If you're looking for a great nail shop... look no further! They introduced me to their SNS (dipping powder) and i am beyond content with it. I would only do gel before but after trying SNS i wouldn't do anything else. They have so many beautiful colors to choose from and are always getting new ones. SNS lasts so much longer then regular gel or polish. The staff doesn't fall short either. Always so friendly and helpful. Very clean and prices are extremely reasonable. Went in for a pedicure and the next day I had an infection on 2 of my toes. While doing my pedi she was very rough and painful. Do not recommend and will not be coming back. I should've looked at the reviews first since a lot of other people have gotten infections too. read more

I made an apt with my friend for 12pm for a fill and a pedi. We showed up and they did not even start on our nails until 12:30. They started on our pedicures but they didn't even touch our hands until after 1pm. The nail lady then had the audacity to tell me that she was waiting for her apt to show up at 1 and that's why she couldn't start on our nails yet. She had people that made an apt at 12 that had not been helped yet, and she decides to help someone that had a later apt than them. Worst service I've received at a nail salon. I would not be writing this review if it weren't for the absolutely horrendous job they did on my nails. I get a gel acrylics and when I left the salon on both of my thumbs the gel was peeling off so immediately I went back in for them to fix it, which they did. Then I get home and not 2 hrs later I notice that the gel is peeling on my pointer finger as well. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not come here to get your nails done. This place has the nicest nail techs I have ever met. Cory does a wonderful job on acrylics and he is very professional. They do not have side conversations in front of the customers which is a plus because most nail places don't make you feel comfortable. Overall the cleanliness is okay. I don't think you would walk away with any infections (gross I know) but the floors could use a good cleaning in some areas. The spa chairs are clean, so thank goodness for that! Terrible customer service. I've gone here a few times and have been disappointed a few times and finally drew the last straw with them. No more. Will not spend my money in a place that acts like you're the jerk when you're paying them for the service they are selling. I had a newbie nail technician do a gel french manicure and used the drill so deeply on my nail beds that the line it left is still growing out. She used the drill as if she was doing acrylic nails (I used to get them in the past so I was familiar with her techniques) and she totally botched the gel manicure. The next day I came back to show the owner, Nancy, and she went and showed the newbie my nails and said something to her and then they had someone else re-do my nails. I was thinking they would re-do them for no charge since she clearly saw the problem, but nope! Full pop they charged me. So I paid for 2 gel manicures in 2 days. The last straw was the other day. I have recently switched back to short acrylic nails because I type constantly and the gel just doesn't hold up. I keep my nails short, but like the french look because it's clean, simple, and professional looking. I had gone to a different salon after my prior experiences and had said I wouldn't come back here. Well, one day I was stuck in the shopping center (there was a traffic accident blocking the street), so I decided to go in to Nail Tyme for a quick fill on my nails. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking, it's just a fill. That shouldn't be hard. Well, to say the least I left there angry and vowing to never return. I don't usually say much because I don't want to be rude, but I couldn't hold my tongue this time. First I tell the lady I want a pink/white fill. I like my white tips a little thick so they can grow out and I can file them down and they last longer. Well, she asked me 3 times if I want gel. I said over and over, no, acrylic. Obviously that's what I have on there. I don't want gel. She straight out said that the pink/white acrylic is too much work. I just kept on that I want an acrylic fill. I told her I wanted them round, never once mentioned the word square. When she was done with one hand, I looked at them and they were all square. I asked her, "Does this look round to you?" She says, "No, they are square round." I told her that I never once even used the word square and specifically pointed out in the beginning how I wanted them round. She continued doing the second hand square!!! I told her, "Just finish and I'll go home and file them round myself since you're more concerned with having to do too much work then doing what the customer requests." She probably didn't understand me, but I was extremely flustered at that point. I almost walked out with just the white acrylic done and not the pink, but I had a job the next morning and no time to go elsewhere. Then to top it off, I asked for pink french manicure polish on top because she didn't do pink/white acrylic as I had requested. It was like white and white. Totally ugly. So I just asked her to finish it off with pink french manicure polish on the nailbed portion so at least it looked pink and white. She had the gall to charge me as if she did a french manicure!! When all she did was quickly paint the light pink on the bottom portion of the nail. So I paid $27 for a fill after all that complaining about it being too much work and not even doing what I asked in the first place. I will never, ever go back and I will tell everyone I know not to go here either. When you're made to feel like you're inconveniencing them to do a service that you're paying for, I find that just ridiculous. read more

Decided to try this nail shop since the one I usually go to was closed. The younger woman that did my nails was really friendly at first. When it was time to pay, I had tipped her and I guess she thought it was too little ($3) she then proceeded by giving me a stank face and became rude; she did not say thanks or bye and rushed me away. In all honesty I tipped her because she was nice at first and I felt obligated to, how much depends on the service. She did a pretty poor job on my gel nails. Such horrible service. After sitting in my chair for 45 minutes waiting to get my pedicure started, she was talking on her personal phone constantly and walking away to finish her conversation. She talked on the phone while putting the towels around my arms, which were to hot and she didn't even notice when I said it hurt. Once she actually got to it she juggled me and another client who demanded service right away. She walked away before finishing my nails and when I asked someone else to put my top coat on so I could finally leave she argued that she didn't do it. So I usually go to Cory at this place.. but not for this appt. I had made an appt the day prior. I go in and the lady asks me, "do you have an appt?" I told her.. I sure do with Kevin @ 4. So I sit down..he starts with my nails.. Then says" you have an appt?" I said? " yes, I had made it yesterday. He then starts huffing and puffing. Then, he gets on his phone. Right then and there I knew it's not gonna be a good job. He continues. I go rinse off my nails and notices that there was stuff on there that wasn't suppose to be. I go back. He applies the color.. And then I see that's BUBBLY. I didn't say anything. I dry them. Then, I asked how much it was. I gave him the money. He hands me back the change, in a rude way. I then gave him a tip. As I walked away, I heard him say something under his breath. I so wish I would of went back and embarrassed him. But, I didn't.. I just left and went on with my life. I have gone to numerous amounts of nail places and my gel nails always bubble or look smeared. I've gone here 4 times now and every time they were done perfect and lasted 2-3 weeks. I've been a customer of nail tyme for about 3 or 4 years. I typically don't have any problems with them. Especially with Corey. He's always been super friendly and has gotten to know basically my whole family because we all go there. I got my nails done last Thursday in 12/3 and I was already back in the salon Monday 12/7 because my gel polish had changed colors. They didn't give me a hassle, they just changed my polish for me (at no charge). Then on Friday 12/11 I was back in the salon because my polish changed color again. This the worst nail shop I have ever been to. I asked for gel and they argued with me about it. My nails came out like C#%p! I will never go there again. I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix their mess up. But on on the other hand my toes came out great! Finger nails look like ish! It's really not rocket science. Stopped by this place today with my girls because they had good ratings. Needless to say I was highly disappointed. They don't use quality products or practice the most hygienic procedures. The place was not very clean. The work was ok but lacked attention to detail. Definitely not worth the price. They took way too long to do one full set.
