I've been coming here for years because it's convenient and reasonably priced. Overall, it's been a solid, consistent experience--nothing extraordinary, but reliable. However, my last two pedicures resulted in bloody toes and sharp pain, which was unexpected and concerning. I hope this was a rare occurrence. I plan to give it one more try, but if it happens again, I'll have to look for a new place. read more

Second time visit and not so happy this time. The pedi was as usual, but took much longer. It was all done and I was sitting there waiting for my nail to dry, then someone that seemed to be a newbie came over, rubbed lotion on my feet and smudged all the nail colors. So they had to redo the painting, so it took me almost 2 hours in that place. Even worse is that 2 days later the colors were smudged again! I was wearing socks so I don't think it was any kind of scratching. I had to go in for a fix and this time the same newbie kept smudging my nails again her shirt and had to redo it again and again. I seriously drive all the way from Redwood City just to see Loan because she's THAT good. She always takes her time, pays attention to every little detail, and my nails come out perfect every single time. She's also one of the sweetest people ever and makes the whole experience so comfortable and relaxing. I got my nails done today and I'm obsessed with how they turned out. Love this place. Call a day or two in advance to make an appointment, but they do take walk-ins depending on their availability. Parking lot available or street parking plentiful. I get acrylics and usually like a simple design. My last set lasted me 5+ weeks without breaking or lifting! I usually get dip powder on my acrylics. They are pretty quick too, usually in and out under an hour. As reviews said, definitely no frills. No music so you bring headphones if you wish! They take cash or venmo, but cash preferred. Unfortunately I moved out the area but this is my go-to nail spot anytime I come home. read more

Great quality work for reasonable prices. I usually get gel mani and haven't had any problems with the wear. They are very fast. Do keep in mind they tend to stack customers, if that bothers you. I stopped getting my nails done regularly but still like to treat myself once in a while. The nail technicians are all super friendly and funny. They take their time to make sure that you are happy with the shape. I could tell they were pretty experienced because I was really happy with the shape they gave me and I didn't need to give much direction. The price is pretty inexpensive as well: $45 for a new set of acrylic + gel (no design) I would call ahead to make sure they have availability before coming. I think this will be my new go-to spot in Cupertino for nails. Highly recommend coming here! read more

Tried this nail salon because their gel pedi is only $40 and other places usually charge 45+. I called to check availability and originally she said they didn't have space until 2 hours later but called back and said we can come in 1 hour. I was surprised to see how small the salon was! Only 3 mani stations and 4 pedi stations. We had to wait about 15 min which wasn't a huge deal. They definitely seemed very rushed and flustered. There was only 3 people working. We were both done with our gel pedi within an hour which isn't bad. My toes are shaped weird and I wish I would've caught it sooner but I wasn't paying much attention. I felt bad for the following customers because they were waiting a long time past their appt time. If you're looking for a relaxing spa day, this probably won't be your spot.. but if you're looking for a quick mani pedi for a decent price, come here! read more

Their massage was decent but if you're looking for something really soothing and decadent this was halfway there... but plenty for me. I was looking for efficiency and I got it. I never felt like they were rushing and they did a careful job with my cuticles, no stray nips - which is a big deal to me! I tipped well to show my appreciation. read more

A small little shop tucked away. My friend and I called in to see if there was availability for 2 pedicures, and there was so we headed there. It was a little deceiving, as they did not have availability. They worked on me as soon as I was seated, but my friend at least 30 mins later. I feel like they should have been upfront with us instead of trying to mush us in for business. We were also seated far from each other, and not all the chairs have massagers. It was just ok. I don't know if I'd come back. There's also no AC so it was really really hot. read more

I don't get my nails done often anymore but I'll always go here to get my nails done in Cupertino! I've gotten new sets/fills of acrylics with gel here several times over the past couple years. You should call ahead of time to check when they have availability, and I've called the day of. The technicians are super friendly and nice, and they take time to make sure your nails are done well. Every time I've gotten a new set of acrylics here, they've lasted at least 4 weeks with super minimal lifting if any at all. I would definitely recommend coming here for nails! read more

Wow I am so impressed with the full set I got today. I made an appointment the same day and I was able to come in on a weekday. Even though I made an appointment, I still had to wait a bit but I wasn't in a rush or anything so it was fine. I was a bit indecisive about what I wanted. Thought I wanted glittery nails at first but then I saw a photo of rainbow chrome nails and was like ok I want to try this one. I believe my nail tech's name is Loan and she did such an amazing job! Used to visit this salon regularly, but lately the quality of the service is been going downhill. I always call to make appointments, but now they overbook too many people and the last couple of times, I had to wait about half an hour. Waiting would be alright for the right and good quality service, but this is not the case anymore. Since many people are waiting, they rush to have everything to be done and spend very little time with the customers. Sorry to say, but will be looking for another nail salon. read more

I always get great service here...i have been a loyal customer for more than 5 years now. Nick is my Nail King!!! He works his magic and I get compliments on my nails from guys & girls. I think they are reasonably priced for the quality you get. They last a long time, never lift or chip. The best time to go is during the week because his weekends fill up quick. Go check him out. Not good at all, Loan the best but her sister the worst she doesn't know about costumer service and be patient and nice. OH MY GODD!! i love this place, especially Nick. i try to go whenever i can. i always get a french acrylic tip and a pedicure. they are very clean and nice. they offer free mini water bottles. also the pedicure chairs work perfectly. i love this place and nothing will ever compare to it. read more

They were so quick and so sweet. My nails turned out even better than the photo and they are very affordable compare to other stores. They also feel very sturdy and won't chip or get ruined easily. Defiently going to come back!! read more

I said yes, and I was told the total would be $85. However, they never had me soak my feet in the jelly bath. Instead, they immediately started trimming my nails and applying the gel polish. When I asked if the scrub and other parts of the Jelly Pedicure would be done, I was told, "Don't worry, we'll do it." At checkout, I was surprised to be charged $95 instead of the quoted $85, and no one clearly explained the additional charge. After paying and leaving a tip, I ended up spending $100 for what felt like a very basic pedicure. The biggest disappointment wasn't just the price--it was the lack of transparency and the attitude. I expected the full Jelly Pedicure that was advertised and clear communication about the cost. Instead, I left feeling overcharged and dissatisfied. I hope the salon improves its communication with customers and clearly explains pricing and what's included before beginning a service. If you ask for breakdown at the start of the service of what is included part of the basic pricing and you see them talking among themselves in non-english and giving you a wierd look.. that is first sign for you to leave...

So then I rerouted to the nail salon to see if they could take walk-ins which they in fact did. The service is good, pretty fast and not busy. Which I do enjoy. The place was clean and very relaxing. They didn't try to chat with you too much which I enjoyed and respected. I came in just to relax and they understood the assignment. I didn't really know what I wanted, and didn't really care to choose. So my nail lady ended up choosing the style and the colors for me. I ended up getting a really nice French tip manicure and white gel pedicure. The lady that was taking care of my manicure was very professional. Her name is Anna and she did a really great job with the French tip. I didn't expect her to paint the French tip because I'm so used to seeing nail salons use a French tip press but I found it very impressive that she was painting them on my nails instead. Anyways, great service, beautiful quality, and I would highly recommend if you would like to get some wedding nails done... Not like I'm getting married or anything but highly recommend even if you just want something basic or something crazy... I don't care; just go here.

It has been about six weeks right now and my nails haven't lifted or peeled yet. That's never happened to me and I was getting Japanese gel for years. She is a high quality professional.
