I REALLY wanted to love this place because it is gorgeous inside and their Instagram has gorgeous nail inspo! However I was left disappointed on the nail service which I'll go further into detail. It was very easy to call and make an appointment which I would highly recommend. Upon arrival my friend and I still had to wait about 25 mins to be seen but fortunately they have comfortable chairs while you wait. The salon is very large so it's easy to social distance however I did notice most of the employees not wearing masks over their nose. One customer even loudly commented on it then left. I paid $120 for Gel-X with French design. For this price I expected the nails to last a month as stated by the nail tech; however 2 of my nails popped off on day 4. I was stunned, but thankfully they fell off after my vacation. I called the salon and they offered to fix them for free. I went a few days later and when I got there the associate said the nails probably popped off "because my nail beds are small.".....I then went home and two different nails popped off! So essential a total of 4 nails popped off within 6 days. Overall this salon is gorgeous, the associates are very nice. But with the prices being on the higher end I did expect the service to last much longer. I may possibly give them a try again for a pedicure and perhaps traditional acrylic powder. read more

I want to give this place 2 stars but I'll give it 3 since my experience wasn't the worst but definitely want to put it out there for the ladies wanting to try this place. I set up an appointment for 6pm on a Wednesday for a gel mani pedi with a design on the nails. I had called 2 days prior and that was the only time they had, awesome. On Wednesday at 5:06pm I get a call from the salon to come earlier if possible. As the girl on the phone sounded unprofessional I said "Sure, no problem I can be there around 5:30. She said thank you and I was on my way. The space is really pretty. Lots of pink and gives a "luxury" vibe I suppose. I still ended up waiting until 6pm so I wasn't sure why I was asked to come early. The chair for the pedi was super comfortable and I had 2 separate women working on me one doing my pedi and one doing my mani. I had looked at the menu and read that a Gel Mani/Pedi was 100$ and Nail design was 25$ so I was anticipating about 150$ with tip as I always take care of the women doing the services. My gel design looks like a 10 year old tried to do it. And I went to the same exact place. The design is rigid and not flowy like the photo I showed her. I wish she would have just told me "I don't know how to do that" instead of pretending she did. The woman doing my pedicure scraped the side of my heal and I actually have a burn from it as she was scraping the side of my foot where the skin is very soft and sensitive. Other then that the pedi was good and I did like the way she shaped my toes. As I was still OK with the jobs I was kind of like dam, the design looks a little weird but it's fine I can deal with it. She shaped my nails really well. They also do not soak your hands to soften the cuticle and everything is done with tools. There is no hand massage unless you pay extra. I love hand massages so that was a bummer I thank my ladies and proceed to checkout where the woman said my services came out to a total of $200. Now, i would never pay that much to get my nails done. I am a bi-weekly mani pedi lover so 400$ a month would be crazy! Especially for a 1 hour service! I asked her how it was so much and she said that the design ranges up to 25$ a nail. This means I was charged 10$ a nail for this design. As the place is nice and I do love my nail shape it was 10000% not worth 200$. They need to put on the menu PER NAIL!! I was really upset with how bad the design came out. If I do end up back here I will just keep it as basic as possible. read more

I'm so sad that I put this review. I loved this place so much because it was quality work and lots of professionalism. Last 2 times I went everything looked in rush and felt like everyone is running behind. Still my favorite place to go. Last time I wanted to gel X but the girl doing my nails said you need to let them know when you make the appointment that you want gel x so they can give you a longer appointment block. I called last week and explained how I want gel-x mani with a tip design and regular pedi. The girl who was making the appointment checked couple of appointments and said best is Wednesday 6:00 which will give them enough time to do your gel-x with tip design. I got there 5:55pm. She called me to sit down around 6:30 pm. Then this Russian girl comes seems very sweet but didn't understand English and didn't speak it well neither. She didn't understand what I want I showed her the picture and said I want gel-x with this. She continued her work. Midway she kept Asking if I want short nails I said no I want a little longer showed her the picture again and kept saying gel-x. She talked Russian with another girl then went and brought the hard gel cream. Placed on my fingers, realized it's not a good option. Then she said "do you want to put gel-x" I was just in a shock moment and I said with smile yes please. Then she said oh I don't do gel-x so she switched it with the girl that was doing my Pedi. I mean we are 30 min into appointment. Then the other girl started my gel-x. I kept telling her how I want them and showed her the picture and still nothing close to what I wanted. She had another one at 7. After finishing putting the gel-x (nothing close to what I wanted), she said can we change the 2 color tip you want and do one color ? I mean mind you I already lost my faith in their skills. I said okay do whatever you can. In the middle of it her client came so she had to go and the other one continued my tips. From the picture to mine, it was like ordering from SHEIN. I'm so sad that I will not be going back to this place. I didn't mind $175 yes $175 but nothing looked like what I wanted. I'm not sure how to rate this place but I know that I'm having pain after they removed gel mani done by them a few weeks ago. The gel mani by sunny was amazing. But...someone else used an e file to remove the gel and basically destroyed my nails. My nails are thin and uneven and am having nerve pain. They look so unappealing that I had to go home and put on nail polish myself. Is this a new way or just a lazy way to remove gel? Now I have to wait months for my nails to grow out. read more

My nails were great! My experience not so great. The place is very pretty, but the neon signs and lights weren't on and there wasn't much seating. It felt like they were really understaffed which I understand during this time. I made an appointment for me and three girls. I was under the assumption they were going to place us next to each other but they split the group in two, and placed half of us in the back.. I never had my nails burn or sting before.. and it was like that for all 4 of us. A majority of the workers had their AirPods in and were talking on the phone the entire time or listening to music. Which for this place, I would expect workers at a place like this not to do, but to be focused on their work and the customer. We did not feel welcomed from the moment we stepped in. I wanted to take the girls out and have a fun experience getting pampered but it was more of a quickly get in and out experience. At the end we thought we ordered $35 gel and turns out we had a $65 gel manicure. Which over the phone it was not clear. There was miscommunication and we ended up paying double what we thought it was. It was not worth the experience. I went to other places that did much more for that price. Like massage and soaking of the nails and more .. I was hoping to feel pampered and it wasn't like that. I'm so sad to write this as I have waited a long time before even reviewing. Owner at the front desk is a scary lady, rude to her girls that do nails, constantly talks in her language with a mad look and rolling her eyes. Yells. And a few of the girls have let me know just how unfair and controlling she can be. I came here for the last time on my birthday. And I will never return. She also treated me like if I'm not white and rich I'm not worth customer service. So different from the way she looks at other customers. I was late and she loudly let it be known even though I called. My mistake but I waited an hour to be seen and didn't mind. And then when I was left to sit down after my nails were done, she comes over and very loudly, that the other women waiting and getting their nails done looked at me with im sorry eyes, she says "excuse me move you can't be late and then just sit there this isn't ok!" So I moved with a smile, smiled at the other customers. Sat and took a few pics for my Instagram. And vowed never to return. And I never will. No free service will coax me back. Every time I paid 130 with tip and the girls are all so talented and nice. But each time the owner lady made my time so uncomfortable. She was always hollering and getting her hair done or nails done and was not pleasant at all. It's too bad this is my favorite Russian manicure spot. Luckily I found another. I seldom write reviews but boy did I make sure to prioritize this review the moment I left the salon Ok so boom - I initially booked (2) mani/pedis for a business meeting with my client @ noon & called a few days prior to push both our appointments to 2p. Day of: I get a call at noon requesting where I am. Come to find out, they only moved one appointment to 2 and left one at noon, I was very easy going and we concluded that we would just show up at the salon at 2p and play it by ear based on avails. That doesn't sound promising - am I wrong? I proceeded to get my mani done elsewhere in that 2 hour window bc I figured maybe if I reduce it to just a pedi I could still get to sit next to my client if they only take care of one appt. The moment I showed up to this pepto bismol pink abyss, the energy was despicable. The lady had an attitude and was verbally abusing her colleague and was being very aggressive with her. I told her I only wanted a pedi and she said she moved everything for me and will charge me for the manicure anyways. She will probably use this as an olive branch in a follow up but they never informed me of this accommodation per client service so I moved accordingly and still ended up paying for services never rendered. Moreover, they kept moving us around which was disrupting the vibe. When I wanted to sit next to my client to talk they prioritized told me to move to accomodate someone else, splitting us up even though the salon was empty and they could've gone anywhere else. **** TLDR: avoid unless you want to overpay for a basic manicure your in the cut salon can do for less than 50% of the price. read more

I really wanted to like this place. I was leaving for a trip to London and I needed to get my nails done and this place was able to take me in on Christmas Eve so I was thankful. I read some reviews saying the staff were rude but that wasn't my experience, they were nice and the my nail tech did take her time with my cuticles. However, I was disappointed that she didn't clean under the nail, but I figured maybe that isn't a thing anymore and it's not that big of a deal since I could do it myself later. What I found unacceptable though was that the next day the chrome on the nails was chipping and by the time I got to London, two of my nails were badly chipped. I $110 manicure should last a lot longer than 2 days. What's worse is I can't even go back in person to complain since and the phone number listed on the website doesn't work. And I did a gel manicure with chrome finish on a Thursday and by Sunday the chrome was already chipping off on 6 nails!!!!
