Variety of offerings for manicures and pedicures, good availability for working schedules and also, very accommodating and kind when I have to cancel. The whole team is very nice. They try to accommodate as many people as they can in a day, so there is sometimes a wait to be seen but the quality of the finished product is so worth it. They are never on time. If my appointment is at one, and for instancie myservice is 45 minutes long; I would like to be taken at 1pm and would like to be finished at 1:45 with a drying 15 minutes and be out by 2pm. while the manicurist and pedicurlist are very personable, punctuality is a huge problem. And I was who had to leave to pick up her child from after school so I sat there water for 1/2 hour before she came back. That is not my problem. You arrange for your kids transport and don't leave a client sitting in a tub of water. read more

I've been to this salon several times, always booking weeks in advance, but each time I've had to wait over an hour, and once I was in the solan for 4+ hours just for a fill. The last visit, after waiting 40 minutes, I was told my appointment couldn't be done and was asked to rebook, but not for the next day. I had an appointment and they were 40 mins late taking me, no mention of why or to apologize. My service was over $60 for nails, which I wouldn't mind if it was a nice experience. Their children were running around and they had the cartoon Sponge Bob on the TV very loud. My technician motioned for me to sit down and that was the last she spoke to me. She must have had a headset phone in place because she kept talking in her language through out my appointment. When you go to a spa it should be relaxing, not like sitting in a daycare setting. I live 30 minutes away from this nail salon. The first time I made an appointment, I had to wait 20 minutes after my appointment time for my manicure. Today, I made an appointment at 1:45, and after waiting 15 minutes and asking how much longer it would be and being told 30 more minutes, I asked if making an appointment does anything, since even with a 1:45 appointment I was only being seen at 2:30. In response, I was very rudely scoffed at and told that even when you make an appointment at the Dr, you still have to wait. Extremely rude and obnoxious staff, and horrible customer service. The worst customer service ever, waiting over an hour for an appointment. Getting hung up on when calling asking appointment time? The staff is completely rude!! Your time does not matter at all. Drove there for a scheduled appointment to find they were "closed for weather" they never bothered to call their clients stating they were closed!!! Horrible horrible customer service. They bring their children to work, who run around and are extremely loud. The quality of nails is also terrible as they rush through you, because they're so behind. DO NOT EASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I had my nails done two other times and it was good however I stopped in to make an appointment Wednesday evening 7/5/2023 and they were not receptive to my making an appointment so I had a pedicure at that time. I had gel from the last pedicure at this salon as I had to go promptly to work after so the gel with it's quick drying property made sense. I asked for a regular pedicure this visit and they said it was $10 to take the gel off if I didn't get gel again and then started laughing and speaking about me unkindly thinking I didn't understand what they were saying however I did. I was going to get gel on my toes again due to their bullying and upcharging to remove the gel I paid for at their salon however eventually came to my senses, stuck with the regular pedicure I wanted, paid the extra $10.00 and couldn't wait to get out of there. Such a wonderful nail salon. The salon itself is pristine! Every time we call for an appointment they can fit us right in. This place has astonishing service, along with an incredible staff! I personally choose the gel dipping powder for my nails. I have had the dip last for up to a month, with minimal chipping, even though I work in a field that requires gloves, and a conglomerate amount of hand washing! I've actually had friends ask me on my fourth week of wear, if they were just done! So, if I do say so myself definitely check this place out. read more

I only get my nails done once in a while (as a treat and to relax) and I make sure to make an appointment when I do. I made a 12pm Saturday appointment - no one welcomed me or asked my name when I came in a few minutes before noon. So I announced myself and my appointment time. After 25 minutes- I had asked if while I waited I could sit in the massage pedicure chair which was empty and soak my feet and I was told "no, because the water would get cold". I was not taken until 12:55pm for my pedicure. The woman who did my feet who had just spent 45 minutes with another patron on her pedicure only spent 20 minutes doing mine. After I complained they did tell me one employee went home sick- bur had they told me that when I came in or was waiting I would have rescheduled or went to run errands and come back later. No one offered me a discount. Such poor customer service. I will NOT return. read more

I went today and feel like a basic pedicure and dip French manicure should not have costed me $86. First off, I had an appointment for 2:00 and was seated promptly. The technician began to remove the polish from my toes and then left me to go do someone else's nails for half an hour. My friend I was with was pretty much done with her pedicure before he even came back. I did get the tips put on my finger nails, and asked for the dip powder. My middle finger is lopsided looking and I felt extremely rushed as they were clearly behind today. I probably will not go here again as the cost was extremely pricey for what I was getting. read more

I would give this place 0 stars. I made an appointment to take my acrylics off and get a regular manicure. When I showed up they had a mani pedi written down and were not even available to take me. They did not respect my appointment so what is even the point of making one. They made me wait and proceeded to seat walk ins before me. Will NOT be returning.
