First time trying this salon and I am very impressed. Great shaping and smooth polish with fair pricing. I would return and recommend for appointments!

Had a wonderful experience at this location- Julie & Emily did my mani pedi and they came out great. This place is super friendly and efficient. The place is very tidy, clean, and lively. I will be back!

Been doing gel builder regularly since last November and I'm so happy! I always get my manicure with Emily and pedicure with Holly. Emily always able to do designs I find for me and Holly is always good and gentle with pedicure. It's something I can't do without now and I'm going to splurge and keep doing this regularly for my own treat! It brings me such joy and everyone here is very nice and funny!

My full gel x set for vday

I got a full gel x set and a gel pedicure and my service was amazing. Julie does a great job with my nails, she constantly checks to make sure I like how they are turning out as she goes and they always look great. My pedicure always looks amazing too and it's very relaxing. Everyone is very friendly and I really enjoy coming to this salon. Whenever I come here I know I'll be happy with the results. It was also very easy to get an appointment booked.

A lucky little rainbow for St. Patrick's Day.

I really loved this spot! Went with a friend who lives about five minutes away. They are extremely clean here, where they clean all the seats after every customer. We had to wait a little bit, but worth the wait! I got a gel manicure and basic pedicure. All of the employees were attentive and took their time with our nails. Also their massage chairs are nice! I would definitely suggest booking an appointment if you don't want to wait.

Great customer service with a smile! These ladies always make me feel welcomed! I always get French but my grand daughter has had several designs on her nails with 100% satisfaction!

First manicure as a male 22 year old. My nails have never looked so good. 10/10 would recommend. I could cut my own nails but they just do a better job, and they clean up all the dead skin, my cuticles. It looks super CLEAN. Just like a fresh hair cut, gotta have my nail hygiene up to par too. Can't be caught lacking with ugly nails

Clean establishment and nice staff! Made an appointment at 11:45AM and they got me in for the next available nail artist. Angel ended up doing my nails and she made it seem like it was second nature for her. She did my nails so swiftly with no imperfections and I was honestly surprised. She would ask if I liked the way she filed or painted my nail and I told her it was perfect. Would definitely come back to get a pedicure next! Thank you~

A special thank you to Isabella, the owner, who was incredibly accommodating and made my visit exceptional. I enjoyed the steam room, massage, stem cell facial, and head spa, and every service exceeded my expectations. The lounge is beautiful, relaxing, and truly feels luxurious. The staff was friendly, happy, and professional, and their positive energy made the experience even better. I also love that they offer a monthly membership which is such a great value! I'll definitely be signing up, bringing my husband for a spa day, and planning my next girls' trip here. If you're looking for a luxurious spa with outstanding service, I highly recommend 128 Luxury Health Spa. I can't wait to come back!

Possibly one of the worst massages I've ever had…read more My massage therapist was Terry, and she kept leaving the room throughout the session. At one point, my entire back was left uncovered for what felt like nearly 30 minutes while it was still wet from the wet towel and massage oil. I was freezing and incredibly uncomfortable. The massage itself was very disappointing. I originally requested medium pressure, but instead she repeatedly dug her elbow into my neck, moving it back and forth without any real technique or purpose. It was painful rather than therapeutic. I eventually asked her to switch to light pressure, but then the massage became so light that it barely felt like a massage at all. It was just rubbing with no technique or muscle work. I've honestly had better massages during a pedicure. I had been looking forward to relaxing and even falling asleep, but instead I couldn't relax because the massage was uncomfortable and ineffective. It honestly felt amateurish and lazy. The most frustrating part came when it was time to pay. When booking, they require a $40 deposit. Since I was unhappy with my massage, I told the receptionist I wanted to leave a $20 tip for my husband's massage therapist, who did a good job, and only $10 for mine. Instead of respecting my decision, they REPEATEDLY pressured me to leave a $40 tip since they already have my "deposit". I had to repeat myself THREE separate times: "$20 for my husband's therapist and $10 for mine." I don't mind tipping for good service, but I don't believe poor service should be rewarded. Being pressured to increase the tip after such a disappointing experience left an even worse impression than the massage itself.

Might just be that I got a newbie or something but she was incredibly bad at her job. She'd never dry my ears properly leaving water and suds sitting in there for the entire time even after the service was finished. While shampooing she'd massage my neck and shoulders while her hands were full of hair product and shampoo suds, WHY?!! Hair products are NOT meant to be used on skin and she kept massaging it in and not washing it off leaving the hair product and suds just SITTING on my neck and shoulders for the majority of the service. Additionally she got water into my eyes MULTIPLE times and didn't even notice, would put a SOPPING wet towel over my eyes then run water right over it making me feel like it was a water boarding punishment, failed to dry me off properly at the end making me sit up resulting in water dripping down my back and getting my clothes wet. Then she gave me cotton swabs for me to clean my ears and when I went to try to throw it away after using it, she roughly pulled it out of my fingers so fast that the dirty cotton swabs touched my fingers leaving my ear wax on my own finger. Cherry on top she then shooed me off the chair after 5 mins of blow drying before my hair was fully dry, didn't even brush my hair until she saw me finger combing it myself. The only reason I gave more than one star is that Maybe the other head spa staff is better but I will never come back because of how bad mine was. Poor attention to detail is an understatement.

Small location very private but noisy. Holly was my tech. She was the only one in there for the first 1/2 of my 90 minute service, which meant during the service she was also the receptionist. She was on her phone a lot, I was rather annoyed by her answering calls in what is supposed to be a relaxing service. The service was ok, going from touching her phone to my face wasn't my favorite. Very heavy, rough hands. I have fine hair and it was a lot of pulling. Massage was fine still very heavy handed and the position to sit in at the end was not comfortable, maybe because I'm a taller? I'm not sure. Not sure if they were having plumbing issues, but the water was cold the whole service. It warmed only slightly but not comfortable. What was most concerning was how tangled my hair was at the end. I have never seen my hair in such a knotted mess. Yes she was able to detangle, by pulling it apart and ripping the hair. The tangles were caused by poor products and shampoo technique. A good conditioner and proper rinsing would never leave my hair like that, the 90minite service was also supposed to include blowdry, I was told to pay $10 more. I will not be returning. I wish them luck and hope they can use this as a reference to make the experience better. There are MANY head spas in the area that take better care of the client for the same price.

They have raised their admission prices several times in the last 2 years. Upon arrival, I was contemplating on getting a massage or not and decided not to and instead just used my pre-purchased admission ticket. I would say the best thing here is their dining area. They have a good selection of Korean food and drinks including smoothies, juices, and even boba. I usually get their almond milk tea. My favorite food choices would be the tofu soup with seafood only (yes, you can ask for no beef) or the burnt bibimbap bowl with all the veggies and yes, you can also ask for a fully cooked egg instead of a Sunnyside up if you don't like runny eggs. My meal with a drink usually comes out to $26. The reason why I am lowering my rating is because their standing shower area stinks. For the last couple of times I've been here, that area smells either like mold or a sewer issue. Secondly, I witnessed one of their shower massage employees (they wear black tops and bottoms) use the restroom and left without washing her hands. Yes, she is a masseuse who doesn't wash her hands after using the toilet. I would never book any type of massage here based on that fact alone. One more thing, i also saw 2 women get into an argument. I was in a dry sauna room with 2 other females already there. One female came in and confronted someone else who was trying to relax for not picking up her towels in the other room. The lady who got confronted acted like she didn't speak English so the argument was brief. However, the lady who did the confronting called her a stupidass before walking away. LOL I'm laughing about it now but honestly it is suppose to be relaxing environment and chasing someone down over towels when you don't even work here is a bit much. Not very relaxing. I have 2 admission tickets left to use but after that I most likely won't be purchasing a packet again. This place doesn't have a luxury feel like it used to.

There were some guests that were there before us who were very talkative and social while getting their hair dried in the back at the end of their service. Come to find out afterwards that I experienced chemical burns that coincides where the table/water line meet. There were just so many products used. I am not someone who is sensitive to products so this came as a surprise to me. The showers and locker room areas provide a lot of toiletries for you to use such as hair, dryer lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There's also a lot of towels but be mindful of your use. I appreciated all the different rooms that they had in the common area such as the salt room, the forest room, ice room, and then just the big common area space where you can lay down. I'm probably messing some of the rooms, but I'm planning on coming back this month for some R&R time for my birthday. I'm also very grateful that they also have a small Korean restaurant within the vicinity and you can wear the clothes that they provide into the restaurant. If you don't want to go to the restaurant and aren't that hungry, there are drinks and desserts that you can buy in the common area and enjoy. I'm so happy that this place exists and I don't have to go all the way to ktown to enjoy a spa like this!

I asked a little girl how to make the towel for hair and she taught me step by step! (this restaurant that collabs with k spa was delicious)
