And that if I waited 25 mins or reschedule we could do an 11:45 soonest. I've had never had an issues with other centers they follow their 9 min grace period and I kindly asked her and she just said that they don't do that at this center because it's owned by a different person ? I will not be returning I will go to the one in Richmond or Missouri because that is insane and especially when I tried different wax centers the Sugarland just happens to be the one closest to me.

Sherrell is the best person I've had doing my waxes EVER! She's gentle (if you can be gentle when giving a wax), yet quick. She's knowledgeable about the products provided and she always has me laughing during my wax (which helps because it hurts, ya know?!) I prefer Waxing the City over other establishments. The wax they use is better and less harsh on my skin. I always get in and out in a reasonable time, and the customer service from the moment I walk in, to the minute I walk out, is always impeccable. I love my brows now and will be going to her. She's able to meet the standards that I have not even had anybody could. If I'm not getting a facial, I would still use her waxing service. Also will be looking into more services that she provides. And I found out she goes for training constantly in order to keep up with the trends and new methods that come out.
