If a client is 10 minutes late, their appointment gets canceled, yet clients are constantly left waiting 15-25 minutes past their scheduled time with no issue. This is not just a one time thing either. The policy clearly only applies one way. The manager was sitting at the front laughing and chatting instead of helping, which looks really unprofessional for a store front. On top of that, the girl at the front desk doesn't seem to know how to properly respond to customers or handle situations professionally. What's also frustrating is being asked if you want to switch to another waxer because your appointment is running behind. Most people book with someone specific because they're comfortable with them and trust them -- especially for a personal service that they charge alot for.
