Went in with my 6 year old and 3 year old for just a color on their nails. Staff is friendly I agree with other reviews. When I paid she told me $10. I gave her $10. She stood there looking at me. Now I'm counting my money for her tip and I looked up at her and asked her how much she said $10. I told her I gave you $10. She looked at me and said "No tip?" If I could give this review no stars, I would, worse acrylic nail job I have ever had in my life. Did not file them straight whatsoever, he cut me, and made some nails different lengths. Charged me just to shape them a different way, and when I said something about it the lady told me no refunds. Instead she told me to come back in another day so she could fix them. Why would I come back another day when I was going on vacation, and why would I ever want them to fix my messed up nails. Now I'm embarrassed to even show anyone my nails. Would rather have had no polish or acrylics over this any day. They should get more practice, or just close the place down. read more

Today was my first time there, my regular salon was swamped and I couldn't wait that long. I went in for a pedicure and no chip manicure. While my pedicure started out just fine (pedicure chairs are terrible quality), there was an older woman in the salon that had a walker. She had finished up her nails and now was headed over for a pedicure. She told the two ladies helping her what to do so they could assist in getting her into the chair. While this was happening my feet were in bags or I would have gotten up and helped this woman. The two employees were being rude to the customer, they told her "no pedicure, paint only". She was sitting in the pedicure chair and the customer said "please move my legs onto the foot rest and I can slide myself up"! She was ignored and the ladies working there were clearing talking about her since they were all looking at her. The customer asked "what kind of pedicures do you have" and the one employee said "basic pedicure". I knew that was a lie, I just picked pedicure #2 out of the 5 or 6 options they had in their pedicure book. When I got up from my pedicure, I went and talked to the lady. She suffers from MS and like all us women, wants some pampering. I told her I am sorry for what she just went though there. It literally made me want to cry to see how the employees treated her. I told the woman's husband to never bring her back as I saw how she was treated while he was gone for 40 minutes. I told him take her to my regular salon down the street (VIP salon) and she will be treated so well. In addition to this, there was another customer there that asked 4 times for gel nails. They kept trying to give her a no chip because the lady that did the gel nails was busy. That customer walked out and said I will never be back. I ALSO WILL NEVER BE BACK. I felt so upset after I left there on how the woman with MS was treated by the employees. I will spend my money elsewhere and share this story with all the people I know in Homer and around the area. Went here for a dip nail set last minute before vacation. Not a lot of color options at all to choose from. On top of that, the nail tech did the dip on my nails completely wrong and didn't even smooth them or file the top so they were left very ridged. 5 days later and all of my nails are cracking. read more

I have recently moved to the area and have been looking for a new salon to make my "go to" for nails. I was greatly underwhelmed by this place. While I will give it credit for being clean and having no wait time, but it lacked in customer service and quality. I will start by saying that my nail tech didn't speak one word to me other than when she gave me my total to pay her. On top of that they do not offer any options for pedicures, they do not do paraffin wax on feet (hands only) and they do not offer any massages or scrubs. When I left my feet were still very badly cracked and rough. She did my manicure in less than 10 minutes and didn't even put nail polish all the way to my cuticle. I probably will not be back. While I cannot say anything about their nail services, I can say do not go here for waxing. I came in here last week to get my eyebrows waxed. The woman was VERY aggressive. She kept yelling at me not to move, however I was sitting in a computer chair that was on wheels & on a tile floor. Moving was inevitable. Upon waxing, she kept grabbing my entire head and jerking it around to look at my eyebrows. She then proceeded to cough IN MY FACE and did not apologize. I told her "You are being too rough" and she clearly had no idea what I was saying because she then started blowing on my eyebrows. Ew, thanks for the double spit/breath on my face. It was very obvious that she could not care less about what she was doing. I left with oil all over my forehead and my skin is still broken out from the waxing a week later. I typically get a no chip manicure and it lasts about 2-2 & a half weeks before it starts to peel (which is the longest I've gone for any no chip to peel!) I went in with a friend to get a two no chip manicures and two pedicures. First, they water for the pedis wasn't even warm. They were all talking the entire time very loud so we could not relax and enjoy our time there. She was so rough doing the pedicure that it hurt my nails. I didn't realize until after I left, but they also overcharged us. $30 for the pedicure when the sign said $25. It was the most awful pedicure I have ever had. She barely massaged after. I got French on my nails. On the top of some of my nails they are not painted to the edge. The lady Was also very rude. Also, The machine they use for the no chips kept turning off and beeping and she just sat there and did nothing. It was very annoying and frustrating. I will not be going back. read more

Went here on a Friday night , got there about 6:00pm, they were able to take us right away. Shortly after they began to get busy with walk ins. Even with the pressure of people waiting , they still took there time on my mother and myself.
