Can't go wrong with the technicians here at Nail One Spa! Ladies here care making great suggestions , efficient and very tentative. Really good sense of the team spirit they've got going Extremely accommodating to say the very least:) Parking available in the back and on the street Pedicure was just under $40 Full set Extensions, manicure, and design was about $85 I would highly recommend text reminders

The peeling, probably gonna come right off

A little disappointed, came here twice, both times the nail shipped or just came off entirely. The pedicures are okay, application could use some work. The shellac is worse, the colour originally spilled out onto my fingers. I know my finger nails are really short but comon, that's so much spilling out. Paid 53 in total plus pedicure and I still need to fix the rest on my own? Maybe their gel is better, I might just give this one more chance since it's a pretty clean spa and the workers are nice. Update: all of them fell off within the next day :/ money wasted.

Happy with my nails!! Still holding up quite well after a week... see pics :) Wanted the accent nail to have snowflakes which the girl tried her best to do for me and I am quite happy with how everything turned out. The price is also better than other places I've been to. And the colour selection is great. I don't typically have a regular nail place but this one is pretty good, walk-in's are welcome, and there is parking at the back of their store. Just grab a parking pass from them and you're good to go. Would be happy to come back and refer friends!

I was premature in my first review. This nail salon is not very consistent. I came back for a pedicure and to bring my mom for a full set bio gel. None of our nails lasted... There was lifting at the edge and the other girls who did my family's nails was not as attentive and there was bubbles and different thicknesses as mentioned in my previous review. Usually bio gel nails can last up to a month but these nails barely lasted the 2 weeks. I definitely noticed chipping and lifting. My mom ended up having to take hers off completely within the first week. Granted we were on vacation in Hawaii so maybe the seawater had some impact on the durability of the nails, but it just didn't last long. The shaping and the designs were really good, but that means nothing if the durability and consistency isn't there. I probably won't come back.

Came here Sunday morning for a pedicure and mani gel refill. They are busy all the time so should call ahead to make a appointment. Pedicure was $30, honestly was a bit weak. They use this disposable plastic exfoliater which wasn't strong enough for my dry heels. The paint job was good but my heels are dry and bumpy still The gel refill was $38 I think and it was amazing!! Way better then the shops around pacific mall. You must go to coco. She is attentive, quick and flawless. She helped me pick out my colour and didn't rush me. The gel wasn't thick and looks very natural

The number one thing I look for at my nail salons is cleanliness. When I heard about a brand new studio that was clean and cheap, I had to see for myself! The salon is one of the first floor businesses of a new condo. The parking for the salon is the visitor parking for the building which is located behind the studio. There is an entrance to the salon from the parking and you can run in and grab a parking pass which you'll need to display on your dash. When you walk in you can tell that the salon is brand new. A lot of times I've walked into a nail salon and the chairs were ragged, floors dirty, etc. That doesn't make me feel good about the tools they're going to use on me. This place however, was spotless! I made an appointment for a mani/pedi and they were able to tend to me right away. They have a lot of colour selection so it's good to get there a few minutes early and look through them all. My manicure technician recommended some colours which was helpful for me since I tend to rely on the same colours. I was seated at one of the pedicure stations in a very comfy chair and two technicians started on my mani and pedi. They were both very quick with their hands and efficient. They were also very quiet. There was zero talking which I kinda prefer so I can enjoy the experience. There was a nice arm and leg massage that was part of the procedure as well. The drying station was comfortable and they didn't rush me out. My entire service was $38 which was awesome for a great service and my nails turned out really well! During my appointment which was on a Thursday afternoon, there were a few walk-ins. Not all of them could be accommodated ASAP so I would recommend making an appointment. If there is a bit of a wait, there is a plaza next door with a Panera Breads and Five Guys where you can pass the time. Definitely will be back!

I got a mani pedi done here and paid a little over $50. I wasn't pleased with the pedi. My toes were so chunky and gross. I politely complained and another lady added an extra top coat. I had shellac done on my hands and I knew I should of said something as well as it was so thick and uneven. Not even a week later my shellac started lifting and peeling. And now all my nails can be peeled off. I don't even know if it's worth going back and complaining. But I know I will NEVER be back here. Terrible.

I've been here on numerous occasions and love the work that these nail techs do! I often go to Lili for shellac manis. She does an amazing job with nail shape and my shellac polish lasts up to 3 weeks without any chipping or peeling ... which is a rarity for me. Recently I got a pedicure and gel nail extensions by Coco, as I was going on vacation and my nails were really REALLY short. The extensions lasted two weeks, with only one nail coming off by 2.5weeks. However, as I was on vacation I was using my hands a lot and am generally not very gentle with my hands. So 2.5 weeks with no complaints is good enough for me! Overall I love the staff and love this salon. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because their prices are slightly more than other nail salons in the area. But considering the quality of service and work that I receive when I come here, I'm completely okay with paying a bit more.

They have very few staff so you have to make an appointment in advance. Even so, I once went in for an appointment at 1 and had to wait half an hour for a technician to be available; they only had two working. I gel extensions ($55 and up to 6 layers). The technicians are skilled and they do amazing jobs and I am always left with a flawless set of nails that do not lift for weeks. I just wish they would hire more staff, and improve their costumer service. They are very disorganized. Staff are often balancing multiple clients at once, while also managing the phone and booking appointments. They also often answer personal phone calls, send texts etc, making the customer feel like they aren't priority & that the tech's attention is elsewhere. If you don't mind the wait and you have the patience, it's worth it.

Badly done shellac manicure that started chipping and peeling the next day. This photo was taken 3 days after the manicure.

Based on the great reviews, I decided to visit for a simple shellac manicure and regular pedicure. The location is easy to get to. As others have mentioned, you may park in the parking lot behind the salon and go inside to get a pass. My appointment was for right as they opened at 9:30a. The inside was clean and simple, the nail colours are well presented. There was no other customers and I was brought to sit in the pedicure chair. The staff was friendly and I had one girl doing the manicure, another doing the pedicure. Everything was very rushed. The staff was distracted many times by friends coming in and chatting with them, not other customers. There was another customer there half way through mine who actually expressed that she felt rushed. Once finished, I paid in cash and left. Not a day later and all the ends of my nails were chipping. I do not work with my hands, I do not do dishes, I do not pick at my nails. I spoke to some co-workers who told me the same thing happened to them after visiting this location. I will not be returning,

My friends and I got our nails done before going on vacation and I was extremely impressed with the amount of detail that was put in. The environment is relaxing with a large selection of colours to choose from as well. Staff are very polite as well, will be back for sure!

You change from your shoes into slippers and receive a loose-fitting top and shorts to wear. There are several different sauna rooms to try, with secure cubicles nearby where you can leave your phone before entering each room. The spa has separate men's and women's changing rooms with showers, a hot tub and plenty of useful amenities. You can also purchase facial masks. Beyond the saunas, there are far infrared-light lounge chairs to lie on, massage chairs, a quiet lounge for reading or relaxing, a sleeping room, a gym and computer stations if you need to work. There is also a restaurant if you get hungry, as well as spa treatments available for an additional cost. Many people brought books and spent time relaxing between the different rooms. Very large place, mindfully decorated, with different rooms and plenty of resting space, a gym, several dry saunas, heated pools and jacuzzis, a cold plunge, a restaurant with actually really delicious meal options, and an entire upstairs area for massages... a computer room?? And games you can rent out?? I was thoroughly impressed. Unfortunately for me I wish the guests appreciated the space more... in the areas where they request for guests to be mindful of volume... there were too many loud guests... i wish people were more mindful of shared spaces. I noted that a lot of people were on their phones which sort of defeats the purpose of full relaxation. Now for the add ons where you will have to pay a bit extra... The food is so delicious. I have zero complaints... other than the fruit is a bit too expensive. But they have very sizeable portions for meals! Massage therapy was lovely... it started with a sound bowl for relaxation. I'm pretty sure I fell asleep. I went for the lymphatic massage and then it ended up becoming a deep tissue massage with hot rocks. In the end I think I spent like $325... entry fee and massage alone was $180 together... honestly I'd come again with a group of maybe 4 friends or by myself once in a while (and by a while I mean like maybe once a year)

I called and they were available right away. When I asked their prices they were higher than my usual places so I felt that it was legit. I couldn't have been more wrong. Red Flag #1: Entry is at the rear of the plaza, not the street side. Red Flag #2: She asked for payment up front. I was supposed to get $20 change but she said since I'm the first customer she would have to go to the store next door to get my change Red Flag #3: Calls me "baby" Red Flag #4-99: The massage was really just her gliding her hands over my body with baby oil. When I asked for harder she went from gliding to literally pounding. She complained that "I'm not strong". At this point I was ready to leave and then she asked me to turn over. Here she says that she pays for the room and that she wants a $20 "tip" (the $20 I was supposed to get in change). She tells me she will give me pleasure for the $20, or not, either way she was keeping the $20. I declined. I was sore and came for pain, not a handy. Then she became abusive and tried to talk me up for more money. She said "I want you happy" so I said, give me my money back. At this point I was so mad I just got up and left. So if you want a handy from a random woman then this is a place you can go to. Be prepared to be robbed though.

They placed us in the same room so that we could chat during the massages if we would like. They ask that you strip down to your underwear and knock to make sure you're ready and under the blanket before they come in. There was a good variety of massage lengths you could choose from. We did a 45 minute massage this time, but I'd like to do a longer massage whenever we return as it didn't feel like there was enough time/focus on certain parts of the body. The feet was just a quick two pounds of their fist, which didn't really do much for us. I had CeCe and my mother-in-law had KiKi. Overall, the massage was nice. They used oil and a combination of their hands and elbows. The pressure started off too light for me, so I asked her to go harder. She noted she was afraid to go too hard, so I told her not to be. UPDATE to my review Aug 2023: RECEPTIONIST STILL BAD!…read more I was temped to go again, but I surveyed two people coming out the door in Dec 2023. Their feet massages "just ok"...but they did NOT like reception / greeter woman (heard her have negative attitude). They referred me to other places they use in Vaughan and Markham. ATTENTION OWNER: you don't seem to care....no replies to bad reviews. How sad for you. ------------- AUG 2023: Comfort Zone on Warden called me after appointment asking for a bigger tip. Who does that! I've been going there for years and have given Vivian (an excellent foot masseuse) a generous tip... but this time I did not.... for 2 reasons: 1 - I arrived early to find front desk lady and Vivian right outside the front door both smoking. This was a shock and it is a disgusting habit, so during my 45 minute foot massage, I struggled with the idea of her hands on my feet right after she smoked. 2 - The front desk reception lady was rude, has been in the past, when I asked about the TV not working properly... she dismissed my request. Then it was her that called me after I left, asking for a bigger tip, but never asked me why such a small tip, then she said "never book Vivian again". I am very sensitive to smokers, others could be allergic, and it is a vile and bad health habit and should be kept private, and at least done outside their back door which I know other staff go to... I would never book Vivian again because of her unfortunate smoking habit then touching my feet or body, but mostly the front desk lady is rude, has an attitude, and I truly hope the owner reads this post and takes action to correct this staffing issue... There are other posts citing similar problem with her...all other staff have been nice over the years.
