The individual seated to the right upon entry is notably the most unfriendly, which led to my decision to leave and to share my negative experience with family, friends, and neighbors, advising them not to patronize this business. I hope the management will address these customer service concerns; otherwise, I do not plan to return. Three different people were "experimenting" on my nails, and it took forever. When I asked for a discount for the poor service, they refused.
