The first time, I called ahead to ask how much gel nails would be and was told $45. When I went in and got them done, the final bill was $120. When I asked why, I was told it was because I got chrome -- which I didn't. Then the story changed to it being because I received a massage. I was never asked if I wanted a massage, nor was I told it would cost extra -- let alone $80 extra. The second time, the same thing happened: services were added on that I didn't ask for, and when I questioned the total, she panicked, clearly realizing the mistake, and offered a discount for next time -- which doesn't make up for overcharging me in the moment. This place consistently adds on charges without transparency or consent and then can't get their story straight. I highly recommend getting your nails done elsewhere. You deserve to not be charged for services you didn't receive or ask for.

I went back once already, so this happening again points to a prep or application issue. I expected better quality and durability, especially for the price.

The music was that of something you'd get a massage to. My friend and I were getting a pedicure and manicure. The nail polish wall had all kinds of signs of up-charges for "better quality" polish. That was a sign of what's to come. The nail technician was sweet. She pointed out the different spa packages on the wall. $70 was the starting price. (For just a pedicure with callous remover, maybe some sea salt scrub. Not much you're getting added) I was kind of appalled by such a steep price. I then decided to go with just a pedicure. I cancelled my manicure. That's when I could feel the demeanor of my nail technician change. My pedicure took less than 20 minutes. She didn't really get off extra cuticles. The polish was put on really thin and I'm not too sure she even put a top coat on. She rubbed my feet for like 30 seconds each. No alarm set for time. Ran me $38 for a basic pedicure. $6 for polish removal. After tip, that was a $52 disappointing experience. My friend's dip nails turned out really pretty, but chipped after walking literally one block away.

The nail technician was rude the entire…read moreappointment because while I waited for 30 minutes, she felt my previous nails should have been soaking off. Clearly, that wasn't my decision. The gel manicure is a mess, she didn't cut or clean up my cuticles, she didn't ask what shape I wanted, and the gel is all over my fingers. This cost me $60 after tip. I will not be going back.

The bride's nails came out beautiful, and the bridesmaids who had their nails done were all very happy with the results as well. The main downside was that the salon felt a little like a factory -- it was extremely busy, and the organization and communication between services could definitely be improved. A couple of times, members of our group finished one service and were left standing around without being told where to go or who would be taking them next. For example, my sister finished her manicure and was standing next to me waiting for her pedicure without anyone directing her where to sit or who would be helping her. The same thing happened with my niece when she was waiting to have her eyebrows done after her manicure and pedicure. We completely understand that being busy is a good problem to have, but a little more communication between staff and guidance for clients would make the experience feel much smoother and less chaotic. Overall, the actual nail services were great and we were very happy with the finished results -- especially the bride's nails! I would just love to see a little more organization when moving clients from one service to the next.

I got a gel manicure that didn't even last a week, the gel broke off the nails and actually damaged the nail bed. I don't recommend going there unless you get Amy or Kathy, they know how to treat the customer and are very efficient in their work. The rest are worthless. I'm neve going back.
