No clients at all so I was expecting good service since there's no rush but I was so wrong. I had two technician work on me too. I came in for a pedicure and manicure with soak off. The acrylic I had on 3 of my nails are still on my nail beds. The residual acrylic is still intact and I was charged $15 for a soak off. You can see how my manicure turned out from the pictures. My cuticle care was poorly done as well because there's dead skin on there and I wasn't given any cuticle oil or moisturizer so you can see all the dryness. I opted out for colors hoping they would spend more time on nail care : ( My pedicure (didn't want to post my feet pics) job is actually really comical. The nail isn't fully painted with the color because she didn't paint close to the sides and corners. I have never had a pedicure this poorly painted before. However, she did text me the day before the appointment with the address and points of references, which I appreciated! It was also really fast because she only has one appointment at a time and they do not take walk ins so you don't have a distracted nail tech. The only downfall is that the color selection isn't huge. My gel nails were BOMB but my regular colored toes were sheer and show streaks. I don't blame her though, I'm sure it's the polish.
