FIND ANOTHER NAIL SALON!! If I could give this place a zero I would! There is only one person that can do quality designs in this entire shop. These are the nails that I left with after coming in before we even started. I asked for a French tip after finishing the shaping that took over an hour and a half to then be told the person doing my nails doesn't know how to do French tip to then be sent to another person who said she also doesn't really know how to do French tip and I'd have to wait for someone else for about an hour and half that can actually do them. The service is so bad. I just got out of the salon and im shocked at how i was treated. DO NOT LET !MIMI ! service you ‼‼ I've been here many times over the years UNFORTUNATELY, my experience today was absolutely horrible. MIMI was EXTREMELY RUDE AND THOUGHT THAT SHOVING MY HANDS WAS THE THE RIGHT THING TO DO. Before she started my service of a full set, I showed her the nail polish colors and design I wanted. She proceeded to say "ohh yeah nice colors baby" I was in the middle of getting a pedicure by an amazing lady, (which I did not get her name) . Mimi decide to start working on my full set. Upon being done with my pedicure, I was transferred over to MIMI's desk. She then started notifying me that the colors would not look the same because on nail tip would be visible if I did it like the picture. So I then asked if she could do one to decide if it would be accurate or at least close to it. She said "oh no, I do like I said or I can't". So then I proceeded to asking why she didn't mention that to me at the beginning of service. She got upset, shoved her instruments onto her desk, and some onto her cart . I immediately and respectfully said "I no longer want a full set service, pls take off tips." Another lady came by and tried to explain but I insisted on getting the glued on short tips taken off. MIMI came back with bowl full of acetone and shoved my hands onto the bowl, I looked at her in a very angry way and said "you have one more time to shove my hands". She continued onto filling down the tips for about 20seconds and said "there you go, off". My fingers were sticking to each other, glue was EVERYWHERE. Tips were still visibly on there. So I said "you're kidding me right?!" She then grabbed my hands and shoved them even harder and said "she help you over there". The very nice woman who initially did my toes seen it and immediately walked over and said "so sorry, I will fix for you" and proceeded to filling down nails and glue off. MIMI WAS AN ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE NAIL TECH AND SHOULD NOT TOUCH ANYONE MOVING FURTHER. Had I not had that nice woman De escalate the situation I would've been in jail this very moment. read more

Came here last Thursday (had an appointment). Got sat down quickly and got a male technician. Super sweet guy and attentive but he does not know how to do nails. I asked for a removal and he used another nail to take it off and it was extremely painful. 2 of my nails bled from his force. I don't really understand why they use this method. For simple acrylics, it took him 2 hours. I asked for almond shape and he couldn't really master it. I had to reshape them when I came home and they still look weird. I asked for 2 black lines for a design and he couldn't do them so I just asked to do plain nude. He didn't remove the black completely and it's only been a week and there's already a gap. I never leave reviews but this was a really bad experience. I found them randomly because they are located close to me. The woman Anna who did my pedicure did an amazing job. The male who did my manicure did not know what he was doing. I didn't get his name but he's a taller, darker complexion. He cut my fingers up so badly. He kept trimming to the point I had to tell him to stop. Because the nails were so irritated and bleeding. He then went to go wipe my bleeding nails with a visibly dirty towel and I told him to stop. He then put alcohol or something to stop the bleeding. The bleeding didn't stop! At the end of my appointment I had to ask for a bandaid and all they did was just say sorry. I shouldn't have paid for my manicure. I'm still in pain & it's still open. He cut nearly all of fingers and he got one way more. On top of this, their cleanliness is lacking. They do not use new, sterile tools. I witness him spray down the tools he was using on me, with alcohol and place them back to be used again for someone else. I was BLEEDING. Last minute I found this place & messaged via Yelp to schedule an appointment & the owner responded super fast & was able to book me for 3 appointments last minute for a Saturday morning!! When we got there it was pretty busy but since we had appointments they made sure to get us in & take care of us as soon as they were able to. Although we did still have to wait a bit, you can see the workers working extra hard so we did not mind the wait. The workers make sure to take care of you & really give you what you pay for! There was a young worker who was coordinating everything & she was super nice & professional & at one point she was taking care of multiple clients to make sure they were doing okay so we were thankful. Out of the places I've been to around here this definitely has been my favorite. Although the floor was a bit dirty or not the cleanest, as well as sanitizing seats/areas between clients didn't look like a common practice they follow, there is plastic curtains that separate you from others, they also make you wash your hands before you get seated & they do require a mask which is good due to covid. The only reason I give this place one star is because at least it was clean. I came in for just a simple polish on my natural nails. "We will be right with you" turned into a 30 minute wait. I asked how much for gel color. The lady said $20 for hands and $20 for feet. $40 just to polish my nails, no manicure and no pedicure. I said never mind, just do regular polish. She said $14 total.
