This was my first time here. I didn't have an appt, I walked in and was able to be seen immediately. I showed the young lady my inspo pic and she helped me pick out the matching colors. She was so patient and made sure I was completely satisfied with my nails. They were playing awesome music, I should have asked what platform they were listening to. They badly damaged my natural nails. I had acrylic nails put on elsewhere 3 weeks prior. I wanted them removed but read enough to know that without the proper tools I would ruin my natural nails. I popped in to Nail Xperts. The woman clipped my nails, used a nail to peel away my nails, soaked them for 2 minutes max in acetone then peeled off what she could and ground down the rest. She finished in 5 minutes totalhas been 6 weeks and my nails have almost grown out the damage. Another month should do it. read more

I called ahead for an appointment on a rainy Sunday. My first mani/pedi since It was jam packed when I arrived 15min early. I signed I and sat to choose my colors...omg, so many!! Literally, too many. I was seated in my pedi chair a few minutes late, by Nathan. He was very nice, quiet...but I prefer that. Did a fantastic job and even though it was very busy, I did not feel rushed. He finished up my pedi and sat me for my dip manicure. It came out beautifully. He apologized for the delays and how busy it was, but I was in no rush. He was a very sincere, talented gentleman and I will be going back regularly. read more

I had my nails done the end of June. They were great young man did them. This past Sunday I went to have them redone with a different color. A couple needed to be replaced. I am trying to grow out my nails. The woman at the first station who answers the phone greets people walking in. She wasn't paying attention hit the side of my fingers below the knuckle on several fingers. When I pulled away from pain she yanked my finger back in place and continued. Then proceeded with the tool to clean up the cuticle and the sides of my nails. The tool kept burning the sides of my fingernails where it meets the skin. They started to be bleed, again didn't let my hand go. She took the large nail file to file the end of my nails to be sure there wasn't any rough spots. The file made several fingers with skin removed at the end of my finger under the nail. I paid in cash the look she gave me for no tip. I turned around and walked out. I had all I could do not to walk back in to give her a piece of my mind. read more

This was my first time here. When I walked in I was greeted and ask to pick a color. First thing I noticed was a small selection of nail polishes. I didn't mind at all but some clients might like the walls of colors to choose from. No complaints from me. I was there to get a much needed pedicure. Just went again to try it out with new owners because I heard how professional it is now.....can I ask?.....how is it professional to eat in the spa where customers see you, wear jeans and bring your kids to work to hang out? I also was not asked what shape or length I wanted, just assumed what a would like I guess? I was asked, after my first hand was already getting filed, " do I liked the nail" that's when I then requested for them to be shorter and more pointed....when all done, one hand was longer than the other and they were not pointed. It was too late at that point for me to request them to be all done over since I had to get back to work. The polish job was nice however. I will try it again sometime and I will make sure to have all my nails match in length before my second hand gets put under the shellac lamp. read more

This place is under new ownership so I'm posting a new review. My previous pedicure wasn't great so I was giving them one more chance, and I couldn't be happier. Fantastic massage and my toes look great. They're getting a lot of new colors, taking better care with cleanliness, and offering drinks while your treatment is done. The TV is now turned to soothing music instead of shows, and the people are really nice and responsive. Highly recommend. read more

the overall experience while there was great, the staff was really nice and everything. i asked for a regular manicure with the design pictured and they charged me like $10 extra for the design. it then starting chipping off a couple hours later, and was almost completely chipped off less than 24 hours later. i get that regular polish doesn't last as long as shellac gel but it should last more than 24 hours for a $25 manicure. read more

I went here before under the previous owners and it was just okay. I thought I would try again now that they're under new ownership and I am so glad I did! June and Sun are super friendly, I felt at home right away. I got the powder dip and have been back every 2-3 weeks for the past 5 months. I've always had "problem" nails and the dip process has been fantastic and they have literally hundreds of colors to choose from. I honestly have never seen so many options at a nail salon! At Christmas I was given a gift of some fabulous lotion and they have water and soda if I am thirsty. I would highly recommend them and I hope they keep up the excellent service. read more

Clean place, nice atmosphere, quality supplies, fair price. The massage chairs are nice and they actually gave me HOT water for my pedicure!! The employees were really nice and friendly and super gentle while cleaning up my cuticles. The exfoliating scrub was nice and I love the hot stones with the massage!! Oh and of course the hot towel. the heat really helps to relax! One thing I thought they could improve was hiring or calling in more staff because it felt a little fast paced. we did take into consideration it was the weekend and everyone had the same idea!? The two stars is a little harsh in my opinion bc most places will try to upscale you to shellac and will not tell you to come back to have it removed. Ive never gotten shellac done here but I do not think I will ever get it again because of the same problem. Anyway I would definitely recommend this salon to the next person. read more

My regular nail salon was closed so I figured I'd give this place a try. The staff seemed nice. However they sat me down next to a woman who was in the process of having her own nails done. The guy was going back and forth between us then just stayed with me and left the other woman sitting there while he finished mine (I know I'd have been upset if that were me). The whole process felt rushed and my nail polish doesn't go all the way to the tops of my nails so even though I just had them done they already look grown out. read more

I loved my nails! We had an appointment at 430, but we didn't get seated until 515--which is understandable because it was the day before prom. My friend's nails took forever, they were wayyyy too short and there was polish all over her hand and had missing spots all over her nail. If I could give this place less than 1-star, I would. This review is not against the employees who tried to help my mother-in-law but the male co-owner (Jordan) of this establishment. My mother-in-law came to this salon today an hour before closing to get her nails done with the acrylic polish. After cleaning her nails, applying the nail polish layer, and applying the clear finish, my mother-in-law noticed bubbles in several of her nails. The employees working on her nail also noticed the bubbles and tried to fix them by cleaning and re-applying the nails but in the end they asked the male co-owner for assistance. This is where the nightmare begins. After fixing one of the nails, the co-owner Jordan yells at her for being "picky", tells her to "ask what other customers think", leaves her to work on another customer, comes back to fix a second nail while saying "if you don't like this, you can go to where you went before", threatens to call the police, tells her "you better pay for this", then leaves a third nail half-done before leaving the salon all-together. The other co-owner apologized to my mother-in-law and explained that Jordan was running late to pick up his child as justification for his unacceptable behavior. Another employee had to finish fixing her last nail. I regret the fact that my mother-in-law paid for this abuse. The raw unprofessionalism, angry insults, and threats made by the co-owner Jordan were unwarranted and completely unacceptable. You can be sure we will never be back. read more

I went with a friend to get a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was great. I wouldn't go back for a gel manicure. My cuticles were not trimmed or pushed back and after 5 days the nail color starting lifting off of my fingernails. Very disappointed considering gel manicures I've gotten in the past from other salons have lasted over two weeks. read more

Kinda upset with my experience. I've been here several times before, and always had a fairly good experience getting a pedicure. This was not one of those times. Not sure if it was because it was the middle of the day or not, but it was truly just not an enjoyable experience. So many things just were not done right I left upset. Not mad, just disappointed with the attention to detail. Barely scrubbed my feet, struggled to do the basic things and didn't do the art I asked for. I've had pretty good experiences before, but today left me considering finding a new place to go. read more

I had never gotten a pedicure before but decided to yesterday just to treat myself. The woman I had did an awesome job. I have extremely dry, cracked heels and she worked on them for me. I enjoyed the hot rock treatment on my legs and I felt super pampered. I did notice, like another reviewer said, that there was not a lot of colors there (at least not the walls and walls that I normally expect from nail salons). Went with a friend to get our nails done for her birthday. The staff seemed nice, except the lady actually doing my nails. She was slightly rude and when I told her what I wanted, which was five different colors, she gave me a very judgmental look. This was very rude. Not only that, but I asked for stiletto and all except ONE nail is pointy. My one pinky nail is more of a round shape than a stiletto shape. I'm glad my friend had a better experience than me, other than the fact that he was super messy with the gel and the filing process. Her nail polish ended up dripping as it was drying under the UV light, meaning he put way too much on and he got black nail polish all over another nail that was not supposed to be black. Now some of her nails are just a transparent green. On top of that, the way he filed her nails left the edges slightly bumpy, some more sharp than the other, and messy. Also not doing a good job at all with filing the bottom of the nails, now being able to see the mess through the nail. I only give two starts because my nails look decent, but not the best. read more

I wasn't very happy with my experience here. I had gotten a fill for my acrylics there before, and it was an okay experience, so I decided to go back. However, I definitely will be going somewhere else next time. The man who did my nails was very rude. Not only did he not shape the nails the way I asked, he made them very uneven and some even crooked. He also didn't put polish on the side of my nails so the tops look very bad. He did not ask me for my opinion and rushed his way through the manicure because he had other customers waiting. My cuticles were not pushed back and honestly my nails just look awful. I look like I have weird round lumps at the end of my fingers. He was also aggressive with nail curer machine, whipping it back and forth and not allowing me to take my hand away from the machine. Overall I highly suggest not going here if you plan to have a nice set of acrylics. Almost $40 and now I have ugly fingers for 3 weeks. read more
