I walked in without an appointment and was taken right away. Mind you, I got there as soon as they were opened. I wanted a pedicure and chose their deluxe pedicure for $45. Included the polish, nail trim, 10 minute massage, paraffin wax for my feet. I really like my nail tech, Annie. I got a toe cramp and she knew what to do to relax it. She worked fast but she was still very gentle, asking if I was okay and to let her know if I feel any pain. I had no pain while she worked on me. I'm very happy with the results and I will return when I want to get a pedicure done. Keep in mind for gel polish, there's an additional cost of $15. It was all worth it to me. shaping wasn't even at all, super rude about price. She didn't even clean up after shaping or filing, painted over dust so bumpy nails. Polish wasn't even fully thick on the end. No cuticle oil, definitely will not recommend or ever come back here... for $157.06, PLUS SHE TIPPED HERSELF WHEN I PAID, definitely not worth it. The lady who did my pedicure was great, I would go back for sure. It was $45 but they were offering a 10 percent discount. Kind of expensive but it was worth it. I will go back again! read more

First visit to this neighborhood salon. It has new ownership, is fresh and clean and quite attractive. Had Spa Pedicure and manicure. Technician Ana did a beautiful job on both. Had a regular pedi done today by Ana. Not personable at all. Didn't say hello when I walked in the door. Just said, "11:00?" Then asked me if I wanted regular color and pointed to a cart of mixed nail polishes for me to go through. While doing my pedi she barely said a sentence to me and every time she wanted me to take out or put my feet in the water she just slapped the bottom of the chair and said, "in or out". I felt like a dog. Meanwhile the 2 gentlemen giving other women pedi's had conversations with their customers. Dibs to the people who gave her good reviews. At least you were treated like a human and not a dog. This used to be a place for convenience since I live nearby but I guess I'll be finding somewhere else to do my pedicures. read more

I used to live in Kailua and moved to town. That doesn't stop me from driving to Kahaluu to get my consistently awesome pedicure from Mylynh. She is really nice and will go above and beyond to give a great service. I have always been very happy with her work. She also helped me with some issues I was having with an ingrown nail. The last place I was going was cutting my nails in a way that is prone to ingrowns. I am very happy at my new home nail salon. The only issue I had was the owner giving me a dirty look when I was late for my appointment, however that was my fault. I failed to call and change the time and showed up a few hours late since I live in town and got delayed at another appointment. My bad! But didn't deserve the look she gave me either lol read more

Ms Anna was very sweet and gave me the best pedicure I've had on island in 2 years. I struggle matching colors here due to the dearth of POC. Ms Anna helped me select a very complimentary color (one by which I haven't been able to find as I prefer this color when I'm home in California). My sister and I came here for manicures and loved our results! We got Almond shaped acrylics and they turned out perfect! The woman helping us took the time to shape each nail perfectly and to make sure they weren't too thick or bulky. I give 4 stars because unfortunately there was only one employee who knew how to do fake nails, so we had to wait for each other to finish and ended up being in there for a while... Walked in at 4:30pm on a Friday and got helped right away. I did a gel pedicure with removal of old gel polish for $52.36. She filed off some calluses, gave me a calf massage and pushed back my cuticles. She applied the perfect amount of pressure to get the job done and the polish was painted well with no gaps or chips! I would definitely come back. Minus 1 star because she didn't check in very often (asking if I like the shape, color, etc) however she did a great job overall and didn't try to upsell me. read more

I have never gone to this place before but looking at the reviews and websites it looked like a decent place. I only wanted to get my nails off thinking they soak them off like every other place I have been too, but no they ripped them off and by doing that she rip my natural nail which made it bleed. She then proceeded to put glue on it when I told her multiple times I didn't want it because it looked very unsanitary but continued to do so. I suggest going somewhere else. read more

On Friday 7/1/22, I had an appt. for a Gel Manicure to be done over my pre-existing gel nails, no accrylics involved these were my own nails that were at least 6 wks old from my prior manicure from another salon, and still quite hard / solid except for the grow out already being seen. When my service was done, the shape was nice color was good, but by Sunday my nails were cracking off to the side which I then lost 2, then by Tuesday 3 more nails cracked for which I had no other choice but to remove. So within 4 days I lost 5 of my own fingernails that was just serviced. As of this review there are 2 more nails that are cracked and ready to be clipped off. Very happy with my experience. I went in yesterday for a gel manicure. They were patient and did a nice job even though I didnt quite know what I wanted. They also do very tasteful wax jobs. They have very fair pricing. I will be back for sure. A side note, they just got a new owner as of 2 months ago, whom I met. Very cool lady. I was so excited to try this place because I heard their prices was good and the service was good. I was disappointed because I went in for a pedi with paraffin wax and mani (gel). Never got the paraffin wax for my feet and top of that when she was doing my gel she did something to my pointer finger will not stop bleeding. I was overcharged. The whole pedicure experience was junk. The staff and owner were not friendly. Lady acted like she didn't want to my dads pedicure. There was no massage, was only a quick 30 minutes and once other customers showed up they just left my daughter and dad sitting there for a while. I do not recommend this nail salon. read more

I never write reviews but this was by far my worst nail experience I have ever had. The first picture is what I wanted and the last couple of pictures is what I got. I asked if she could do it and she said yes and half way through I looked down and thought she would fix my hand but then asked me to put my hand under the light and that's when I asked her to take it off and just put a solid color. There was no way I would walk out of that salon with that. It was the biggest waste of my time, and the work they do is not worth the 40-60$ they charge for a fill for acrylics. This location never fails to amaze me with their service. I have gone to this location for 4 years until I had to move away. Even when I am back in the island's visiting, I will make it a point to get my nails done at this spot. Lee is my preferred manicurist. She is gentle, has great conversations and asks you how you want everything done. The shop is small and can seat no more than 5 people for pedicures and 3 for manicures. The shop is up kept and organized. I've watched the staff scrub the basins and equipment. The parking is great because it is near a Movie theater and other small shops. Did I mention that it is free?! The ladies at this shop are all very kind, welcoming and do their best to provide you great service. read more
