The man that did my pedicure did a horrible job filing my toe that made It look slanted and I told him to fix It and It was still crooked. Also the design he did was so low effort (supposed to be simple flower) but all he did was 6 dots on my toe and called It a day. If I wasn't in the service industry I wouldn't have tipped him so he was lucky I was generous.

She said they cleanse your face and put 2 masks so what specific question did I have. Ummm I just asked you the specific question! I then asked her again for a simple description of each facial, it's only 3! She said the vital c is for hydrating, the acne is for acne, and the anti aging is for old people with saggy skin. WOW. What bothered me more was that she clearly did not want to take the time necessary to properly remove it. When the manager came over, instead of helping resolve the situation, she proceeded to speak to me in a manner that felt more like I was being scolded than treated as a paying customer. For the sake of avoiding an argument, I let it go. I also requested a cat-eye polish with a design on one finger, and even that was not being done correctly. At that point, I decided to simplify things and requested a clear polish instead. Somehow, I ended up with a bubblegum-colored polish. When I pointed it out, the response was, "Well, it's close enough." Close enough to clear? After spending $75, the manager actually asked if I was pleased with my service. Girl, bye. The issue wasn't simply the polish or the additional charge--it was the overall lack of care, professionalism, attention to what I requested, and the dismissive attitude when I expressed concerns. For $75, "close enough" is simply not good enough. Run and do not even think about patronizing this place.
