Over priced for poor quality. Their listed pedicures contain the same things but will have different prices. Don't get fooled!

I came in with a blue tip French manicure and asked for same thing but with a green tip which I picked myself, a lite olive ish green to go with a special outfit I'm wearing to an event. all was fine until Tracy decided to give me a PINK nail base instead of a neutral. PINK does NOT go with my olive green tip I picked, so she offered to redo it which I absolutely did NOT have time for! so she tells me come back and I will redo it another day - don't you like it? it's pretty. yeah. maybe pretty to you or someone else but that's NOT what I wanted or came in for. just so incredibly disappointed! a total waste of my time and money. still searching for a good nail salon. there are so many in this area. UGH

My favorite nail tech is Alice :) she is always creative, patient, and kind. As you can tell, she can freehand a lot of artwork. I never really have issues with my charms, she glues them on well and they last until my next fill. I definitely recommend her if you go.

Tracy did a beautiful job on mine and my daughter's nails she was very friendly and fast and did a great job !

I came in today, this morning, without an appointment and they greeted me and took me right away. They're always friendly and do amazing work! Today Tracy did my fill. My nails look so good! I love them. I come here every few months for either a manicure or pedicure or sometimes both. I highly recommend this nail shop

Big thanks to Tracy for the great service she provided today. I originally came in at 9 am and got sat down right away. The first lady who worked on my nails was very unprofessional & rude. She started putting gel x on my nails & from the start I was already skeptical of her skills. She was very messy, the gel got everywhere, there were bubbles under the extensions & a few nails were crooked. When I asked her to fix the crooked nails, she started arguing with me & complaining to the other nails techs about me. From then on I asked for another technician to work on my nails bc I didn't want someone who wouldn't listen to me to continue doing my nails, especially if she's going to complain while I'm sitting right there. Tracy, one of the owners, took over. She removed all the messed up gel x extensions the previous technician did & reapplied them in perfectly straight & with no bubbles. She kept apologizing for the first technician's behavior & I really appreciated that. In the end, Tracy was able to replicate the design & shape I wanted while also making sure everything looked good to me while she was working on my nails.

Friendly, fast, clean. I walked in for a mani pedi and they immediately took me in. They started with only nails and moved me to the pedi chair when it became available. I did a gel mani and paradise pedi which was $40. Both Alice (mani) and Anna (pedi) did a great job. They did what I asked them to do. The prices were slightly higher in compare to my usual place in LA. I do the pedi that they had on their menu for $70 in LA for $55. I definitely recommend them. Thank you Alice and Anna.

The family that recently bought this place is seriously the best ever!! My sisters and I have been going to them for years and they have consistently done the most beautiful work with our nails (both manis and pedis). Everything from the shape to the design to just the general vibe is so lovely! I get gel manicures by Alice every month, she is an absolute master, replicating even the most complicated designs from Pinterest. 10/10 for the young woman who did my pedicure today. I called in for a 3:30 appointment, showed up and they were ready for me! I got a European Pedicure with gel French. She was so thorough and took her time, I was out the door by 5pm. The massage was probably my favorite part, as I am recently pregnant; my calves & feet have been bothering me all week, it was just what I needed. Thank you, I wish I had gotten her name but I will be back every 3 weeks specifically for this woman. Thank you!!! Best $62 I spent on a pedicure, I found my new spot just down the street from my house. read more

Absolutely the best gel nail set I've ever had done. I have had gel nails for decades and what Tina did was amazing, this pic is of fills. They look like a new set. She did my nails about 6 weeks ago and they were perfect. Other gel French manicures I've had begin to crack along the sides, lift at the base and chip at the tip after a couple of weeks. Tina's nails looked perfect after 6 weeks but I went in for fills. She made them new again. I usually just remove the old nails and get a new set because fills are never as nice. Tina convinced me to try her fills and I'm totally sold. These look as perfect as a new set. Best ever. read more

Had appt still had to wait okay no big deal. Had a manicure pedicure . Pedicure great ! Nothing about manicure was great. I kept saying they look bad I have a wedding he literally did not care . Then cut one so short I was bleeding had to put a tip on . The list goes on . I was so upset they offered me a $10 coupon I was like no thanks I won't be back . Now I have to pay to have them redone that's how bad they are . None of them are the same length they are all thick and wavy . So bad read more

Really wanted to like this place but my mom and I had a horrible experience. My husband previously went to purchase gift certificates as a gift for my mom and me. He asked for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. They gave him a gift certificate stating that the costs was $68. He got two. When we went the owner seemed bothered by the gift certificate and told us that they were now new owners and that it wasn't their prices and that I would have to pay $3 more dollars per person. That was super petty and frustrating. We stayed and the whole time every tech (in an EMPTY salon) kept rushing us to hurry up and pick our colors. My tech actually filed off a chuck of my gel and instead of redoing it she just painted over it. Worst experience I've ever had! My mom 2 days later had several nails chipping and mine 5 days later started lifting... save yourself the time and stress of being told to hurry up and rushing through your experience and go to literally anywhere else. read more

I went to this place as a walk in. Pretty basic pedicure and simple full set with gel polish. You didn't want anything out of the ordinary. The pedicure was ok, the gentleman did a decent job, hence the one star. The full set though was a disaster. It's clumpy, uneven, it just looks awful.I feel like so many nail salons have their techs practice on customers. If they don't know how to work acrylic and gel why pretend like they're professionals and charge customers?? I go to salon's because I expect that the people working on my nails know what they're doing. If I want someone to practice on my nails I could ask a friend to do that. Definitely not going back, I feel that's one of the reasons a lot of people are deciding to just use the press on nails, it's much cheaper and at least they're even and uniform not globs of gel. read more

I've been going to Tracy (nails) and Linda (pedicures) for over two years and when they moved to Wildomar, of course I followed them. Both ladies provide quality service and take pride in their work. The new place is warm, friendly and clean. I highly recommend Tracy for dip nails because I like mine thin and natural looking and she accommodates. Linda is careful at cleaning up my feet nicely and it's never painful when she works on my ingrown toenails. I always leave there satisfied with my services. read more

Tracy was amazing! I usually do my own nails with gel at home but it was such a treat to have them done. I went for a classic French tip with dip on my natural nails and Tracy was able to even fix a few that were broken. Tracy checked in with me along the way to make sure I liked them. Been going to this place for quite some time now and always tipped generously. The nail techs have always been good to me. However, today I called to ask if they can accommodate my father who is confined to a wheelchair. Basically he just needs a pedicure (not a spa pedicure). I said he would like a regular pedicure and it has to be done while he is in his wheelchair. He is unable to ambulate or transfer. I was told they cannot do his pedicure and stated "I don't know what do you mean by wheelchair". I explained as much as possible what I meant. However, she just dismissed me and said they cannot "do it.". Im sure it wasn't because there was no appointments available. Maybe it was a a language/communication issue but I believe I made myself clear. I don't see what the difference is with him sitting in a regular chair and his wheelchair would be. If it is liability issue in their eyes then it would be quite helpful to have been informed. I have a problem with is they decided they cannot render services even before even trying to discuss a solution. I was just dismissed with no explanation. This may or may not be a violation of Title III of the Americans With Disabilities Act, which prohibits discrimination from "activities" or "places of public accommodations" on the basis of disability. Unfortunately, because of this episode I will no longer be a patron of this establishment. read more

I went here with my grandma today while visiting. She really needed her feet cleaned up and toe nails clipped. This was her first pedicure ever at age 84. They were so sweet to her and took care of her. I'd def take my grandma back there. They did a great job on my gel mani too. read more

This salon is 10/10! I highly recommend them for all of your nail needs whether it's a simple manicure you're looking for or getting show stopping nails this is the place to go! The staff is so sweet and welcoming every time I come in and even when every seat is taken they always make sure to greet anyone who comes in and try to fit them in as soon as possible! Alice is a wizard when it comes to nails whatever you show her she can do even better than you could've imagined! She's never turned down anything I've shown her no matter how crazy and she shapes my nails beautifully every time! Phew! Glow Advanced Skin and Body Care is located on Hancock in Murrieta, which is a big street. It's behind a pet clinic, in a 3-story building. You walk into the lobby, up the elevator to the 2nd floor and exit to the right. When you walk in it immediately has a peaceful vibe. GLOW is by appointment only so it's nice and quiet. I was asked to fill out an intake form and then Lauren came out to greet me. I was taken to the facial room and took a seat to chat with Lauren. She asked questions to get to know me, what my expectations are and what she could offer. She's holistic by nature and that's what spoke to me the most. I was then asked to change into a towel wrap, showed where to put my stuff and then asked to get onto the facial bed. The initial appointment took about 2 hours from walking in the door to getting back into my car. I appreciated that Lauren took her time. I also liked that she wasn't too chatty during the facial itself. Whenever I'd ask her a question she'd answer and add some good tips. Ultimately, I really wanted to relax to enjoy the experience. I ended up purchasing some Sanitas Skincare items she recommended. Then we made my appointment for 6 weeks out. I'm trusting with Lauren's help and following her lead with the products I'll now use on my face I'll have the results I've been hoping for! I'm all in and excited to try Lauren's method. She was so nice and I can tell she's an expert in her field. She wasn't pushy at all, which was refreshing and I could tell she was honestly trying to help me. She's been through her own skincare journey so I trust her experience. I also love that each facial is personalized to each client. I will gladly return. After the facial my skin felt amazing! It was GLOWing and moisturized! I'm committed to coming every 6 weeks and I'm sure my skin will thank me for it! I'm looking forward to see where my skin journey takes me with Lauren's guidance :)

I also know other people that go there for other services in the building and they couldn't believe what she had done. Her response was sorry but these are hard times for everyone. Over the last 10+ years, every single time I have come in to this nail salon on occasion thinking "it's been over a year, they probably have gotten new staff or bettered their skills", I always walk out upset. On multiple occasions. Where do I even start? 1) My acrylics never come out a good shape. 2) Got my eyebrows waxed and walked out crying. I could even tell while getting them done that it didn't feel right. Once I saw, I wanted to cry. Uneven! Too thin! Not even trimmed properly. I could have done a better job just plucking them. 3) I got a mani/pedi with gel and the gel peeled off (not in chunks but the entire nail bed) started peeling off within 2-3 days. I only had 4 toes with half polish on them. 4) I scheduled an appointment to get a simple mani on my lunch break. When I got to my appointment, I had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. (No big deal) except it appeared to me that they didn't even have me written in their schedule. I am finally seated and a few minutes later a walk in customer asks for a fill. They sit her down immediately next to me. I am about 20 minutes in to my appointment with no services being performed yet. Just waiting. Then a nail tech comes up, skips me and starts working on the walk in customer FIRST who didn't have an appointment! Needless to say, I was 30 minutes late back to work. I have never had a good experience in this place. Over the last 10+ years and the multiple times I've come in giving them a chance at redemption. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I went in with my wife today to get her eyebrows waxed. She had just gotten off work at a local taco shop where she worked an 8 hour shift. The lady very passive aggressively said to my wife "It's too bad you have to wear your smelly work shirt everywhere, you smell like grease." My wife is a very polite person and didn't say anything back. I kept my mouth shut because I like my wife to fight her own battles especially when it's with another woman and moreso once I get started l get out of control. Basically the lady who assisted my wife treated her like a dumb beaner even going so far as to spray down the chair my wife was sitting in as soon as she got out of it. If she really felt like my wife made the chair smell bad she could have at least waited another minute until she left. She then complained my wife paid with a card even though they charge $1 to use a card. I don't know, maybe a little tax evasion going on here. At any rate my wife won't be back. read more

I've come here several times with my mom and grandma and every time we are all treated like they have known us forever. Very friendly staff. This particular time, I came in while being 9 months pregnant and they gave me a foot massage for 20 minutes. Great pressure and it felt amazing.
