The weirdest part is when you search for nail salons CoZy almost never comes up and that's a shame. I made appointments online for a friend and I and requested to sit next to each other, I was so happy when they let us (normally salons are so busy and even when you ask in advance they don't put you next to one another). We arrived to find a shared parking lot with plenty of spots. Inside the vibe gives clean, sterile and relaxing. This salon is NOTHING like the others, it's so peaceful and everyone is so nice. I went with a gel manicure and spent $40 base price. They do prefer cash and charge a fee for credit card, $2 for Amex which beats the charge to take out cash. I cannot wait to return and I'm so excited to have found a salon that I can continue going back to! If you're on the fence, don't be! CoZy deserves the 5 star rating!

He then said it was because they didn't have the gold to make the lines. I told them it didn't have to be gold; it could be silver, white, black etc. and I still just got "no." Thinking this was very strange, I settled on the second picture (pink/white ombré). Which is still very cute. Now, I understand and am not delusional to think it was going to look 100% like the photo.. but it wasn't even close. I also asked for short nails because I wear contacts a lot and also have a very active toddler. Long nails just don't work for me. Long story short, I was very unhappy. He didn't listen to me at all on what I wanted. He was rude and dismissive. Looking back, I think he refused to do something like the first photo because the ombré was more expensive. I got my toes done as well but I paid $130 which was 100% way overpriced. I wish I would be able to receive a refund, but I will definitely not be spending my money there ever again.

If i'm not sure on a color or design, they are able to help, and know their inventory and colors so well that they will even mix colors to make one that I'm describing. The skill of each of them is phenomenal and I always leave happy. They take my tips off while I get a pedicure so my cost is efficient and relaxing. Their prices are quite reasonable. Most of all this small family run business works together like a well oiled machine and I always feel uplifted after having spent time and money here. Highest recommendations.
