I love Demi and all the ladies in their salon. they do an amazing job! I've been going for about 12 years.

Kims nail care 111 crain highway is a horrible place to do business at. I showed the lady a picture of how to do my french nails. and she did the opposite. My nails were filed crooked and straight across. she must need glasses. When she dipped the nail brush into the nail polish there was no nail polish on the brush. I told her 5 times there's no nail polish on the brush. She ignored me. I barely had any nail polish on. She also used gel nail polish that had one bristle on it and stroke each side 10 times. I asked her what she was doing. she didnt reply. She filed my nail down so much I had to see a dermatologist to get medicaiton for it. and now have to wait for it to grow out. I had to pay the full fee. they are nasty group on nail technicians. read more

I love this place. Got my nails done for my gender reveal. Told the woman do what she wants and came out amazing. I paid 85 for a full set and toes. Place alway clean. Went on a Saturday was busy even with an appointment and they over booked people but other then that it's a great place with great prices read more

I went out on a limb and tried a new place since this was close to my house. The staff is really nice. My pedicure was subpar. Pedicurist barely touched my feet, nor did I get lotion (she lotioned lower legs, per standard, but not my feet). I also had to request a second coat of polish. I initially received one coat of color and one coat of clear polish. The clear polish was applied halfheartedly, only on half my nail. They were really nice when I requested another coat be applied, so no issues there. The attached photo was taken 30 minutes after I left the salon. Sorry that you have to see my dry feet and dead skin!This is the prettier view of the two pictures I sent to my sister. She told me I needed to get a pedicure, and I told her I literally just left the salon I'm chalking it up to trial and error. I will be making the 20 minute drive to my normal salon from now on. read more

I found this place and googling and I am definitely coming back. I made an appointment for a fill in and pedicure. My pedicure was satisfying and my nail tech was very professional about it. The shape was good and she really did a decent pedicure and color went on well. My nail tech was very professional doing my fill in. She confirmed what shaped I wanted and wasn't upset that I asked her to fix it. I am definitely coming back. My total was $75. read more

I walked into this establishment for a pedicure and they ignored me for my willingness to do business with them. I was rudely informed that I would not be able to get my pedicure until after 3 pm. I visited at 10AM as a new walk in client. Only one person was there getting her nails done and 3 nail technicians sitting around doing nothing. When you advertise on your door that walk in appointments are welcome, do just that. Welcome new business and enjoy the fact that you are interested in working. Luckily I found a great place a block away. Shame on you and your lack of friendly service. read more

I had my nails done by Demi, the owner. She is friendly and speaks good English. I have not been in this shop in quite a while, maybe a year, I've been checking out other places. Even thou it's been a while, she still remembered me and that was nice. I sat in her chair at 5:14 p.m. on a Saturday, got an acrylic fill with a gel manicure, by 5:40 p.m. I was checking out. She currently has a total of four technicians working in the shop. I've always been seen as a walk-in, however it is recommended that you make an appointment during the holiday season. read more

Honestly this place was a find. I walked here as I was getting my tires done at a shop down the street and needed to fill an hour and needed my nails done. They were posted to be open at 9:30am and when I got there the doors were unlocked ten minutes prior so I went in. I've been getting my nails done at an upscale place ten minutes away so I needed a fill with gel. I picked my color and sat down. This woman was meticulous to say the least. She went over her work constantly to assure my nails were perfect. In the end I had one teeny bubble and that's literally the least of my worries. It was $25 for a fill and she trimmed down. At my OLD salon that would be fifty five. Also this only took 40ish minutes. They're in the process of a remodel said another customer too. They got busy quick so you may normally need an appointment. I hate salon small talk and the tech really didn't 'chat' she just talked about my nails. Also there was no background music so it was a little quiet until more customers came. read more

I work in the automotive industry and my actual nails are non existent, came here on a Saturday afternoon and the nail technician Demi was great. She really took her time and produced believable nails. AWESOME. Paid $35.00 and got mood polish, very reasonable. read more

I called yesterday afternoon and was able to get an appointment same day for a full set of nails. It's been a few years since I've been to this location because I stopped getting my nails done. I was greeted with a warm welcome as soon as I walked in the door. I had to wait a bit but only because I was super early to my appointment but was told that I would been seen early if possible. I liked how I was acknowledged by my name not once but several times. I was engaged in casual conversation and I felt valued as a customer. I forgot to get my nail tech's name but will defiantly be returning to her. I've even scheduled another appointment for this Saturday to get a pedicure. I highly recommend this salon for nail service. read more

It started off as a nice trip to a new nail shop then when left fast. Was getting my full set and right before she started to file them before the wash, she set me to the side and started a new lady. I wasn't mad but when she did the ladies full set to finish I was HOT! and I took one look around and saw that I wasn't the only "sista" waiting and the other sista was there before me smh. I'm not saying it was a race thing I hate to think that way but my friend that was with me was white and she saw what was going on and didnt like it at all. Yes the nails are a lot cheaper then my normal but I was other coworkers wen went there before and their full set was so well down, "NOT MINE"! WILL I BE BACK YES BECAUSE I BELIEVE IN SECOND CHANCES. Very very sad :( After reading the great reviews here, I had my nails done yesterday. I didn't choose gel since I wanted my nails to rest from gel nail polish. Two hours after I had my nails done yesterday by the smiling long-haired lady who could not speak English, my white nail polish peeled off! Maybe the polish was old? Maybe I went to the wrong nail technician? Took a photo of my poor nails. I also have a painful swollen hang nail that wasn't trimmed well. I'm supposed to have my gel nails done there in 2 weeks. This place is OK. The women are very friendly and pleasant. But I probably won't go back, at least not until after trying other places in the area. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time to get seated for a pedicure and manicure. The process was pleasant, but the results weren't great. The pedicure was OK, but the manicure was disappointing. There were bubbles in the polish, so my nails weren't smooth, and the edges were a bit sloppy. It's not terrible, but I can give myself an OK manicure for free. I pay to get a good one. Unfortunately, that was not what I received this time. read more
