Welp. Called myself giving this place another try. On my first visit, Vinny (a male) did a good job on my regular manicure amd pedicure. Both chipped a few days later, but he took his time cleaning my cuticles and he was very personable. I figured, hey, why not go back amd see how well he does a gel manicure. And I brought my own base/top coat for my toe nails thinking maybe the pedicure would last longer. At around 10am I called for a same day appointment. The owner (I presume) said Vinny would be available after 2pm. "Can you put me in the book for 2:30pm," I asked. She assured me that all I had to do is show up on time. I showed up at around 2:20pm and Vinny was tending to another customer, but he did acknowledge me and run the water for the pedicure. He finishes up with his customer, but then at 2:45pm, while I'm sitting there with my feet soaking, he proceeds to do ANOTHER customer's nails, without so much as saying a word to me. At that point, I dried my feet off and left. It's one thing to wait, and it's another thing to have a verbal appointment and watch a service professional not honor it, or at minimum, explain what's going on. I asked for clarification from the owner on my way out and she said "we never start on time." Several examples here of poor customer service. read more

Asked for a French tip pedicure.service was trash, nail tech was not focused on the goal she was more focused on the conversation being had in the front of the nail salon instead of focusing on the job she was supposed to be doing you literally have to clip my toenails before you start the process so why in the end are you painting my toenails filing them after you place paint on them and then when I look at my toenails, they're not even cut evenly. The lines aren't even but you wanna charge people $40. read more

Absolutely love here! They have way more space at the new location which is good and it's much cleaner! came here to get my nails and toes done and left extremely happy. Went on vacation and got sooo many compliments! Not to mention how I needed a refill and people at work were still given compliments. read more

Owner is friendly and will greet you upon entering the salon. 3. Use disposal pedicure instruments. And you can save yours to bring for next time. 4. Parking is good in the location. Cons 1. Terrible service today 12/18. I went for a polish change, told them twice and reminded the nail tech then they were charging me for a full ped. I would NEVER understand how suddenly nobody remembered I asked for a polish change when I've been going there 4 yrs for the same service. Went here at 7pm on a Friday because I desperately need my nails done and my usual place was packed. Came in saw only one person waiting but I still ended up waiting 30 minutes. I needed an acrylic fill with gel polish on top but they lady either couldn't tell or was feeling lazy because she ended up giving me a uv clear gel fill in. I didn't make a big deal about it because I should've spoke up sooner and I always wanted to try gel and $25 is a good price. Anyway it was pretty sloppy and the paint job was sloppy as well. I've been going to them for over 10 months for lashes and for this they are experts and reasonably priced. They lost stars for their overcharging on nails. Nails, though, I have to say is not the same. Each time I go there, I feel I am being ripped off. They are charging $7.00 extra to cut cuticles. That is on top of the gel manicure which costs $33. If it weren't for the overcharging here and there, I would be a loyal customer. Cutting nails cost more. This type of business isn't regulated closely so they can get away with charging willy nilly to whom they desire. read more

Came here on the referral of a friend, tried to call to make an appt b4 wasting my time driving somewhere out the way only to get the cell phone of the owner who wasn't even working that day. Then I ask her specifically for the tech that did my friends nails and she said don't worry she's at work. So I drive all the way there and park at a meter to quickly ask about wait time and in that quick minute I get a parking ticket. That's not their fault but then I ask for the tech and she's doing a pedicure and says I'll be next. I patiently waited and another tech comes over and further confirms that the tech I wanted is who's doing my nails, then a lady walks in and says she has an appt with Diana the tech I was waiting for and they tell me I have to wait an hour or so til she finishes & that they assumed I was her appt!!!! I used to go to this salon because it's at a convient location. They only have a few manicures who does excellent work which makes them very busy. They also don't provide quality customer service unless the owner is there. I gone in to be serviced without being greeted at the door. As if I am doing them a favor. This is unacceptable!!! I was referred to this business by a co worker the owner Ann seemed very professional but she favors woman who don't work her expectations that she speak of for her business does not match unless it match unprofessional perfectly, on 2 different occasions I made an appointment and when I arrived was told that the person left for a party. At the same time I decided to have the current set of nails removed since she didn't have anyone to service me, 2 young girls walk in and she find someone to do their nails. I've been coming here off and on for several years as it is close to my home. This place is ok if you don't care about decor, a relaxing atmosphere and communication. Some of the techs do a very good job while some are pretty trash, so if you find a good nail tech keep that one. Its also cheap, a pedicure is $18. My most recent visit resulted in a terrible pedi! I expressed to Ann (the owner) my dissatisfaction and she was not at all proactive in making sure the situation was rectified which is not acceptable in my opinion. if you go, get a recommendation of who to see and don't expect too much (get it and get out). read more

Came here on 1/21/20 got a "Gel Manicure " for $15 by Van. It was a ok job for the price point. However, she could have filed the edges to a smooth finish. I gave them another shot today & will not be returning. I was charge $25 for the same gel manicure & when I asked them why the cost inflation occured she stated " oh because I clean your cuticles". I told her I had been there 2 weeks ago & she did not inform me of a $10 more fee to trum my cuticles. She then say from now on I have to just state color change, but when I walked in 2 weeks ago did not state the same thing. Also, they are not as clean as I would have liked. The counter when she started had the previous persons nail dust under my hands and I did not see her take implements from a clean sterilizer. This place can definitely use a STATE BOARD AUDIT! I will never again patronize this business. My nails are extra sharp once again on the edges abd my nails even nor cleaned off properly..if you zoom into my photo she left nail polish around my nails urge!!!Wish I saw the 2.5 review they have from yelp! 0 star establishment! Nails 3000 seemed to be a popular spot so I went with my daughter for a manicure/pedicure (and eyebrows). The best part of our visit was that they took us right away, otherwise, I swear my technician was doing everything in her power to make sure I didn't come back. While massaging my feet, she dug her fingers so hard into the center of my foot it made my eyes tear up...the use of a pumice stone is normal practice for any pedicure and I had to ask/remind her of this step...did my eyebrows and had to ask her to blow the wax; the next day I still had two burns on one eye and one on the other...the place was not as clean as it should be and the drying station had dust along the back wall and the surface of it was sticky...and on top of all of that, I still gave her a tip (although a small one) and she didn't even thank me!!! So, needless to say, I will not be going back and any "word of mouth" will not be positive for this establishment. read more
