I really loved this spot! Went with a friend who lives about five minutes away. They are extremely clean here, where they clean all the seats after every customer. We had to wait a little bit, but worth the wait! I got a gel manicure and basic pedicure. All of the employees were attentive and took their time with our nails. Also their massage chairs are nice! I came in last-minute on a Saturday evening and everyone was very kind and professional. The salon is very nicely decorated with many chairs. The services were pricey no doubt, I got short nail extensions with dip and french tip for $65 and a gel pedicure for $50, as they do charge an extra $5 to remove gel even if you're getting gel again. My pedicure turned out nice but the "lotion massage" was only 2 mins and with cuticle oil, which I found to be misleading and not what I had paid $50 for. Still, I was pleased with my manicure service until I got home and really looked at my nails. These are NEXT DAY pictures. They look grown out 1-2 weeks with a big cuticle gap on all my nails and unfortunately, the manicure lacked attention to detail with lots of chipping and gaps on all sides of the nails. The dip was left very clunky and thick. Very dissatisfied for a whopping $65. read more

I paid a ridiculous amount for a gel manicure and added the $5 extra for the "higher quality" gel polish, the next day my polish was chipping from the cuticle end. Clearly they added too much of a layer or something that it started getting stuck in my hair. I went back and spoke to Jacklyne I believe who is the manager she said she would fix, I asked her to just remove the polish and she said ok. The nail tech offered to add a natural polish at no charge and right away Jacklyn made her stop. The tech was embarrassed and said sorry I can only do clear. I drove 40mins to get, tipped when I originally had the service and paid the extra $5 for "quality polish" and all she can do is the clear. Never coming back. read more

Pretty disappointed with the current service I had last week at Nailology. As someone who use to come for a pedicure very often, I was impressed with how well they took care of my feet. I have tried a gazillion salons and nothing would compare to the service I had at nailology. Around end of 2022 to beginning of 2023 I developed an allergy to gel polish. So I had to stop getting pedicures because my skin would react to ANYTHING (whether it was regular polish or other things). I sadly had to stop coming to nailology. But recently, my allergy died down and I noticed I was able to wear regular polish so I came for a pedicure before my graduation. Expecting good quality (from my past experience), I was met with utter disappointment. The lady was rushing, passive aggressive about my allergy (bc I said no to gel), and ignoring me the entire time. Instead, she was speaking crap about her manager in viet (I understand viet) to her coworker. I felt like she didn't pay any attention to me besides to tell me that I need to stop picking at my feet? (Which I don't, but I just nodded ok to avoid confrontation). She also was extremely rough with my feet, where I had to pull my feet back multiple times. I should've expected a bad experience when she didn't even care about the temperature of my water when I first came. She turned on the water and told me to sit down and it was EXTREMELY HOT. I told her it was hot and she turned it up for me, LEFT the water all the way up (super cold). At first, I could barely keep my toe in the hot water, and now I had my feet in cold water. I just left it because I felt like I was being annoying about the temperature already. I came during opening time (exactly at 11am) on a weekday and I felt like I did not have a good experience. She was extremely lazy and seemed like she was trying to get this over with. With the next client she had (for a pedicure), she was being extra careful and talking to them nonstop. Personally, I just felt really abandoned and uncared for. This experience really changed my perspective and I'll be trying different salons. Hopefully if they can improve in the future, I will reconsider. read more

Originally I had planned to get my nails a little different so that my nails weren't sharp..and my nail artist did such a good job doing it like I asked. Her name is Angel and she was so kind and helpful. She was also very patient, the environment is so nice and welcoming. My baby boy was able to stay asleep next to me while I got my nails done. BUT, I paid 40+ 10 dollar tip for Gel pedicure for this to happen. My regular spot was closed for the next two days and I had to get my nails done for a last minute event so I settled for this place since it had high ratings. I spent $153 on my nails and pedicure and I got a half ass job. I requested GelX ombré almond nails. The shape was not giving almond. I showed the manicurist photos of the color, length, and shape and showed them step by step directions the original person had done and posted on IG. The original person used a makeup brush to create an ombré look with powder. The manicurist I got started to use a sponge with the powder. I stopped her and let her know that it was not working and asked her to use a brush. She said no and that the sponge would create the same results. The color did not blend like ombré, instead you could see a line where the color ends and the neutral color begins. I was not happy with the results but had no way of expressing since she was not listening to my instructions in the first place. Now to my pedicure, I got the middle tier pedicure but it fell short of the basic one. First the pedicurist did not clean my nails, cut, or shape/file them, she only took off the little gel nail polish I had on my two big toes. I had to ask her to clean my big does and she did them and one other nail from my left toe and cut it because she was using scissors that look like small pliers to clean, then she stopped but did not clean them well. You could still see dirt in the nails. The sugar scrub was not worth the extra $10 for the middle tier package. The callus removal was a basic hard sponge but did not remove callus. My pink toe nails are small. She painted all nails except the pinky ones until I told her I wanted them painted as well. She went on to paint them. Since she did not cut my nails or shape them with a file one pinky toe looks like the shape of a mountain/triangle and the other is so much smaller. All toes shape nails don't look even and the gel nail polish was on my skin too. I'm posting pics two days later so some paint I was able to get off in the shower. I tried to convince myself the nails weren't so bad but they were irritating me the whole afternoon that the next day I had to go to another salon to get them shortened and color corrected. I spent $53 just to get them fixed at another salon but at least they got the size, shape, and color right! They did 100x better job and were so detailed with their work. As for my toes I will just have to wear closed toes shoes for the next two weeks. I really wanted to like this place because of the high reviews but now I refuse to step foot in here again. The pedicure was the most disappointing pedicure I have ever received not worth the money and did not feel middle tier for me it was worst than a basic one. And I just wished the manicurist would have listened to my instructions. I did leave a tip but it hurt me because I knew this was not the service I was used to. Over all I spent a little over $200 for my nails this week because of their lack of detail. I feel like I was vocal about my wants without being rude but since they didn't listen I felt weird pushing it more for the fear of sounding like I was being difficult. I just won't come here again. The manicurist was wearing a Hannah name apron but I don't know the pedicurist name. Edit: 1 week later... I noticed some bumps on my foot. I now realize it's foot fungus. I didn't have foot fungus before and haven't gotten a pedicure from anywhere except this place in months. They probably didn't sanitize their tools properly. read more
