I found this really helpful because at most places the price is completely unknown to me until the service is done. I needed extensions and the design was hand painted. There was so much detail that went into the extension itself and the design was exactly what I wanted. I definitely will be back when I want detailed work! Highly recommend!

This place has gone downhill for the quality of the service, I had a manicure appt last Oct, he damaged my nails so bad my nails became very thin. I had to make appointment specifically with other girls... I didn't want to leave this negative review but recently they even started using " kitchen towels " for manicure, it feels so cheap and not even comfortable when your feet are on the wet kitchen towels all time during your pedicure. Noticed the floor and working desks are covering by the nail powders from customers every time I go, The place needs a improvement not just in the quality of their work, the standard and level of hygienic maintenance of environment. I asked for refund of the rest of the money I under my account, and I have not heard back from this shop. Be careful. read more

The ladies who did our nails did not rush and took their time to make sure they were providing good quality service. My boyfriend was really satisfied with how clean and nice his nails looked. The best nail services: I've been around for the longest time, travel all over the world, and never have nail services as good as WAN's I was referred by a good friend, and this is my first time to this salon, I have gel nail service, cat eyes, manicure and pedicure, due to my nails was crooked n been abused from many nails salon before, it took Ellie 4 hours to fix all my nails, she was helpful n the owner was kind n did not rush me at all, top-notch services, from making appointment n explaining all of my questions. Love that they can do the nail designs as requested If you show them a picture . They also don't have generic colors compared to other nail salons. Ally is amazing ! This is for a facial appt with esthetician Anne. No greeting: I arrived on time. The front desk asked me to wait. When the technician finally came, she didn't say "hello" or "follow me." She just stared at me like why I was even here and said "Inside" - like I was a prisoner. I had to ask if I could go in and she said yes. Ignored my request: I told her I wanted the HydraFacial. She turned around and walked away without a word, came back later with the machine, like she's sick and tired of this job. Rough and careless: She applied way too much pressure and clearly rushed through the service. She spilled the face clay on my neck and hair and didn't clean it up completely and I had to do it myself. Still asked for a tip: After that terrible service, she and the front desk actually asked for a tip. When I asked if she was having a bad day, she said "no," with a happy face. I'm so glad I did…read more The quality of the blowout was so good that when she moved to another salon, I had to follow her. She blew my hair BONE STRAIGHT and it lasted a good five months. I could easily last another month here in California weather but being I'm going to ridiculously-hot-and-humid Texas at the end of the month, I wanted to make sure I got it done before my trip so that my hair was silky smooth and easier to manage in the high humidity. I arrived and Joe-Joe, washed and prepped my hair. He was super friendly and easy to talk to, and gave my head a great massage. (In fact, all the people at this salon were very friendly!). Josette then adds the product in, blows it straight and then irons it bone straight. She has the whole process down and you'll be out the door with your shiny, super straight hair within two hours. It's cut my hair dry time down to half in the morning and my hair gets bone straight! If I just want my regular curly hair, I just add a bit of serum, crunch my hair, and I have great, frizz-free curls! The best of both worlds for this naturally curly haired girl! =) Make sure you don't use any sulfate hair products after your Brazilian. She has a tendency to forget to tell people that and the sulfates will tussle up the product that keeps your hair bone straight. Look on the ingredients on the back of your shampoo/conditioner. It's worth tossing out the product if it has sulfates and you're investing in a Brazilian. Most grocery/drug store products have it in there so you're better off buying salon brand or L'Oreal even has a sulfate-free products out in grocery/drug stores.

You start off by taking your shirt off afterwards and put on a robe before getting on the bed. She then starts off with a forehead, temple, neck, and shoulder massage. After that's finished, she puts on a heated eye mask and then begins all the hair things. My hair was washed with OLAPLEX shampoo about 2x, and throughout it all she is massaging my head nonstop. I absolutely loved my experience at beauty gathering! My nail technician Jane had incredibly steady hands and worked both fast and beautifully. The designs came out amazing, and the nail structure was done so carefully and skillfully. You can really tell they take pride in their work. The whole team is warm, friendly, and great at making clients feel comfortable. They really pay attention to how you feel, not just how your nails look. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you get, and they understood my requests right away and executed them perfectly. They also offer complimentary drinks like rose tea and pour-over coffee, which was such a nice touch and made the visit feel even more relaxing and thoughtful. After finishing our nails, they even took close-up photos of both my friend's and my hands. They were incredibly patient and gentle while helping us pose, and their photography skills were honestly impressive -- the pictures turned out beautiful! I also brought a male friend for his first-ever manicure, and a male technician worked with him. He was nervous at first, but the technician kept chatting and joking with him to help him relax.
