiced hair before the continue shut downs that our idiotic governor has enforced so I know a thing or two about how cleanliness is required to get done. They meet these requirements. Not only that but every time I'm here (every 2 weeks) they do an amazing job. I absolutely love how Lucy does my lashes and will confidently say that I will continue to go to her. Every time I want a design on my toes or nails they are always on top of the newest trend. My first experience here was great however today was my second visit here and it was awful. I came in for a fill and with a nail design in my mind. I show the lady the nail design I want and she automatically says she can't do it for some reason. I end up choosing a different nail design no problem. As she is doing my fill, she is having a hard time figuring out the right color of the previous acrylic. She ends up trying 2 and realizes that the color is off. She finally ends up choosing one and proceeds to finish off my fill. I showed her the new nail design I had chosen and she says she can do it. However, the end product was a mess... nothing like the design I truly wanted and the acrylic color was so off. My nails can speak for the rest. read more

I have been going to this location for a few years as I liked their cleanliness. Post coronavirus today is my first time back. The place is far from clean. I had to ask them to clean the spa chair. They stated it was cleaned prior, however the oil buildup and debris on the armrest was by far cleaned. As I was moved to get a mani, I noticed again the space was far from clean. I digress and just cleaned it myself. However, well being serviced, the owner was working on a lady and the ladies husband walks in and takes his mask off. I asked the lady providing my services to assist with asking him to put his mask on. She went and told the owner. Five minutes goes by and no action rendered. I asked again and stated I was leaving. She stated again that the owner would take care of it. Finally minutes later it's done. The owners rings me up and scolds me and tells me she was busy and it was not a big deal. She further tells me I do t know what I am talking about. Did I mention I am a licensed cosmologist and know the health and safety protocol for cleaning post covid19. If you value your health, this is not the place to be. The mirror are filthy and the shield between operator and client looks as if it has not been cleaned since the new OSHA rules have been put in place. read more

The only reason they are getting a 2 is because they were very nice. I'm sad to have to write this review but I feel I need to be honest. I went in and no one was in the shop. I was greeted and asked if they offered powder dip manicure and the man said yes. I also wanted a pedicure. My manicure took 2 hours to complete, seems they aren't familiar with the powder like said. I didn't get to get my pedicure done because of how long my nails too. A couple days later the top coat of my nails started peeling, one nail broke and now another popped off. They look terrible. It's been a week and usually a dip set lasts 3 weeks or so looking amazing. I'm super bummed that I paid $35 plus tip for something that didn't even last a week. Sadly won't be back. read more

Better and healthier then gel, and so far has lasted me a month with no chipping or peeling; the only thing was they were grown out. I went into this nail salon with high expectations, because my friend regularly comes here and i came with her. She got her usual lady and her nails look nice. I got an older woman with short hair (she never said her name). She didnt talk much at all just got to work and thats fine by me, but once it came to filing my nails down with the drill or whatever she decided she was going to form me a new cuticle line and dig into my skin like a maniac. Im not one to tell her how to do her job but she literally cut me a new cuticle line. Not to mention after this whole ordeal she charged me $50. Im just mad my thumbs look awful and im pretty sure my cuticle line is infected now from that. Honestly wouldn't recommend this place to anyone after that. I just recently moved here and found good reviews for Lucy's so I thought I would try it.. big mistake! I asked for full set coffin style nails and not too long and they are wide at the bottom and narrow on the tips with sharp corners. I told the lady they are too long and she told me to watch the tv and not her!! Another lady painted my nails and there are spots where the polish is thick and thin and disappointing. I also got a basic pedicure and that lady did a good job but put my sandals on before my polish dried and I didn't notice until I was outside that the polish was smudged on my big toe. And I saw one of the ladies diluting the nail polish! The best thing there is it's clean and the massage chair is awesome! I will never go back! read more

This business is very unfriendly and disrespectful to their clients; there is neither " please" " thank you " nor" sorry " . Nobody can smile there.They do not neither care your feelings nor appreciate your business. We went to there in the morning and stood around the door waiting for being seated. No body greeted us or say "good morning". I had to ask " may I come in?" A lady said " come in "dispassionately without a " please " . I were seated at one chair and then a technician came to me . Without a " hello" or another words she gave me the menu quietly and I chose one. She let me put my feet in water without checking the temperature before and did not asked me if the water temperature was ok for me. The water was very cool and the room temperature is about 60 degrees. I told her too cold then she poured more water in but it was still far from warm. I asked her get the cold water out and pour warm water in but she did not respond. We tried to talk to her but could not get any response like we talked to the wall. When she finished she did not give me any words either. I just noticed that maybe I was done because she lift the armrest of the chair and removed her stool. When I checked out I did believe the cashier could tell I was not happy with my experience but she didn't ask if I was happy or not. When my partner asked me how much I wanted to tip the technician I said I was not happy with the way she worked on me and I did not believe that job deserved tips. The cashier didn't try to please me with a " sorry, we will do better next time ", just said " she did not ask a tip . If you don't want to tip her it is ok." Finally we left 5 dollars tip for her but I don't think she would appreciate that. I wanted to get a pedicure then make myself relaxed . However ,after I left the establishment I felt far from that because of the cool water and unfriendly ,arrogant or rude attitude of the people who work there. read more

I've been going here religiously for about 7 months. I'm very particular when it comes to my nails. The only reason I switched salons is because the guy that did them before moved back home out of the country lol but I tried Lucy's and wanted Lucy to do them ! Not once has she let me down! I highly recommend them. I'm not sitting there waiting for 30minutes like normal salons. I'm in a chair within 5min. Nails are done exactly how I ask every time. Best way is to show them a picture of what you want. My shape is always on point. Never crooked. The atmosphere is great and clean! (Always a good sign) I have no complaints. They never pressure you into getting what you donThe staff there always remember your name and are genuine when they talk to you. I do plan on getting my eyebrows done there soon.
