After a rough Monday behind the desk, I'm back a week later for the massage chair. I opted for a pedi not just a polish change because why not. When I walked in, I told the front desk staff person I was back for the chair because my neck hurt. They offered a neck massage as an add-on. The 15-min massage was exactly what I needed! The employee's hands were firm! She adjusted her firmness when asked! I felt instant relief! Damn - I felt like shedding a tear when she finished. I won't go into details, but just for a toe polish and design on big toes it cost me $22 . Was not worth the the 10 minute paint job and 20 minutes to dry? Service was not good. Ok all I got to say is IVAN!!!! I have gone here a few times maybe more than a few and I am consistently happy with him. COVID: this place is big, and every time I have come it hasn't been packed. Now don't know if that's a bad thing but it works out great for me!!! They do ask you a few questions about covid symptoms. So you walk in... check in, pick your tech and answer few questions about Covid. They offer a beverage when there so that is always a plus because this is usually my "me time" away from Kids. I request IVAN simply because he takes his time and I NEVER get an ingrown after his pedicures. He is really good at massaging too! I love this place! I've been in twice on the weekend and I haven't had to wait to be seated! The interior is beautifully decorated and super clean. As for the outside, it is a big shopping center, and there is always a space to park. I can't remember the names of the ladies that did my nails but they were great! The first time I went in, I got a "pearl" French tip acrylic set ( recommended by one of the technicians), and that set ended up lasting me a month! Not that I wanted to keep them that long but was also trying titheir longevity. The second set, I got dipped powder on my natural nail. This set also lasted a while, about 3 weeks! So it's safe to say that their products and techniques are A1. Pedicure I got on my first trip was the most basic one they offer and it was the same as any other basic pedicure. The lady took her time with cleaning up my feet and was very gentle. So much that I literally fell asleep for a short period of time lol. Overall, a decent pedicure. As for pricing, I find it to be average, not to expensive but not cheap. The French tip set for me was $45 ( I think) and the pedi was $25. The dip powder set was $40 I think as well, so I don't think it's too bad. They do also have a kind of " rewards" type thing going that gives you something after a certain amount of visits. That being said, I would 100% recommend anybody give this place a shot! Update 01/23/21: Would not recommend. I stopped by this nail salon after a friend referred me and it is close to my home. I really enjoyed my experience and the shape and color of my nails. Ben did an amazing job and paid nice attention to detail. He was also very friendly and made light conversation. The interior is spacious and very clean. The only reason I won't give this a full 5 stars is due to one employee not having on a mask (although he was sitting at his station) it could be a concern or issue to others. I have to update my review to one star as after a week and a half of my nails, my natural nail is growing away from the tips (which means fungus city pretty soon!) A combo classic mani/pedicure is usually about $38-45. Imagine my surprise when I visited this place today where we offered served soft drinks, alcohol, and water, but no combo prices for nail/toes! So, I ended up paying $25 for the classic no frills mani and $30 no frills spa pedi. The technician was very nice and didn't talk too much to me , which was fine for me. I really just needed some quiet time myself. The place is huge and has the latest model of equipment and decor. Mani pedi's are a real privilege. I enjoyed my nail artists!! I should have came in with a picture or at least a drawn out version of what I was looking for but she worked with me and was patient with me. So happy with me nails :) and Ms. Angela with the pedi was so gentle and firm. I have ticklish feet so pedicures aren't something I really enjoy. Angela was so kind hearted and gentle will I get a perfect experience every time? Does anyone? I asked for a specific style right when I walked in and was told they could do it but in the end was told that they actually couldn't. I asked for round nails but was shaped to be very square and when I told her again that I want round nails was met with attitude. She didn't finish buffing or filing my nails and just let me leave. Cindy was my nail lady and before walking out (unhappy) Tiffany told me she would fix it if I come tomorrow, which I did come (changing my plans) but was told she can no longer do them. Tried this place out after seeing the huge 20% off sale sign outside. I live very close, so I saw the new nail salon sign a while back and immediately got excited. I had just hoped they were going to be as good as I wished for & they are! I'm normally skeptical on trying new places, but I've recently lost my favorite nail tech and no one else in the salon was up to par. But I'm sooo glad I tried this place out. They have too many awesome color selections to choose from!!!! They offered me drinks (water, soda, wine or a mimosa) I got the mimosa of course and they weren't stingy with the champagne OKAYY! My shellac mani and pedicure came out bomb, and I can't wait to go back and try them again. Only bad thing was that I had to wait like 40 min but coming in with no appt, I thought I would've had to wait a little while but not that long. Also, this place is MASSIVE, I couldn't tell until I went to the bathroom but it is! There's no reason anyone should ever have to wait in the future, but I understand they are new and you'll have to give them time to build up clientele and bring in new techs to make use of all the stations! I get shellac and recently more and more nail salons are drilling off the shellac instead of soaking them and taking them off that way. That's cool for times sake but not for my nails. However, last time I was at there, the girl filled my pinkies soooo much that this time when my nails were soaking off, you saw the MEAT UNDER MY NAIL. That has NEVER happened to me EVER! I swore I would never come back but i was under the impression they had new management so 7 days ago i gave them another try- hoping the first trip was a glitch . Well, a $50 dip power mani lasted only SIX days !!!! FIFTY.DOLLAR service- using "long lasting" dip powder- SIX.DAYS. I have a feeling their "long lasting " powder is actually cheap poor quality powder that they're marking up greatly. Never has my nail service been this expensive or lasted this short of time. Worth noting - it took TWO hours , and was a very harsh cuticle cut down, making me bleed. Luckily the tools were in sealed packages fresh out of auto clave . read more

This company is hiding something from the customers. All of a sudden they changed names. I was going to the one in Sugarland and I have been going there for over 5 years. Yasmin had always took care of my nails. One Saturday I told her I needed her to remove all of the shellac off because I have a fungus and my thumb need healing. She also had a fungus on her thumb. So she also told me that I would need to go to a doctor to get the medicine to clear it up. She said come here tomorrow and I can start you with some until you go to the doctor. So I did. Went to the doctor on Monday and the doctor said yes this is a fungus and gave me the same medicine that Yasmin was using. I am a diabetic and I am not healing that fast. I got with Tina she was the manager at that shop. She offered me free pedicures. I only accepted one and after that, they told me that Tina no longer works there. These ppl are greedy for money, and when they do something wrong, they will not do anything for you. I went here on a Sunday with my family. I asked for a full set of lashes and when the lady got started I said make the full set look natural not overdone. We started at 12. At 1 pm she said little more time. Finally at 140 I told her I have a party to attend and she still took another 15 minutes. Although I was running late I didn't mind as long as lashes look good. When I opened my eyes there was literally NO DIFFERENCE. I was shocked. She spent two hours on me and NOTHING. The strands she did get on were all different sizes. She said "I used 10,12,8". All I saw was glue on my lashes. She even got some on my under eye and it has burned my skin. I have been doing lashes for two years at another place but this place as left me horrified. I only went here because my husband and kid wanted to do a pedicure while I got lashes done. She went on to try to reduce the price to $60. And then said ok just pay me for equipment. Even tho she didn't deserve it i paid. I paid to mess my eyelashes and skin up. They never called me back. Never tried to make it up to me. I've been coming to sandals nail spa pretty much since they opened. My favorite ladies to get manicures from no longer work there so I am left without a regular nail tech at the salon, but I remain a customer. The past two manicures I have had here, I have seen Cindy and I have been disappointed each time. My November manicure I received from Cindy was unpleasant because of her handling of the drill and filing tools. My cuticles and fingertips sustained a fair amount of damage from her drill, but the end result of the manicure was decent enough but I decided I would give her another shot in the future. Well the future was today and boy do I ever regret going back to see Cindy for my December nails. Again I have more than one open wound that I sustained from her handling of the drill. My color powder application is uneven and lumpy, with parts of my nail showing through. She wanted to fix it but I was so fed up and in so much pain that I refused to let her, because I just didn't want her touching me anymore. (I was also upset that the uneven color application went totally unnoticed by her until I pointed it out, and at least four of my fingers have visible nail showing through the color.) She did give me the name of a technician that may be a better fit for me for the next time I come back, but right now I don't know if there will be a next time. I'm pretty unhappy with this manicure, but because of all the cuts that I have now I'm going to have to wait before I can have my nails redone because I'm just not ready for the pain of acetone in an open wound. Thanks Cindy, really appreciate it. If you're getting basic shellac or classic nail polish, Cindy might be a good fit for you. However if your desired service is something that's going to require the use of a drill, I would highly suggest seeing a different technician or maybe visiting a different salon in general. The nail technician who did my set was not professional at all. She didn't make sure that all the nails were shaped evenly. She didn't clean the nails up to make them look presentable. When she cut around my cuticle she was cutting into my skin which was painful, she cut my nail pretty much into the flesh. DO NOT GO HERE!!! My sister planned an amazing spa day for me and my bridesmaids the day before my wedding. We just mani and pedis and we were there for 5 HOURS!!! There were 4 of us but we were waited on by 2 people all together. The lady who did my manicure actually cut me on my pinky and my index finger. Then the owner had to come in and finish my manicure because she kept making my French top crooked. And finally one of my bridesmaids has a SEVERE infection in her toe and had to go to the hospital last night for drainage. I say again, DO NOT GO HERE!!! The decor is beautiful and inviting and the staff is very friendly BUT they have some major issues to work out if they plan on staying around for the while.
