Six weeks ago a young Asian man did my nails and he did a poor job. I went back 10 days later spoke with the manager. She gave me a five dollar discount and she did my nails very nicely. I went back today and she said that the older Asian gentleman could do my nails he stated that he could not. I think he had an appointment then the same young Asian gentleman walks over and I tell him no I don't want you to do my nails, the manager no one came over to say anything to me and I just walked out. I will never be going back there again. The customer service was terrible and I don't even understand why they could've at least said we have no one available make an appointment or come back another time they said nothing . read more

Heidi was super fast and did an exceptional job on my nails. This shop is nothing fancy, but they do great work. Prices are average, shop is clean, staff are friendly and personable. Definitely will be coming back. read more

Update: Heidi is amazing! Glad I gave Nail Pro another chance. ************************************** An older woman did my Deluxe Spa Pedicure. It was far from a relaxing experience. - She apparently doesn't know the difference between, scalding hot, freezing cold, and warm water. - The fan was oscillating which meant every 3-4 seconds a gush of cold air was blown on me. - She is not skilled, at all, in massage. - She wiped my leg with a towel she used to clean the outside of the tub with. She did a decent job shaping my toenails then passed on the painting to Heidi who did a great job so all wasn't a loss. I might come back to see if Heidi creates a better overall experience. P.S. Had an early Saturday morning appointment for a mani-pedi. I know a few other people who get their nails done here and they all recommended Heidi. Despite the not-so-great Yelp reviews, I decided to give them a try. It's pretty obvious that this place has undergone new management since the older, lower ratings. The shop was clean, the staff was really friendly and I was really happy with the results. Even though it was a Saturday and the shop started to fill up, the nail tech working on me didn't start anyone else until my nails were done. She even fixed a nail that I smudged getting in the car! Stay away!!! Pricing isn't what they say and they cheat you and do a crappy job. Walked in and owner didn't even see me and I had to ask if they were open. Took her a minute to even get up from watching Asian TV. Then I said pedi, possibly mani and picked a color. She showed me to a chair and the water was very warm and relaxing but relaxation stopped there. I opted for the spa pedi after she asked because she pointed to a sign that said it was only $5 more and included scrubs and extra massaging. She used different scrubs and lotions and gels and she moved through it all very fast. I asked her to slow down and she did for a second only. Then she painted my toes by being sloppy and then using a brush with remover to clean up. The tools she was using weren't coming out of sealed baggies or anything but appeared clean. The floor wasn't though anywhere in the place. A lady came in and asked how much more a manicure is added to a pedicure and the man said $10 so I said I would add that too. At this point, according to the the board on the wall and the spa pedicure sign by the chair I was in, I was up to $35. Typical and ok since this wasn't for anything special. My manicure was just as fast and sloppy. There were men outside smoking and carrying on drunk and the owners didn't even close the door or ask them to move on. Police showed up a bit later though. I sat down to let everything dry and handed my card over, when I got the slip back it said $50. I asked what the extra charge was and she said each scrub coats $5 additional... But I didn't ask for each one, I asked for the spa pedicure which the sign just said $5 more and had all of the scrubs listed, not to pick one. I explained this and she played dumb and didn't say anything. The man asked if there was a problem and I said it wasn't disclosed or printed anywhere and he replied "what's the problem?" They both continued to play dumb and I asked for my money back. They just turned to other women and ignored me. I used a few words and left. read more

I've been coming to Nail Pro for years now. I always get a full set and gel polish, every month or so, and every time she starts painting my nails she shows me the color once it's on and asks if I like it. Heidi never rushes when doing nails and it shows. I have never had a bad experience here. If you have a specific design you want, they'll try it and if you don't like it they will fix it. I've recommended this place to several of my friends and family members and we are all loyal customers. read more

Have had a full set now since mid January been going every 2 weeks for fills, haven't been 100% satisfied yet. The owner rushes every time. And seems to have an attitude. My last fill was Friday before Easter and she rushed thru my fills I asked for a color and she didn't have it , I chose another and again she didn't have it. I ended up getting chrome which cost an extra $10 and hated it. She offered to change it but I didn't want to wait. I went back this Thurs and asked for color change and was charged $20. The place wasn't real sanitary nor were their practices real sanitary either. The lady doing my pedicure cut one of my toe nails too low and she cut too deep into the side of the toe nail. It stung when I put my foot back in the water and when I took it out and told her it was hurting she tried to tell me it wasn't. There is a protocol for what to do when a client it hurting but she had no clue. The shop is not located in the best areas either. I had to maneuver through a crowd of men hanging around the liquor store just to get to my car. I am not going back to this place and I wouldn't suggest anyone else go either. read more

I got an acrylic full set a couple weeks ago for an event. I waited three hours and there were only two people working on both feet and nails and there were only three clients aside from me. I had no choice but to wait since all the other nail shops in that area were closed and I had no time to make it to my side of town. When it was my turn she apologized for taking so long and then proceeded to rush through my nails the work was not that good considering it looked like I needed a fill in day 3 and day 4, three nails on each hand snapped in half breaking my real nail along with it in half. That was the most painful experience I've had in all my years of getting my nails done. Every nail that came off broke in half and I work in an office which does not require me to do any heavy lifting. Due to this experience I've had to take some time off of getting my nails done since my nails are basically nonexistent. I would recommend a no go I'm not one to complain but this was unacceptable between both the wait and the actual quality of my nails itself. read more

The lady is fast doing nails also her husband. The couple who owns the business is from Vietnam. Trinh is nice and can paint well but she did it fast that she got sloppy in her nail work. She did not clean my nails good and their nail cutter did not show that it was clean. Do not trust her. The place is not organize and clean either. read more

The stylist are so nice and caring and always make sure I get exactly what I want. They have plenty of options for pedicures I picked the deluxe spa pedicure it was so calming and relaxing. I tried the salon for first time. I talked to customers when I arrived and they rave about Nail Pro. Clearly not the same people running it as before. They did a very nice job. Very friendly. I live in Baltimore county, I drove to Linhthicum Height just to do my nail cause every time I broke my nail or mess it up, they tell me to come back they'll fix it for half price and Trinh is a great nail designer; she drew a beautiful flower on my nail and it look amazing! Would not go again, Heidi who seems to be the new owner is nice, until she speaks to her workers, all she does is yell at them and Steals their clients, owner or not you don't steal clients from your employees, as well as try to make you do things you don't want. I watched as a young man who did my pedicure was about to do a manicure after finishing me, started getting Polish off a client and she said "come to my table" if you come do not request for her, ask for someone else. But aside from mistreating employees, the service is great, and so are the prices, the older woman was nice and the young man was welcoming and very good at his job and would not be happy until you are satisfied! read more

I came across this salon in the need to get my nails done for my sister's upcoming wedding. I walked in and was warmly greeted by a young man who asked what I needed done, just a simple manicure and pedicure. His work was very neat and very professional and when I asked how long he had been in the nail industry, I was surprised to hear that it had only been for a short period of time. What talent! He finished in a reasonable time and I was definitely satisfied with the results. Prices were okay, I paid about $30 in total for both my manicure and pedicure, the average expected price for such services. The overall atmosphere of the salon was very soothing and I can definitely see myself returning to this store many times in the future! read more
