i love kristen! she always does SO well with my acrylics, the shape, and any design!!!! everyone is so friendly and they have a lot of color options too. definitly recommend!

Lumpy not smooth.I think it was the first time he did builder gel. this was my first time going here and didn't have the heart to say anything. You can see the streaks and waves. Disappointed

This is my new goto nail spot! I used to go to Clayton, but I'm glad I found somewhere closer to home. I wanted to get my nails done before Christmas and was pleasantly surprised to find they were taking walk ins. I came in, wrote my name down, and was seated within 5 minutes. They removed my previous French dip -- they were careful not to hurt my already broke nail on my index finger! My nail tech was quick, detailed, and caring when it came to my nails. I'm very satisfied with how they turned out -- super cute! For a manicure, removal of dip, and the holiday gel nails it was $40!

Who doesn't want cute nails for Valentine's Day? You can definitely get them at Sky Nail Bar. I tried a different salon before this one today. They had 3 appointments booked for 2pm on a Tuesday plus me (a walk-in) and only one person doing nails. Yikes! I said NOPE to that and used Yelp reviews to find this place down the street. I waited for maybe 5 minutes. Finished in about 45 minutes for a fill-in. Tina did a great job. The shop is bright, clean, and organized. Will definitely come back!

This is my nail peeling literally an hour after I just left. The way she painted was sloppy and doesn't even go to the cuticle as well.

Disappointed. I just left and the paint is already peeling. She doesn't make it smooth/ to the cuticle. Also, I have been multiple times and you always have to ask them to pay attention to your feet during a pedicure. (No matter what level of pedi you get). She will spend time rubbing lotion into my legs and not even move it below the ankle. It's upsetting and makes you feel like you're not getting your money's worth. 3.5

Easily one of the best nail salons in St. Charles/St. Peters area! I went in for a dip manicure and Tina did awesome!! I was a walk-in (had no appointment) and they got me in super fast (which is a bonus), but the quality of service would be worth the wait in my opinion. The salon is spacious, clean, and inviting! Definitely gonna be my go-to!!

Me and my friend went to get our nails done here,- they burnt my toes the vibe was kind of sketchy and the energy felt tense like they were judging us, they cut my friends finger and burnt her hands after she repeatedly told the guy it burnt her inspo didn't come out how she wanted I got fine results- overall the men here arnt that great at nails but the women are amazing- I would also like to add I first started with pedicure then waited over 20 minutes to get my nails done, they are very short staffed - save yourself your time this place isn't great read more

First time customer todsy. Went in for a dip as my place was booked. They sat me in a chair and had me soak my fingertips in very hot acetone . Then a lady came over and did the dip. She was very sloppy and the nail polish is all over my cuticle bed. Do not recommend at all. Will never go back. read more

I have tried this salon several times. Each time is more disappointing than the other. I have been getting manicures/pedicures for year and I know when they are being done coreectly or they are taking short cuts! The last time I was there - is exactly that - the last time! The young girl gave me a maincure. She did not do cuticles, barely shaped and it took about 10 minutes! I hate when people treat customers like they are stupid! There service is minimal and the prices are higher than most salons - So I can tell you - don't go! Save yourself the disappointment! read more

This place is CLEAN and fully staffed. Got a gel mani/pedi. Kenny did my pedicure and I was extremely satisfied with his work! He was so nice and kind, and meticulous about his work. He took his time and didn't make me feel rushed in any way. Very pleased and will definitely be back to see him again. Tina did my nails, and they look good, but one hand is not as "smooth" looking as the other. Not big enough of a deal for me to complain about. read more

I got a full set and my friend got a pedicure. The nail tech told me $55 for my set but somehow my total came to $132 ! I paid my tip on cash so don't go there either. I listened to them tell EVERY OTHER CUSTOMER WHAT THE TOTAL WAS FOR EACH PROCEDURE, my nail tech did not do that with me. She did make sure to ask if I had ever been there before though, maybe that was my sign. And I mean explained at the time of check out what the total was when I say what she did not explain to me. I did this on my phone, my grammer is nowhere near this bad but I am truly disgusted by them thinking they are taking advantage of someone. And my nails are crooked and not a coffin tip like I asked, if you can't do that just say so. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR WHAT YOU CHARGED ME. read more

I love the colors and designs, the shape of my nails could have been better, my nails are to thick for my preference, polish is lifting up on one of my fingers. My nails are not completely polished on the sides, and my big toe the polish is lifting also. The 1st time I went my nail tech did an amazing job. This time not so much it was a different nail tech the one I had before no longer works there. read more

Was in St Louis for my daughter's wedding. We went here for manicures and pedicures. An older man did both for me and I wasnot happy. He was rough doing the pedicure and hurried doing my manicure. He also cut my cuticle on one finger. The polish was streaky too, not very well applied. I will likely never go back (since I live in another state, 800+miles away) but I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the experience. It wasn't particularly busy, so why so hurried? read more

Our first visit to this nail salon and we were not disappointed. Our wait time was less than two minutes before we were seated in a deluxe pedicure chair. We both got very nice and relaxing pedicures, with matching gel polish. Sunny and Rose were very attentive, personable and professional. We really appreciated the extra effort and time spent on hubby's feet. The prices were reasonable and both ladies received a nice tip, because of the great service. We will visit this salon again. read more

I have been coming to Sky Nail Bar for two years. They do a good job with nails. Customer service needed some work but they did a good job on my nails so I left it alone until today when I got my nails done and paid and the man manager (who basically just stands around) charge me for my dip manicure which is $40. He then tells me it didn't go through even though it says approved on his end because the receipt didn't print he then took my card again and charge me again saying it didn't go through. He asked me for another form of payment even though on my end mind you (I have a Apple Card ) it went through twice. He then goes to ask the other nail techs for help because I am not letting go that I got charged twice and he still is saying I didn't pay. The owner Cece didn't want to get involved and everybody kept saying well it says "pending". (Not knowing that on a credit card, it says pending when it went through). He finally called someone else for help on the phone and he was out of receipt paper. No apology or nothing . They made me feel uncomfortable, and like I was broke and didn't even care.. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. read more

Awesome experience. I was in and out in 45 minutes (mid afternoon). Pedicure for $25, complimentary wine, and the work my technician did massaging and scrubbing my feet was amazing (I wish I asked her name, because she was so great!). Therapeutic experience, really. I tried a new salon today for a pedicure. I saw all the great reviews so I would give it a try. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to guests. The brand new spa chairs are comfortable and the massage was great for my back. I need to review they do not carry OPI nail polish. That is my favorite tried and true polish. That was a disappointment. I will see how long this polish lasts. The full menu have drinks available as well. I was pleased with my visit today. read more

New Nail Salon out in St. Charles County. Right off of Hwy 70 at the Cave Springs Exit. They've only been open less than three months so everything is fresh and new. My daughter and I went here on a Saturday evening and got Gel Pedicures and Dip Manicures they both came out amazing. The technicians took their time and made sure we were happy with our color selections and my daughter even got an ombré glitter design on her nails that she loves. Will definitely be back. read more

Do not recommend. Called today at 12 to make an appointment for a dip manicure and made it for 5 pm. No big deal. Nothing out of the ordinary. I showed up for my appointment and the front door was locked but there were a ton of customers inside so it was strange. I called them to let them know I was standing outside and the guy who answered hung up on me so I went back to my car after standing there for almost ten minutes. I called again from my car and he just kept asking if I was coming for appointment even though I clearly said MULTIPLE times that I was standing outside and it was locked. They did not let me in so I left. Unprofessional and absurd. read more

I really love the manicures and pedicures I get here. HOWEVER, even though I have always made appointments, I end up waiting for Over an hour!!! Soaking my feet in a pedi tub for 40 minutes IS NOT the same as a 2:00 appointment! It is now 3:00 and I am still soaking! The water is now cold! I also have a manicure to receive! Ridiculous!!!!!!!! read more

It's made a huge improvement in the health and appearance of my nails. I can wear sheer polish now. My nails don't get nasty discolorations. And Lila never files my living nail like many techs do. (Have you ever had a nail removed and seen all those half circle divets in your nail bed? It's killing your nails!) My nails aren't fake and chunky looking either. I frequently get compliments even though I don't do anything fancy--just simple polish. The salon is near St. Joseph Hospital in old St. Charles and has its own parking lot. So convenient. Its cozy environment is nice--a boutique spot, not 10 techs super busy and trying to fit in walk-ins. They have a scheduling app called Vagaro that I use for appointments. The only drawback you may have is paying a deposit for your appointment. But if you're the kind of person who keeps your appointments, then it will be worth it. In my experience (3 months so far) they've been on time and easy to work with. They just got in some gorgeous new fall colors and I tried a muted pink. But they have rich greens, blues, and browns, too. Maybe I'll go a little bolder next time--a deep blue-- or maybe I'll go back to a sheer. Who knows?

While they offered to ONLY repaint, which I thanked and appreciated. I was again told I did something wrong.I kindly disagreed. Disappointed in both the quality and the customer service. I will be driving out of town to my regular salon.

I absolutely LOVE this place. I won't go anywhere else. I always go to Sissy. She does an amazing job, and I always leave MORE than satisfied. I come in for regular fills and always show up with something new and WILD. I show her the picture and she takes it away! From shaping, to color matching, to adding some bling bling. She does fantastic! No questions asked. She also does AMAZING waxes. I've had my feet done by a few other workers and it was Phenomenal as well. The environment is so friendly, clean, and upbeat. Such a pretty place, great atmosphere and everyone is in compliance with COVID regulations to make me feel safe. I waited so long to get my nails done, so I was nervous.
