The pedi chairs are comfortable, and they have many technicians so the wait is usually minimal. I went in with a friend, nice people but can't do nails. Asked for almond shaped nails, and a simple design, and my lady could not do it. Then she was unsanitary. She cut me with her tools, and wiped my blood away with her fingers not wearing any gloves. THATS A MAJOR SANITATION VIOLATION! My nails are inconsistent in size, and I paid for $65 for the service. I called the manager and she told me she'll give me $15 off for the next service instead of a full refund. Honestly, I won't ever come back to this place. She rushed through painting them and didn't put enough coats because my nails are see through in the light and streaky. Overall experience I give it a 4/5 rating. It was my first time at this nail salon and I live in the area which is nice. Salon looks semi clean and professional. I made an appointment @11am for a full set but also needed a pedicure so I got a pedicure right away. After the pedicure I had to wait about 20 mins or so waiting for the lady to be done so she can do my full set. It wasn't much of a problem waiting bc ik Van'a work is great & found her on Instagram. I had the worst experience at this nail salon. Both manicure and pedicure were horribly done. I was even poked to blood when the lady was cleaning my toes. In addition, she scratched me with her own nails while doing a message. The gel manicure was sloppy. When I said something to the guy, he said that it's the gel polish. Yeah, blame it on the polish. It's it doesn't do a good job, it would make sense to maybe change the brand?? I had the same bad experience at this place about a year ago, and they also blamed it on the quality of the gel polish. Went to the nail salon yesterday. They were polite and courteous. Staff spent a lot of time talking in their language, but didn't speak to me at all. Never asked me what shape I wanted my nails and started rounding them, even though I came in with them squared. I asked her to correct and she did. Then she started painting my nails the wrong color. It takes a lot to get me to the point of writing a review. This was just BAD. Very poor quality and over priced. I had an acrylic fill with gel polish. He charged $20 for the fill (online says $18) $15 for gel polish and $3 for one nail tip that caught and ripped off as I walked into the salon. The nails are thick and uneven, the polish is bubbling and started to peel the following day. The service took a very long time and the guy left to smoke mid service while I washed my hands. The filing was painful. He squeezes very hard on your fingers. When he started shaping the first nail he didn't ask until afterwards if that was the shape I wanted. It wasn't, and you can't exactly get a square after you round the edges. The color I chose was not the color he used and the application was sloppy and uneven. I spoke with the manager about my nails and she told me to come in. I was at work and said I would come in after. I called her again after getting off work to confirm that it was still a good time. She was finishing one customer when I got there and started another before she got to me. I ended up waiting over a half hour. I work 50 hours a week so the last think I wanted to do was spend more time at the nail salon after the 1.5-2hrs I was there on Saturday. She was nice and my nails look better but not great. She was very busy and rushed through the service. Overall I'm very disappointed. I would not recommend this salon. ***WARNING***: (OTHER THAN THIS REVIEW IS LONG BUT EXTREMELY WORTH IT TO READ) They lie about their prices especially if you view their prices online, they have cheap gel polish that starts to chip in literally 2-3 days, they lie about doing a full set of GEL fake nails by instead using the acrylic as if one may not notice the difference, they blame any problem with useless excuses, and are only nice to you at first and if you begin to ask for particular fixes they take offense and talk in a different language about you to other staff, even the head manager or owner of the store! I booked an appointment over the phone for a gel fake nail full set, with gel polish. I went in a little earlier than my appointment time thinking I'd have to wait but they were not particularly busy at that moment so I was serviced right away. They were extremely friendly..... AT FIRST. I specifically asked for "coffin shaped" fake nails, which, I believe her name is "Lee" or "Van", did well. After applying the tips, I assumed she had "Gel Powder" rather than "Builder Gel" that looks like hair gel with a stronger viscosity. Although I don't have my license to do nails, I taught myself by lots of study/trial and error, YouTube videos, and willing people for me to practice on. I bought between $600-$1,000 worth of nail equipment to do nails as a hobby for myself and others, and everything they utilize at nail shops to do fake nails/any nail service I have (except the amount of polish) but I do have an LED Nail and Harmony Gelish lamp that cures gel in 30-45 seconds (Gelish is Prof. brand of nail products), which they actually used for my nails that day. You may be asking yourself "Why would you go pay for nails if you can do them yourself?" With that, the answer is that its nice to have someone else to do my nails instead me doing my own all the time. You also might be asking yourself "Why is this such a long review?! Get to the point!!!" Ok I will.. The importance of this long-winded story is that although the nails turned out looking pretty good (8 out 10), minus my pickiness to the little imperfections, the Gel polish they use is horribly cheap because my polish began to peel and chip off by the 2nd or 3rd day of having them, and from there they began to continuously chip and peel more and more each day. I am not hard on my nails, especially when I have fake nails on so they seriously need to upgrade to a different brand polish. I've never had a gel manicure which chips and peels so quickly. After a week, I was fed up with they way they looked, because they seemed to "grow" faster than any fake gel manicure I have had making it look like I needed a full fill in within a weeks time. I used my excessive nail products to do a fill in myself and change the polish....as I took the polish off, quite easily, I discovered the reason why they were "growing" so fast: THEY USED ACRYLIC POWDER for my fake nails when I specifically asked for GEL POWDER or BUILDER GEL if they carried it. I have gel powder, builder gel, and acrylic powder to use on nails that I do, so I KNOW the difference. To kick it off, when I tediously explained over the phone what I wanted they said the service was going to be around $35, as well as in person, however they changed the price all of the sudden to $55-$60 because of the "design" on the tips of my nail which was the only part of polish I had on my whole fake nails (See pictures below of their work and my revised work). I only had $50 and they accepted that happily which made me pretty skeptical about what they actually did and how much my service really costed. I found out the hard way, and used my builder gel to do my nails for the fill in myself, which have not moved in the least bit in a weeks time. DO NOT GO HERE IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND NAIL JOB EVER DONE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE THERE ARE WAY BETTER SHOPS REALLY CLOSE TO THIS SHOP. THEY ARE CHEAP, LYING, SCAMMERS!! Although the salon is a nice space, I was very disappointed with my nail appointment. I went to Nails & Co for a gel manicure and asked for almond shaped nails - the shape turned out uneven and jagged on some nails. Additionally, only two thin layers of polish were applied, so the appearance is uneven, streaked, and see through despite the emerald color that I selected. My friend who went with me was also disappointed with the thin layers of polish as the color was not as dark as she was anticipating based off of the sample color.
