I got a pedicure at the beginning of March (and I know I'm due for another one soon!), but get this: I just got regular polish--no gel or anything--and the color is still completely on my toenails! My finger nails were just glittery and when I said it wasn't pink enough, a male worker came over and was getting defensive. I showed him the pic and he was like "that's chrome"! When we did chrome on my one nail to try it came out as white chrome with some pink undertones. At this time it had been 3 hours so I was over it. Also, the gel wasn't painted flat, idk how to explain it but it's lumpy. I settled for the white chromey look and it was pretty but not what I wanted. I think they just don't have the color or I have to be so specific like I want this exact number, don't switch it up on me. On the bright side i thought the price was ok - it was $55 for mani and $55 for pedi. I did enjoy the massage with the pedicure. I don't think I'll be returning.

He was quick and when I asked him a question about my big toe being split, he didn't offer a repair of any kind-- maybe because he was on the phone during the service. Thought it was strange because of the previous up-sell. I would've paid for a toenail repair. A nice lady who worked there did explain the service wasn't recommended because it could cause a bigger split. She also removed the toe separators and put my shoes back on, because the guy disappeared after he painted my nails. My experience wasn't great, so i'll look for another shop next time.

I understand being busy, but I don't think that should mean rushing through a service. My nails were not filed evenly, and the cuticles were barely trimmed. After the pedicure was finished, there were still quite a few cuticles left, and honestly, my feet didn't look or feel like they had just received a pedicure. I will say that the technician was very nice and did a good job polishing my nails, the color was applied nicely. I didn't get her name, but she was sitting at the first station as you walk into the salon. I'm giving 2 stars because I felt the quality of the service was sacrificed because they were busy. I got the cuticle oil at the end but noticed my friend also got lotion, which I didn't get so I think could be slightly different per tech. On the other hand, my friend picked a color and the color on the nail didn't match it- it was more orangey- when she brought it up; her nail tech went to my nail tech to ask for help. They did re do it for her but I think it took some courage for my friend to speak up. The gel nail manicure was $40, and a $8 tip. Wouldn't be opposed to going back. I also liked that it looked clean and didn't smell of chemicals like some other salons. I went ahead and made an appointment for a Gel X manicure and gel pedicure. I received a text confirmation when my appointment was booked as well as reminder texts as well for my upcoming appointments. I had a great spa pedicure experience and felt relaxed throughout my service. The gel polish was applied neatly and my nails weren't cut down too short; there was plenty of room left for growth. Moving onto the manicure... there was way too much glue added onto each nail and there was so much residue left underneath my fingertips. When the LED light was placed over each finger, I vocalized to my nail tech that it was getting pretty hot and she said "it's okay" (of course it was, because it wasn't hot for her!) and I just ended up taking my whole hand out because she clearly didn't care or listen to my concern. When the polish was applied, it was done neatly and I liked the final color result, but there wasn't any cleanup done beneath my nails. I was able to pick some of the glue residue out when I got home, but wasn't able to get it all out. The pricing here is reasonable and the salon is clean and well kept, but I don't think that I'd come back since I was brushed off during the process of getting my Gel X manicure.
