I went in with a gift card and she was extremely rude and dismissive. The manicurist that was doing my nails did not speak english. Do not recommend at all. After sharing my experience I have learned she often mistreats and does the same to other customers who come in with a gift card get treated horribly. UPDATE: First, I never complained about the quality of my nails. This is what I complained about which you did not address. 1. I requested Anne and confirmed my appointment with her and she was not there. 2. I requested a GEL manicure, you guys upgraded it to russian without my consent or knowledge. 3. You charged me 90 dollars for a russian gel even though your website said 70. 4. Finally, it has nothing to do with whether I enjoyed my time, at the end of the day. I did not get what I requested and was overcharged.

The technician who worked on my nails was very sweet and kind. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was very poor. I was extremely unhappy with how my nails turned out and felt embarrassed enough that I had to book an early-morning appointment elsewhere to have them fixed. I felt bad speaking up at the time and leaving a negative review, but I don't believe the technician had the skill level needed for the service I received.
