Anita serviced my husband. She arrived first. She gave him an armrest, along with warm water to soak his nails. My nail technician was Mia. Her quality of service was not the same. I did not receive an armrest nor a greeting, and my water was cold. She wasn't the friendliest either. I could tell the level of attention and detail that Anita provided for my husband was totally different from what I was receiving. However, my husband wished the buff on his nails was a bit brighter. It was dull and didn't really show a major difference. We also did not get a chance to select our manicure preference, as we were told the nail technicians would provide this information to us. Since it was a Friday and we were walk-ins, we plan to try them again on a different day and make reservations to see if the service will be better.

Both ladies are attentive and take great care to ensure they are taking care of the trouble areas while giving just the right level of touch. I went to a competitor "Practically" right down the road in the past and was injured by the therapist. It took me a long time (6 years!) to get up the nerve to try another massage therapist. Revive did not disappoint and both Nicole & Jenn have restored my faith in the massage therapy industry. I even purchased gift cards as gifts I'm so pleased. I'll be back!!!

My technician took 2 mins to takeoff my old polish, clip and file my toenails (not how I asked and completely uneven). He was done with everything in 20 mins. After poorly painting my toenails he put on a topcoat and decided he missed a few sports with the color and painted the color on those spots on top of the topcoat. I brought my 9 yo with me who got a much better kids pedicure than mine was. there were also women who were in chairs when I got there who were still getting pedicures 30 mins after I was done. I was debating on doing my nails today as well, glad I didn't, because I won't be coming back ever again. This is my second not great experience here in a row.

She didn't provide anywhere near the thorough service that I received on first visit, and Ive been there half dozen times. She's grumpy and beyond rude:/ The salon is still super clean, offers quality products and a variety of paint, and most employees are most welcoming.
