I guess if you're not a regular you will not get treated like a paying customer. Every time I walked in without an appointment they would tell me a hour wait.. I would never wait. This time I came before the shop was open and asked for lena. At the time there was only 2 ladies inside and said lena was not there yet. Another lady came in and started a person ahead of me. I don't know the ladies names so I assumed it was lena. After an hour wait they told me lena was not coming for another 30 mins after they were looking at me carelessly. Been here about 3x. My gel polish mani lasted 1 week, they are generally suppose to last up to 3 weeks, go somewhere else that actually takes time in your manicures. I felt like the Gel polish bottles were mixed with water. Pedicures are $15, depending on who does it, you'll have a 50/50 chance of being satisfied. They do good work but the customer service here SUCKS! I feel like a dollar sign instead of a valued customer. I had an appointment that was made two days before. When I arrived the technician was painting someone else's nails. I waited 40 minutes to get my nails done. When the technician that I made my appointment with was done she proceeded to finish a customer of another technician so that person could take the next walk in. When I spoke up against this my technician apologized and continued working on the other person. After waiting a total of 50 minutes I gathered my stuff and left. My technician, whom I've been seeing for months, said nothing and allowed me to leave. This just confirmed that I was a dollar sign to them and not a customer. read more

Sadly I've after several times having my nails done here I have come to the decision that I will never go back. Although the nails are very pretty they're great if you just want them for a night. By the second or third day they become loose and water gets up in there. So by the fourth and fifth day you have nails popping off. The last two times I've had my nails done there I've had to go in between 2 two other places and have a whole new set done, because the set that was on there was ruined because they got water under them and just destroyed them. So although their prices are good you end up spending a whole lot more fixing their shotty work.Ive also referred 3 other friends because my nails looked so nice and good price but all 3 friends had the same experience I did. So none of us will bother going there again. I wouldnt reccomend the place. Makes me wonder if their nails are so short lived deliberately, so you have to have them done more often? After 2 hours, my new set of fiberglass (I wanted gel) nails were the wrong shape, various lengths and I left with gel and fiberglass all over my hands. Not to mention some chemical burns because she said it would be 15 minutes wait and put my fingers in acetone and then went to do somebody's feet for 45 minutes. She was unable to get the shape right, I actually took the file and showed her, and she still couldn't even get them close. I am currently getting a pedicure and just saw a cockroach on the wall. I'm usually pretty lenient about the cleanliness of places, but this place is just gross. For a $15 dollar, local pedicure, this place was alright. If you're looking for a cheap pedi this place is okay. If you want a absolutely satisfying one, look for another place. The pampering was decent. The prepping and actual painting of the nails is just mediocre. One of my nails is isn't filed evenly, and she didn't completely scrub away my rough skin. If I could give no stars I would. Long story short I went in on Monday 3/11/19. Paid for a fill for myself and a gel manicure for my 7 year old. Left the shop around six went home and made dinner. While doing the dishes after dinner all my gel polish started peeling off. I go back at 930am 3/12/19 and was told to call or come back at noon there was only one lady there and she only did pedicure. So I come back at noon only to be questioned over and over again about when I came and how much I paid. I even showed them my bank statement from my banking app. Then they tried to say we'll come back tomorrow. Why should I have to come back three different times to get my nails corrected that I already paid for. I let them know I didn't want the same polish that just peeled off and they basically tried to argue with me that I either had to pay for a color change or get them same polish. Why in the world would I want the same polish that literally just peeled off my nails within a couple hours? I felt beyond disrespected. Nobody is trying to rob you guys for a $7 color change. And at that why would I come back to same place for that anyways. Long story short I will NEVER come back EVER. I've been here many times and while there someone is always coming back in complaining. I enjoy going to this nail salon purely for Anthony even though I live about 20 minutes away, he is worth the trip. I haven't had my nails done by anyone else at this salon and honestly I probably would just walk out if Anthony wasn't available or didn't have an open appt. I use to enjoy coming here but last week I walked in and saw they were super busy so I made an appointment for the next day, came back the next day and wasn't even acknowledged past the point where they asked me to pick a color I told them I had an appointment and she told me to wait. 30 mins later no acknowledgement so I walked out....the following week I booked another appointment decided to give them another chance and I walk in 5 mins before my appointment they have me pick a color 25 mins waiting they make me sit in hot water and 1 hour and 10 mins past my appointment time they barely touch my toes! She was intimated by another customer into "just re painting her toes" "real quick" I didn't get an apologize and now I feel bad she just working on my toes really rushed.... A friend of mine suggested we go here since we were only getting a color change and a fill. Well, Lena did my nails which were actually nice considering she accidentally used the wrong color and didn't use the black Light for my gel nails. She told me to return the next day to fix the color, but the color had grown on me overnight. It wasn't until I got out the shower the next day, my thumb nail chipped. I went back for her to fix it, and she changed the nail color without me asking. Although I kept asking for the black Lamp that wasn't being used, and they pretended to not understand what I want, I left there feeling ok about my nails until today. After washing dishes, on my left thumb, the nail Polish lifted, my right thumb chipped on my right hand, and my middle finger is lifting as well. This place was horrible I scheduled an appointment the day prior to showing up when I showed up for my appointment they made me feel as if I shouldn't have even been there and I showed up for the appointment that we scheduled together!!! they were so unprofessional and they made me feel as if they were discriminating against me!! as soon as I stepped into their building they spoke in their language about me while other customers were there getting Services done. They made me feel like I was doing something wrong! No one should have to feel like this at all and not to mention I am a black woman and it just does not feel right it's not fair that I can't go to get my nails done like the rest of the people that were in there because you have those others making you feel like you're not wanted or you should not be there. the fact that this business is even doing this and getting away with it it should be shut down!! Will definitely be advising my family and friends to never come to this establishment ever again. This place is absolutely horrible my whole family has been going there for about two years now and every single time I came there I was so unsatisfied the manager is so rude and so inpatient they usually do a pretty bad job on my nails but the last time I came was the absolute worst. So I've been going to this salon for 10 years... since I was 16 and my mother started letting me get my nails done. I've always had Tina do my nails in the past and they have been the absolute best, they lasted forever... well up until maybe two months ago the quality of service in this place has gone to complete shit... they do not care about their customers and customer loyalty. I have recommended this place time and time again. Went in last Saturday to have my nails filled and first of all they complained about what I wanted and said it wasn't possible since I already had the nude to white ombré done. Then Lena was the one to do my nails and completely botched them. I had to go back in today cause they were lifting off my hair was getting caught underneath them and the acrylic was chipping. So when I went in today they tried blaming the horrible job on my nail growth... uhm no.. no matter how much my nails grow out if they are done properly they are not going to lift like that and break off. All she did to "fix" them was file the ends down so it would stop breaking and repainted them since the gel clear polish was chipping as well. She did not fill them in to were they had already chipped or anything. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. How sad that they don't care about their customers. Paid $50 for my nails to be done and this is what service I get.... pathetic. They are lucky they got one star. read more

Went in to get a pedi and mani and it was so painful! ! She was cleaning and clipping the toenails with such roughness that the big toe started to bleed on the side. With the mani she was very rough, especially under and around nails. Made them too short and the tip she painted on was too thick for my liking but she didn't want to fix it. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Oh my god. If I can give this place a zero star rating I would. Worst nail experience ever. To start off I walked in and they were finishing doing people's nails and I was fine with the wait it wasn't long . Until another person showed up and tina started treating me and my mom with no respect, didn't really care but it's worse. I finally sat down but I had to wait another 20 minutes. FINALLY , I had finally started getting my nails done and I told her the shape and she did it fine but she filed my nails all crooked and I told her and she still made them crooked. Was waiting for her to say oh no it's just your finger lol anyway and I told her I just wanted a simple design like two lines and she did a very sloppy job. So I told her that she needed to add more glitter and she just painted my whole nail glitter which was not what I wanted. furthermore I had a Matte finish put on and it just keeps chipping and I was under the little drying thing for a good 30 minutes and they're still not dried so I ended up just walking out. Not to mention There was other person in there and the lady had gotten up to do another persons eyebrows while her client was still in the chair just trying to get one nail painted and the client got mad and started doing it herself. As I was leaving she was trying to total of me and my mom's nails ( older women did my mom's nails fine but they were just plain) in the total was all screwed up like they were just adding money out of nowhere. This is probably one of the best salon around town. I've been getting my nails done for 15 years now and experienced all the ups and downs of nails salon. These people actually speak english, its a family owned business, run by the family open 7 day a week monday-sat 9:00-7:00 and sunday. They offer this service called Crystallite which is something similar to the gel system but alot nicer and very shiny. I couldn't believe that my nail polish would last for 3weeks to a month without even a chip. Right after your nails are removed from the light its completely dry so I never have to worry about coming back in to fix my nails. For the work that they do its incredible for the price that they ask. I recommend this salon to any clients who are picky or have issues with nails staying on. They're friendly and have a good amount of manicurist so I never have to wait around long. read more

went to get a pedicure decided to try the $15 one and they had me sit in the chair with my feet soaking and apparently not enough staff available to handle the three nail customers that were in the shop including the one lady who came in complaining about one of her nails. My technician started on my feet and then left to go do someone's nails and I sat there for an hour with my feet soaking had it not been for the massage chair and me needing a bad massage I would've left. Decided to wait it out. I should have gone home and save my time. She messed up my toes as she was putting back on my shoes and didn't even acknowledge it. She kept saying thank you thank you thank you thank you. And I figured that they were giving me this service complementary for having been inconvenience for the hour wait and just as I'm about to step out the door she says "you pay" And then she's looking at me as if I'm going to tip her! I use to go here since I was new to getting my nails done and didn't know better that there were other nail salons out there. My nails would always end up uneven or with the paint either bubbled or smeared. There were many times where they would cut my skin while filing down the nails.
