He left sharp, jagged hangnails on both sides of every finger. In the process of cleaning them up myself I drew my own blood. He left my dry cuticles & peeling skin. He didn't even apply cuticle oil. The pedicure was a joke. I was filing off the old nail polish, since he couldn't be bothered during the 'pedicure.' She drew blood twice & one wound continued to bleed after I left. Absolutely no work on my feet AT ALL! She spread scrub on my legs but not my feet. I kept directing her to my heels which had dead skin. She wouldn't touch them. Either she didn't speak English or pretended not to speak it. Barely any lotion on my feet but a whole glob on my legs. She spread the lotion. Lightly. Nothing resembling a massage. No scrubber or grater at all! After the lotion (I couldn't believe she was done already) I told her to stop. I left w/o on my toe nail color bc after that production I didn't trust her to do a decent job.

Honestly, anyone you get does an amazing job! I've tried almost everyone! Leigh the owner of course is AMAZING, but sitting right next to her is Lisa, who also does beautiful work. Then there's Tammy (who's often booked out) and Lyn and Mary, and Laura... There's a new pedicurist named Quinn and she did my toes today... she was great! I have one nail that if left to its own devices will grow into the side of my toe... ugh, she got that mofo without being asked! I'm always happy I came here. I also get my son pedicures and he gets clear dip because his nails are weak. (We've tried everything). And he's happy and although the first time wasn't the most comfortable, they never hurt his little fingers! Also, their prices are reasonable. Another thing I like is the ambiance, there's a large tv playing music videos with I believe Vietnamese artists... it's like their version of American idol or something sometimes and I can never look away!
