My mother went there on March 11,2021 and her faced is now burned from getting her eye brows waxed. The place is nice looking and the workers seem nice. But that is unacceptable. Callus removal was mediocre or foot scrub was no effort. still have dry skin on bottom of my foot That's Visible. I got acrylic nails and one of my nails broke within a week. I've been to MANY salons and I have only experienced this one other time. I went in to get it fixed and they tried to charge me for the fix. I was totally taken back. Then, that same night, a different nail broke. It wasn't the greatest experience, but it wasn't the worst either. Got mine and my daughter's nails done. Complimentary snacks and drinks. The ladies were patient with my kids. The salon is nice, but it dulls the place to have untalented techs. Had to change what i wanted to accommodate the tech's skill level. Didn't ask if i wanted anything or what shape for my nails. She just got to work and asked if the nails were long enough or if they looked even. Sure I could've spoke up but as a tech you should be more thorough. I decided to get a manicure no nails or gel I picked a color However the manicurist cut my nails short then used gel polish and gave me a French manicure. I want to start by saying I'm giving this salon 3 stars only because of the overall experience of this salon - NOT the pedicure itself. This may just be me but when I get a pedicure I'm looking for a relaxing experience. This salon is not the place for that. They do serve you wine at no charge which is nice, but this salon is like being in a club. The music is BLARING (I don't want to hear "Beat It" by Michael Jackson while I'm trying to relax. The lights are SO incredibly bright and the salon is all white so it made it all the more bright. The pedicure was really good, and the chairs give a great massage feel, but if you want to relax during your service this is not the place for you. They do have a TON of pedicure chairs so it is easy to get an appointment which is nice. read more

Came here back in June for my graduation nails. I was in a group and one of my friends and I had similar inspiration photos of what we wanted on our nails(image 1). I showed my nail tech the photo and she said "oh we can't do those here". Irritated but then asked if i could just do multi color pastels non each finger (image 2), she then told me that it would be an extra $20 since it's multiple colors. so i then had to decide on something else to do and not spend a fortune. i did a regular purple acrylic set. then she told me the coffin shape was an extra $10. i basically gave up at this point and decided to just shut up and get the manicure. But they looked AWFUL. the gel polish was layered on so thick and they were messed up on the edges. wasn't even coffin shaped that i paid the extra $10 for!!!! then my friend that i had the same inspiration picture showed me her nails and WHAT MY NAIL TECH SAID THEY DIDNT DO SO SHE COULDNT, IS EXACTLY WHAT SHE WANTED SHE GOT!!!! Beautiful salon but not worth the extremely high price. I got a full set gel nails and after one day they already started lifting! They look decent the first day but day two they looked so cheap and bad when the edges started to lift. Possibly old powder because they were breaking on the edges and lifting bad. The stylist took a long time putting color on them and even said it was taking awhile to ge the color to paint nice because it was old. I won't go back. Not worth the over priced nails read more

My sister and I both got mani/pedis, the pedicure was okay, when I told them the water was to hot they changed it to freezing cold and wouldn't turn it up again. I came across this salon while looking for a last minute, night time pedicure after work and they kindly took me in! First of all, the salon itself is very beautiful and large. It is very clean and bright inside, and they have more than enough polish colors to choose from on display. I liked their check in process and the utilization of iPads to book services. It was really easy and user friendly! They also offer complimentary beverages and snacks for their customers which is always a nice touch. Their customer service is 5 stars and all of the employees were very friendly and helpful, even if you aren't their client. As for the deluxe pedicure, it was very relaxing and just what I needed! Embarrassed to even write this post but i figured it will help others. About 2 weeks ago I went in for a fill for my acrylic nails. I found it weird that the nail tech wasn't removing the lifted portions and just filed it down. I had booked for a gel fill. He told me that he needs to use a darker pink powder there for the transition in my nails won't show due to the fill since I chose a lighter pink color. Not once did he tell me I was going to be charged $10 extra for this darker pink shade of powder he was going to use. So I get my nails filled and go on vacation about four days later I start noticing that a few of my nails are starting to look darker. After I came back from vacation I realized that the nails looked much darker and my husband told me it definitely looks like somethings going on. I gave Nail 19 a call and explained to them what's going on and told the lady that I had an appointment for a pedicure that day and if they could fix my nails. They told me why didn't I called earlier and I told her because I was on vacation I wasn't going to call from Hawaii to tell them my nail was darkening. Well long story short they didn't wanna help me without a cost so I told them they can cancel my pedicure and they have lost a long time client now. So I decided to pry the acrylic off my nail to see what's going on. Definitely something was going on I had bacteria or fungus whatever you would call it which was the dark spots. Appears that the nail tech failed to properly do a fill. Since the nail tech failed to cut out the loose spots moisture got trapped and caused the fungi bacteria. Just a heads up to everyone getting a fill here be sure to see that they're doing it properly. I learned my lesson not to judge a book by its cover with this place just because it's nice, beautiful and fancy doesn't mean they do a good job. The fungal bacteria looks cleaner in the picture because I filed it down it was pretty disgusting and dark brown almost black when the nail was taken off. Mail tech David. read more
