I wish I could give them a 0 bit 1 star will do. I got my toes done last Saturday and they are alreadry falling apart lol. I knew it would happen. I always try to give the shop a try and they fail me every time. the guy that did my nails rushed and cut 3 of my fingers I was bleeding the entire time. My nails turned out sloppy. I just went ahead and paid for my nail $165 worth of bullshit. The lady that did my feet was nice but I wish she would have said she couldn't do what I wanted before she started. Of well that my fault. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I didn't get the name of the lady who did my nails, but I kid you not. She had the best service. She was so sweet. She was so fast and gave me the perfect nail shape. I don't think I've been to a nail salon in a minute where they can actually do a cute shape that I asked for, she was phenomenal. I sat in seat number eight that's where she did my nails so if that's her designated desk, everyone needs to go to her.

I went at 5:30 pm on a Wednesday and they were pretty crowded! But I didn't have to wait at all once I picked my colors! Susan did my nails and toes. I just did regular manicure ($15) and regular pedicure with callus remover ($30). She did a great job! She actually picked out the color we did on my nails. I never would've picked it for myself, but I'm so happy with it! I really appreciated that she took the time to do that and let me try on a few different colors. I did Color Club Sidewalk Psychic on my nails and OPI Mod About You on my toes. My toes had been truly awful and she worked magic on them. She really took her time! Note that they try to upsell you on pedicures. She handed me a menu with "upgraded pedicures," and at first it seemed like those were the only options. I just told her I wanted a regular pedicure, and she was understanding and didn't pressure me to do any more. Great service! Reasonably priced. Felt clean. I will definitely go back!

I recently got an SNS service done here and was really disappointed by the experience. I was charged extra for every little thing, including lightly filing my nails and removing the previous SNS, even though I was getting the same service reapplied. At this point, it's unclear what a "basic" SNS service even includes anymore. I intentionally didn't cut my nails down because I knew there would likely be another added fee. On top of that, I got chrome added and my nails started peeling within just 4 days. SNS should last at least two weeks minimum, so the quality definitely did not match the price. Highly disappointed and unfortunately will not be returning. read more

I had an amazing experience with Tiffany and Nancy (Nga Le)! Tiffany is an absolutely fabulous nail tech. She always does great work. She is incredibly kind, quick, and does beautiful work. This was my first time getting a pedicure with Nancy, and she was so wonderful that I ended up staying for a massage and a facial, too! The massage was incredibly relaxing and completely relieved my sore neck. Plus, my skin is absolutely glowing. I highly recommend both of them! read more

I tried to get a picture but I was struggling, and just no. Not at the risk of my freshly painted toes, because they are too cute! Moon and Judy really made up for my first experience at this nail salon. I selected a Jelly pedicure (which is way too cool, might I add) and Judy took her time and truly tended to my feet which were overdue for some tender care. She was kind and respectful, mindful and careful. I have a fractured toe and not one time did she hurt me because she heard me. Moon kept to her promise to make it right, and she truly did by recommending Judy for my pedicure. I am truly grateful for a worthy experience. Please don't go stealing my lady so bad that I can't even get squeezed in with her. But know, I told you, JUDY IS THE BOMB! TIP HER WELL. Thank you. read more

8/19 It's been years since I've been here.. I now remember why .. the owner still wonderful -16yrs. But today, my nail tech seemed so unhappy. I informed the owner that I'm going thru chemo and managing neuropathy, my feet are sore/ sensitive.. No trim of cuticle .. the unhappy, uninterested tech ( barely made eye contact). Tried to Trim I guess it was necessary. The massage was nice and much needed. The polish perfect until I smuggled it. Asked a man for help ... he told me to sit back down. I waited for several mins.. I called out to him ( hate raising m voice ) he finally called my quite seemingly unhappy lady back to fix it.. she seriously looked at the smudge, the looked up a me with I assume annoyance ... I'm so disappointed with this salon and the only reason why I go there is because Vinny does such a good job with my nails. I just finished getting a pedicure and the lady did a horrible job when I asked if someone can fix my feet they said No the lady that did my feet left and no one to step in a fix it. They told me to come back tomorrow, but I told them I couldn't because I'm going on vacation early in the morning. It was so unprofessional I couldn't believe it. I'm never going back there again. Highly disappointed this place is not clean like it use to be. Avoid Nancy she does not do a good job and over charges 0 talent or creativity but the manager keeps recommending her. They don't know how to service kids or teens so don't bother taking your kids here. I'm not going back here post my recent experience read more

Its premium price for terrible service and rude attitude. The people don't have the decency to apologize or correct their mistakes. Save your money. I looked into making an appointment, but I was already in the area and the appointment times were 2 hours out. The booking site also states that face/brow services are walk in any how. So, I don't believe making an appointment is necessary for facial threading/waxing services. There were a couple clients ahead of me and a few walked in after me. There were 3-5 clients inside at any given time within the duration of my visit. I like that the waiting area is nice and separate from the service area. There appeared to be two ladies working. I waited about less than 10 minutes. They had uncensored pop radio playing as I waited and when I got into the chair it was classical piano, which I really appreciated. (This was likely just coincidence but I was glad). I think we all would like our services to be relaxing and that definitely added to my experience. Service: I got my eyebrows, chin, and lip threaded by Nera. Nera has been threading for 2 years, and with a bit of guidance, she helped me achieve my desired outcome. I did spend more time in the chair than I expected because of this, but I was ok with that. The one thing I wish would have been more obvious is the sanitization of hands, especially since gloves are not worn. I had to ask for this to be sure. 4 stars because of this and the level of expertise. My brows are clean and shaped and my face is smooth and bright after my service. The pricing was super reasonable, I was charged $26 total. I received a $5 discount for being a first time guest. All in all, I would definitely come back again for threading services.

Long story short...I relented allowed her to wax my face...attached are the photos 2 days post. She burned my face in 3 places and under my chin. I also had red bumps and a nice rash for the last 48 hrs. Not to mention my brows are uneven and the right one she totally botched the natural arch. I wish I had taken pictures yesterday but I really had no intention of writing this review. I just really don't want anyone else to go thru this. There are great salons with professionals that take pride in their work...THIS IS NOT THAT ! CHOOSE WISELY

I have been coming here since 2006. I moved 25 miles away 3 years ago and have been trying to find somewhere comparable closer to my house since. No luck!!! I still drive the 25 miles and sometimes an hour drive time. That's how much I love this place! The pedicures are amazing and the polish lasts for at least 2 weeks. Usually it only needs to be replaced because of my nails grow fast. Do not go for a pedicure when you are in a hurry though! They are very thorough and give head, neck and back massage! They will do most manicures while you are getting your pedicure. I've never had any issues with manicures here. I don't get them often though. Eyebrows- they do threading and wax. Sam and Sara have both done threading for me and are awesome! I'm extremely picky about my eyebrows and neither of them have ever disappointed me! Eyelash tinting- I've had great experiences with Ruby on that!! They are busy but worth it!!! read more

Before finding Nail Talk Tan & Spa, I tried virtually every nail place in a 15 mile radius. I always left disappointed. I have been coming to Nail Talk for 10+ years. The owner, Teresa, always remembers me and always goes above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and happy with my services. Lynn has being doing my pedicures for 10+ years and Sara has been doing my manicures for at least 5 years. They are both AMAZING and I am always extremely happy with the results. They never make me feel rushed, are great conversationalist, and always ask about my family. Their prices are very low for the quality of the services. I have brought many friends and family members here over the years. They were always pleased and most have become regular customers. once again... had a gooexperience! this time the lady didnt really message as well as she usually does! I still love this place though because they are very professional. I used to get my eyebrows threaded here (this is when I didnt know how nice threading can make your eyebrows look) Then I went to another salon that specializes in threading... then I learned how amazing threading realllly is. At Nail talk they just kinda clean it with the thread .. no shaping...and even then they go back with tweezers (ouch) But when I got them really threaded....wow they were perfect. Get the deluxe pedicure!!! I have been in Atlanta for 20 years and have tried many nail shops. I swear it is the best pedicure in town- I have driven up to 45 minutes distance from my home just to go here. Deluxe pedicure usually lasts from 1 to 1 1/2 hours, and includes hot towels, neck, shoulder, head massage. You can upgrade with hot stones, bamboo, champagne, herbal masks, and all sorts of fun stuff. Very affordable too. Go here for a pedicure, and I promise you will not be disappointed. read more
