Bridal Parties Beware! Do not expect even basic service when going here to prepare for your special day. Bride made app for 4 of us a month in advance so that we could enjoy this time together. it was horrible. None of us were able to sit together and visit and enjoy the experience. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They were accepting walk ins which took precedence during our time and the bride's daughter waited an hour and a half without any offer for service or even a water.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] it was well after closing time before we were done. I initially declined a manicure due to them scalding my feet with a hot towel and rushing through my pedicure While I sat alone in my chair- defeating the whole purpose of our requested experience. The pedicure bench was filthy with someone elses lotion and skin cells. She did put a towel over it for treatment but... gross. There was a technician's baby running around who picked up someone's toe separaters and chewing on it. She was cute but i Felt bad for her. i will say that the hand massage during my manicure was one of the best. Unfortunately, the polish fell off by a whole piece by the wedding which was one and a half days away. The cheap polish I had to b in panic fixed it with is still on. my cuticles were a mess too. Not neat and clean as expected. The service was unprofessional, rushed and not worth the 2 and a half hours of time we were made to stay there. Definitely time wasted during the last minutes of go time for a wedding. I'll also note I passed on a full treatment in Idaho with expectations that this experience would be fun and memorable in a positive way. We came in because they advertised a $70 mani-pedi combo, but when checking out, they charged $56 for the pedicure and $40 for the manicure way more than what was promised. They even gave me their own pamphlet showing the lower combo price and the exact services we chose, yet still charged differently. They did the same for my grandma and then charged $108 for my daughter with no explanation. What should have been around $210 suddenly became $300. It's outrageous and ridiculous to advertise one price and charge another. If this isn't a complete rip-off, I don't know what is. There is also nothing special about the mani or pedi to justify these prices. In fact, the environment was below standard no real pedicure chairs, no massage feature, and no built-in foot basin. They use metal tubs instead, and the seating requires stepping up onto a platform which is not handicap-friendly at all, making it unsafe for elderly customers like my grandma. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were simply trying to celebrate my grandma's birthday because my normal salon had no openings but we regret choosing this place[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. We went to the front desk; we were assisted by an employee named Carrie, who called a nail technician named Lisa. My first expression of Lisa is caring, active, and provides customer service from left to right. We were given red wine (for my wife) and champagne (for me). It was great service. With the background music, it was calm and relaxing. In my personal opinion, Lisa exceeded my expectations by providing service beyond what I expected, having witnessed her work at previous nail salons my wife frequented. I can tell you this is my wife's favorite spot to come for manicures and pedicures, as long as Lisa is available. Lisa, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Look for Lisa. I have had my nails done by all these people which is rare to go to a place that have multiple people who are that good. Every time I have gone with a picture they have always executed. She hardly cut my toes nails and drew blood by forcing my supposedly in grown left big toe nail up and out instead of cutting around it gently. She rushed through the whole process and I can see my toe nails were hardly cut and still long. I will probably need another pedicure soon after this terrible experience. I love my nails. Service: pretty good but I was surprised that the nail technician did not push back my cuticles, cut the cuticles or shape the nail bed, no hand massage, etc. - no big deal. Salon setting: a bit odd - pedicure chairs or regular sitting chairs and they bring a container of water to you. Nail stations almost seem temporary, small, basic chairs, trash in the background, a very old looking Altoids tin that said "clean tools". Just looked a bit junky overall. Me and my mom went in for a relaxing day and came out of there 40 mins later. Usually when I go to nail salon, they at least take an hour with pedicure and manicure. I felt very rushed there. Literally go in and get out. My pedicure felt very standard, nothing that special. The description on the menu and the service I reviewed was completely opposite. I came home examined their service, and it was literally one star. My feet still feel rough, not smooth. I asked for French tips. My ring finger had white dots under the white tip. One of my toes has white polish smear.
