They often claim the wait time is very long--even when there are no other clients and employees are just sitting around. After the last time, I was there the owner of Heavenly Touch, tried to pull a fast one on me. I decided that I was never going back after that. I started looking on the internet for salons near me. Thank God I went to Happy Hair. It was like hitting the jackpot. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with friendly people and we talked about what I was going to do colorwise with my hair. My hair looks great and I will be going back to the salon from now on. I'm also thinking about getting Gel nails again because I saw how nice and how happy the customers were. Yeah I scrolled through the reviews and something is off. The ladies who work here are nice and all but the craftsmanship is average. Nothing that makes you say: wow I love it! Recently, I had to fix one broken nail and was charged $5. It was poorly done so a few days later I came back to fix that same nail again. This time I was charged $10. You get the gist, they're just making up prices willy nilly. If they had done a good job during the first fix I wouldn't have needed to waste my time to come back for the second time. Would not recommend.
