I got my nails done back in May by Judy and she did them perfectly! I showed her very minimal pictures, not giving her much time to work with, and she went above and beyond what I asked for. She was kind while doing my nails, and make sure I had a say for my nails through the whole process. This set was for graduation and people would constantly ask me who did them! I would definitely recommend this salon if you are looking for a very specific design OR are not too sure with what you may want, she is very accommodating and great to work with! read more

Honestly not the best nail salon in the area. They are short staffed and will not hesitate to tell you wait a few hours before the next nail technician comes in. I don't understand how you can turn down business. Whenever you do that, bet your top dollar that another nail shop will take them in treat them the way a paying customer should be treated. Their skills are very basic as they do not specialize in any modern nail designs. One time, the Asian guy put gems on my nails incorrectly within the next few days all the gems came off. I've also gotten a pedicure here once and the lady was so aggressive around my cuticle, I started bleeding. Bottom line, their work is standard & they aren't doing anything to set them apart from other nail salons from customer service to their craft. Recommend for basic, minimal work. Anything else, look elsewhere. read more

Not a bad nail salon, they are a little disorganized in terms of appointments & timing but for a decent price they do an ok job!

First of all, I do have some feedback to give. I did come in with my friends for an appointment at 4:00pm. We arrived at 3:45pm so we can have time to take off our shoes and get situated and pick our colors. The lady that greeted us informed us that the appointment was for tomorrow at 4pm. We decided to wait about 30 minutes since they were busy with other clients since we still wanted to get our nails done the same day. My friends and I thought we had the appointment wrong. On top of that, the staff seems to have an extremely thick accent and are very hard to understand but they do normal and basic pedicure and manicureThen we all got started at 4:30ish then it does take a very long time for the nail Polish to dry. They are in the lower price range so I didn't expect a high-end salon result, just something extremely basic and quick since it's pretty affordable. I do recommend to come if you have at least 2 hours of free time or on your day off. I had to go to work late because of this experience. Also I do recommend to bring your own nail polish and high quality quick dry top coat since for some reason the nail polish at this salon takes extremely long to dry. read more

1 Star is being generous! I went in for a fill in and color change. The lady rushed through the fill in and left acrylic all on my fingers and cuticles. I repeatedly had to tell her my nails were a mess. She knew no English and the guy next to her had to translate. That wasn't an issue with me as long as she had an understanding of what I wanted. She continued to do her own mess until another lady name Diane got up and went to "fix" my nails. She tried, but they were still a mess. She put 3 heavy coats on and told me to dry my nails on the fan. The guy got up from doing someone else's nails to put a top coat on. He put a very heavy coat of top coat on that it started to drip on to my fingers. My nails were ugly and too many coats that even 30 minutes of sitting in front of the fan didn't dry them at all!!! They all knew they did horribly on my nails and only charged me $10 for the fill in and polish. I was stupid enough to leave a tip. I guess they split it between the lady who did a horrible job on the fill in, the lady who tried to fix them and the guy who put a heavy coat of top coat. They were still rude to other customers and they picked and chose who to turn away with the lie of having customers who made appointments. read more

One star is being quite generous. This is the second time I have attempted to patronize this shop. Both times they have ignored me. The first time I told them what I wanted a full set and a pedi. The tech said thirty minutes. No problem. Within that time another lady walks in wanting the same thing, no appointment. They began immediately working on her. I left and went somewhere else. Here we are a month later, I decide to try them again at my mothers convincing. We go in and once again I'm ignored. But the greet my mother and immediately start on her. I go up to the guy and tell him I want a fill in and pedicure because apparently I have my invisible cloak on today. He tells oh no. She has an appointment at 330. I will have to wait. It was 2:45. Right at 3:00 another lady walks in and the immediately begin working on her. The appointment shows up. The lady says I have an appointment I will get to you when I'm done. I say no I'm waiting on my mother I'm going somewhere else. She looks at me says ok. But you only wanted a refill right. I say again loudly, I'm waiting on my mother. I'm going somewhere else. If it wasn't important to you what I need before why is it important now. MONEY SPENDS ANYWHERE! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service!! This place needs to be shut down for the cleanliness, not sure how they pass inspections. Very unorganized in making appointments, very unprofessional service. The store manager yelled at my mother in front of all the customers claiming she didn't make an appointment when she clearly called her two days prior to make an appointment. Very unprofessional. She had no proof of the phone call and no calendar for appointments. I will never come here again and I will tell everyone I know to not come either. Cheap quality brings cheap service. Rude and Unprofessional. I noticed they opened at 9:30am so I pulled up at 9:20am ish because I was taking a trip and needed to be done before 10:30am. I saw that one of the lady who works there was getting out of her car so I figured I'd just wait in my car till 9:30 before getting out. Once she noticed I was waiting, she closed her doors and stayed in the car. 20 minutes later, another worker pulled up, and parked by her and they exchanged words while she kept glancing at my car. I wasn't sure what was going on because I just wanted to get my nails done. I figured maybe she's actually a customer waiting as well. At 10am, I couldn't wait anymore so I decided to drive off, but immediately I drove off, I saw them walking to the shop. I had to turn back around because it didn't make sense to me. I walked into the now open nail shop and asked if 9:30 wasn't the correct time and the lady just laughed at me. The establishment is honestly an embarrassment. read more
