They are amazing...they take their time and really let you enjoy the experience...they have any color you could possibly imagine...

My new favorite nail salon. My boyfriend coaches in Ardsley so we found this spot waiting for one of his games. They said they had time so called and gave a time I could come and they took me right away. Andy, is who I use every time I go and he is amazing. He shapes my nails just the way I like them. When I first went I really loved the lady's color next to me so I got talked into trying the SNS and so happy I did because it lasts so long! I now only use this salon! They do really great dip nails and gel but I came for tips and wasn't really happy. The techs and receptionist were all lovely and super nice and made the experience pleasant. The polish job was great, but three of my tips were glued on crooked and my pinky nail had way too much gel on it and looked chunky and misshapen. The gel was also layered on extremely thick and was painful to put under the UV lamp (the stinging sensation means the gel is too thick, shouldn't happen). The tech didn't ask me how long I wanted the tips and just cut them before I could even say anything and they were way shorter than i would have liked. The problems were pretty much unfixable once done and they were super busy so I didn't want to make her take them off and redo them. I would be willing to come back for dip and gel because they did such a good job on other people. It was extremely expensive though for what I got. Kind of absurd as I have gone to other places and got way better quality for around $40 and these were $70 read more

I scheduled an appointment and emailed them a picture ahead of time. I was told I would be contacted beforehand if there was going to be a problem. No one called so I guessed everything was okay. I went to my appointment and the technician had an attitude and told me it looked like a sticker and she seemed not to want to do it. I was asked to wait and then another technician came to get me. She also had a problem and kept talking back and forth with other workers there in a manner that made me very uncomfortable. When I asked her not to file the top of my nail she kept insisting and then talking back and forth with another employee. I got up and left. I'm not going to pay money to feel uncomfortable. I let the lady in the front know I was leaving as the technician yelled stuff to her in their language. She didn't even bother looking up at me and could care less. Super cleAn salon and many color choices, having the option to book online is a great option. Pretty good work depending on who you get. Pedicure is super short, they barely spend time massaging your feet, doesn't feel special at all. Being that they are always busy, which is a great sign, the nail techs always seem to rush and look around. It doesn't feel like a "spa" more like nail painting factory. I'll continue going if I need a quick manicure or pedicure. But if I want attention and comfort I will be going somewhere else read more

The owner was extremely rude . I called to make an appointment 5 hours before hand and she took my name. I came in exactly on time and she claimed that I didnt call and would have to wait . This was not my first time here. In fact, I've spent hundreds of dollars at this establishment. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a relaxing experience, quite the opposite here at Nail Spa. The nail techs have no form of customer service and are plain out rude. I have never been to a nail salon where the staff had a horrible attitude and were sassy as if the services were free. This salon is convenient, they are one of the few in the area that have sns nails and are clean which is why I've continued to go back regardless of the bad experiences. The quality of the work is very inconsistent, there have been times when I have been content other times far from it. The last time I went I made an appointment and arrived right on time. I waited for 30 minutes before anyone would even start soaking my nails. The sns nails require soaking when they are to be removed. I was moved to 3 different chairs through out the soaking process. The owner was the first one to start on my nails and didn't even have the audacity to apologize for making me wait that long. I would have appreciated if the lack of service would have at least been acknowledged by the person that was running the place. It was absolutely frustrating, getting your nails done here is like having to do a chore. I am at my end here. I will not go back and do not advise anyone to go try it if you like to be treated with respect and want your business to be appreciated. This place is great if you want to pay for an overpriced 10 minute manicure that only lasts a day or be treated like you are an inconvenience to the technicians. I use to like this place but the last few times I have gone, anything I wanted was rushed and half fast. I got an acrylic fill with gel color. The woman spent a good amount of time on my nails and they really turned out beautiful. I had a lot of acrylic dust on me and I'm waiting to see how they hold up, but as of right now I'm very happy with them. Definitely the cheapest fill and manicure I've ever had in this area which makes me very happy. I recommend trying this place. I've been to so many in Westchester and this place is definitely one of the best for price and friendly workers. One minus is that I booked three appointments and my friend didn't get her pedicure until about 20 minutes after my other friend and I were seated. read more

Love love love this salon! The technicians can do awesome Pinterest worthy design work! Inside of the salon is beautiful. Pedicure chairs are so comfy and the basins are so clean. Got a pedicure last month and my toes still look fresh. Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend!! read more

They recently started to have a lot of hidden fees. Shaping your nail to an almond shape is an extra 10. If you already have it, the fact that it's the shape you have, they charge you an extra 5. They need to add a list somewhere to show more awareness of these hidden fees. No where have I seen a list of these additional fees but yet they recently put up signs everywhere to tip them 20%. read more

Before I started coming to nail spa I had never found a place that I stuck with. I first starting coming years ago when I was so impressed by my friend's nails as they were acrylic but looked natural! After that I was hooked. I've only gone there since that even though I was never good at Consistently going. But each time I came back my experience has been better every time. They introduced me to SNS and I fell in love. Not a lot Of people knew about it but when I met people that did they said it was expensive and limited colors. I was so surprised as nail spa that so many colors and it was half the price of other places. I've gotten so many of my friends hooked on it and nail spa. Also every time I went I had a different person and not one ever disappointed (they really were able to accommodate my schedule so I was never picky but it worked out). Now having recently come back and getting back to getting my nails done it's better than ever. The salon itself is serene and beautiful, everything is super clean and all the chances I've seen are all in the customers benefit. Besides loving the look of it, I have gone crazy with all the SNS colors, there are so many options which I love and the best part is I'm horrible making decisions so I always ask my tech what they think and they are super honest and helpful and sometimes go pick better colors for me. I recently got gems on my fingers so sleek not just a glue on one. I'm not big on designs but what I've seen done is such art. Each technician is very talented and consistent. I just got my nails done again today. Let me tell you it's was amazing. First I had cracked my nail on Thursday night it bleed was painful but didn't snap off it making it so hard to do things and I was sad because I had worked so hard to grow them but knew it would be ok when I went to my appointment. 2 technicians helped save my nail they were so accommodating going super slow making sure I wasn't getting hurt, they spent so much time to help me and it worked. They were able to save my nail! Pure miracle. They used a little glue and the sns to make it strong and together. The colors I picked are amazing so fun and bright!! Neon glow in the dark yellow this time but other glow in the darks in the past. I went out for drinks earlier and I got so many compliments from random people and people I had just met were basically begging me to bring them. I called and when I told the owner about it she made sure to make 3 appointments together no questions asked I hesitation (they are super busy now so it was awesome). I just fall more in love with nail spa every time I got and more in love and amazed with the work that's done and how amazing my nails look and I'm also shocked how little it Costs for such great nails. Pedicures are amazing too super relaxing, 3 min massages regardless of which pedicure you do. Several creative and unique pedicure type options. My toes always look perfect too and it lasts so long! It's a must to try nail spa and they also just opened a new salon called polishd in Bedford Hills. I can't wait to check it out and will give a full report. And I'm so excited to get more of my friends as hooked as I am. Everyone there is amazing, especially the manager who is always so friendly outgoing, and genuinely what's the best experience for everyone. Nail spa has become extremely busy and popular but both the owner and the manager are always around happy to help and keep up on the new trends. I'm sitting in the pedicure chair right now and felt overwhelmingly inclined to write a review. Nail spa is so clean and that's a big deal to me seeing as many places are not hygienic. He replaced the foot buffer part which I've never seen done. It made me feel so well cared for and happy. If you're looking for a nice ambiance and sweet nail specialists this is it. I'm crying my feet look so bad. Gave him $50 and I have to now go somewhere else to get my feet done. I didn't say anything because I couldn't really see until I got out and put my glasses on. Didn't do my cuticles. Paint on my toes. Cut and filed crooked. Didn't do the bottom of my feet so they look hideous. Can't even wear sandals. My feet have never looked liked this after a pedicure.
